Went in for an insurance repair and the team here made it as easy as possible. Samantha at the front desk was really helpful with getting a rental car and rides set up so I never had to worry about transportation while they were doing the repairs. I also had an excellent service advisor, Gwen, who was polite, professional, and communicative, everything you would want for a repair shop. They consistently kept me in the loop on what the insurance was saying and where everything was in the repair process, which was really helpful and made planning around the repair and dropoff so much less stressful than some other shops I've been to.

I had a really great experience with this shop. My vehicle was hit while parked, so I was going through the other driver's insurance to repair the vehicle. Caliber made this process very easy! My vehicle was returned looking great, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the car vacuumed and mats washed!

Kandace and Joe saved me a paint job!! I came in today for an estimate on a paint job and Kandace without hesitation came out with some solvent that rubbed out some of the black mark on my brand new car and then Joe from the shop walked by and brought another solvent that completely buffed out the black mark completely. The two of them saved me a paint job and labor and I was in and out within 15 mins. What incredible customer service! BIG shout out to Caliber Collision!! I will definitely come back for all my auto collision needs

Frustrating experience all around. The coordinators are wonderful my service advisor and their manager made this a nightmare that I m still dealing with.Basic bumper replacement. Told them not to drill holes in it promised they wouldn t. They drilled holes, damaged the bumper s finish, and said oops oh well human error. Didn t replace or repair the damage they caused. Failure to follow basic direction.Asked them for the old material back promised they d return my property to me. They did not. Oh we scrapped it they said. Inexcusable.They disassembled far beyond what was necessary it s a bumper, not a full front replacement, damaged my front wheel flares by breaking tabs and tried patching it up with cheap double side tape. Shoddy and unprofessional.The painter is a rookie and should be replaced. The prep was lacking and shows in the finish. Didn t let the clear cure and there s marring/etching. It s not difficult work when you know what you re doing.Service advisor Khoa is impersonal, dishonest, and unprofessional. Treated me poorly, like second-rate business, and left everything on a super rude note. Even had the nuts to tell me other customers are waiting and that he d get to me when he s able.If I had been unreasonable at any point, I could have understood the behavior. This makes me regret treating people with respect and courtesy.Completely unwarranted. No accountability or care.I kept photo documentation of all of it. Looking into a way to escalate this above the branch.Go to an established location in Walnut Creek. The one on Pine does a great job. This place is a joke. You can smell it as soon as you try parking on their embarrassment of a site.

I would highly recommend Caliber Collision-Concord to everyone. They are highly professional in their approach and have a wonderful work culture. We had a great experience with two of their employees Jessica Khalik and Alexa Kindred, for their positivity and customer service. The repairs on our vehicle was above and beyond our expectations. They are probably the one stop shop for any kind of repairs. Strongly recommended.Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision did an awesome job of repairing my Toyota 4Runner. They kept me well informed. My car now looks like it did the day I bought it in 2014! The Caliber people were very nice and conscientious. Couldn't be happier!

Took a really long time to get my car back.The workmanship was perfect. I just had to pay an extra 250.00 because I had my rental car longer than the 30 days I was allowed.

Caliber promptly provided an estimate for the repair and took care of coordinating with my insurance and the car rental agency. They kept me posted on the status of the repairs and delivered the vehicle as promised.

Caliber Collision simply is a terrible place to bring your car. I trusted them with my brand new Lexus (one month old). My car was hit while parked. They kept my vehicle for several months. I have returned five times and every time they try something different. They have asked me to bring my car to three different of their locations, San Ramon, concord and Vallejo. This was to try a better tech, they claimed. The first two times my car was returned improperly repaired and just full of dust and filthy inside. This was after their quality tech had inspected it. The repairs were just substandard and obviously terrible. It is obvious they simply do not care about quality repairs or they do not have the technicians with the skills to complete quality repairs. Caliber Collision have showed me that they do not know what they are doing. My advice would be to not bring your car to this place. They just simply lack the ability to appropriately repair a vehicle. They do the very minimum. I have no words to describe what a nightmare this place is. My car has still not fix. I am too busy at work to deal with them. Caliber collision is just a terrible waste of time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Outstanding work. After the damage was repaired to the car's body and doors, it looked brand new! They really did a good job and also keeping me up to date on when the vehicle would be ready. It was a great experience.

The sunroof of my 2006 mini cooper was damaged. My service advisor, Gwen, did an amazing job of hunting down the elusive part and apprising me of the progress of the repair. Gwen is polite, thorough, and very professional and I definitely felt that I was being cared for as a person during this process. My car looks great and everything is in working order. I have absolutely no complaints and I would highly recommend Gwen and Caliber Collision in Concord, Ca.Service: Body & Trim

I got in an accident in October detaching the bumper and bending the fender, therefore making so hard to open the driver door. I couldn t get my car into the shop until December because of my annoying and terrible insurance State Farm. They made Caliber Collisions job more tedious than it had to be, but the staff at caliber collision were so dedicated to resolving all the issues that arose from my insurance. So thankful that I used them because I know if I went somewhere else the service would not have been the same. They all have a customer first mentality and it is so greatly appreciated when you are stressed about your car. They updated me everyday on my cars status and were so empathetic towards me and the struggles I was experiencing with not having my car. My car looks great. They cleaned the outside and cleaned the floors inside. Really great service! Highly recommend.

Before you leave your car for repairs, discuss making sure they put seat covers on the seats, both front and back and protection on the inside of the doors and rims to protect from skid marks from the employee's shoes and if they do, they need to clean the inside before releasing the car. Terrible business. The repair job was good, except I was promised the catalytic converter would be welded on. It was not welded on. The communication from the girls answering the phones is straight up laughable. They will tell you something and it will never happen. They will promise you something and it will never happen. Bad customer service. I d give a higher rating if the cat was at least welded on like they promised, but it wasn t. Don t come here.

The worst. An initial $1,000 estimate but telling me they needed to tow it to the dealer because it had wiring damage that they did not do. It suddenly turned into a $16,000 estimate after NOT taking it to the dealer. All this damage just for a violent tire blowout and not even colliding with anything. They included preexisting damage that had nothing to do with this blowout. I had to get the insurance to call them since they wouldn't call my insurance company. Almost immediately after the insurance company called me to tell me they totaled my SUV because of this estimate, Caliber called and said if I had anything left in my car I needed to come get it because they would be hauling it off shortly. I honestly believe they had an ulterior motive for inflating the estimate, and they wanted my 7 year old SUV because it was otherwise in good condition. I felt they were entirely unprofessional.

The only thing I can say to them my car been with them for 16 weeks now and still not done!!!!!! I am in shock since the owner of this company have time to respond to all the people who left nice reviews for his company !!! Why he didn t respond to my 10 reviews for his company. Just to let you know I am very upset with this company . So they do what they do and keep my car and I will do what i want to do.Service: Body & Trim

Caliber repair did an amazing job with my 2011 Honda Pilot. The customer service was amazing. I was helped by Jessica. Jessica was polite, more than accommodating, and gave prompt and thorough updates through the the entire process. I use caliber collision recommended through my insurance after my vehicle was vandalized. They went above and beyond to make sure that the results of the repair was perfect even going so far as to make sure I knew how to get to the rental car place, a little extra details that I didn't expect with the repair, and I never had to question what was going on with the process.Service: Painting

Was pleasantly surprised by how easy Caliber made my experience. First time ever having to use a body shop and I was beyond nervous after hearing so many horror stories from others. Hopefully I won't need them for many years to come, but if I do I will definitely come back to Caliber.

I can t recommend this place enough.They make the entire process as easy & seamless as possible. They had my rental vehicle ready for me to get right back to life without missing a beat. Jess was who was in charge of my vehicle & she went out of her way to make sure I got the best treatment & I highly recommend this place. Hopefully I won t have to come back but at least I know it s here if I do.
