My number one favorite BMW dealership! I live 20+ miles away but driving out to Concord because of the service floor staff. (NEVER GO to BERKELEY BMW, sales are the worst and service robs you of unnecessary work). Concord BMW on the other hand has YOUR best interest (in general). I love all the people I have interacted with specially Kevin, Brian, and the women at the payment desk. A year or so ago I went for a routine service and ended up needing breaks. They quoted me about $500 but told me they could do it for that price but advised me to wait until next week when the brakes were on sale. I decided to wait and paid ~$160. It was worth the wait! Recently I had my 4 series serviced for its 50k service. I informed the staff I probably wouldn t be able to come back the same day due to work meetings and they were extremely understanding and accommodating with the loaner car they provided me with. Highly recommend if you live near by or don t, it s still worth the drive !

The people were very efficient. They each have a role and they stick to it. My service advisor was helpful and practical and they resolved my problem with a squeaky steering wheel. They issued me a courtesy car which was a 2-door, I just wished it was also an SUV as I m more comfortable driving that. Overall very good except of course it s pricey, but that s to be expected. Thanks.

The service at Concord BMW is wonderful. They are friendly and make you feel welcome. I like that the technician that does your service texts you with a video of the service check. A loaner car is an option I appreciate as well as the car wash. I will always have my car serviced here!

Our i4 was having issues with its suspension. Vernon was very thorough with the diagnosis. When he realized it wasn t a quick easy fix, he did a fantastic job communicating the time needed to ship the part and kept me well informed of when the car was going to be ready. I had my 2008 BMW serviced at Concord BMW. My advisor on this visit was Angel. He took the time to explain what extra issues needed to be addressed after the multi-point inspection. He is thoughtful and attentive. Overall a great experience.

I recently took my car in for service at BMW Concord. I must say, I couldn t be happier with the experience from start to finish, their team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and attention to detail. The service provided was thorough and detail-oriented. Every aspect of the maintenance process was handled with care, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. They also took the time to explain everything to me and addressed any questions or concerns I had, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with their service

My X5.0e is only two months old. Returned to my car after a Dr s appointment, the NEW car did not start, dead, kaputz. Called the dealership who then remotely performed a diagnostic. Determined the car should be towed to the dealer. Waited 2-3 hours, no-show on the tow truck. This was broad daylight in an easy to find parking lot. After waiting for the no-show tow, I once again tried to start my car and to my surprise it started! Yea!! I immediately drove to the dealer as the initial diagnostic revealed four major problems. The dealer needed to keep my car for a week to effect the needed repairs. Picked up my NEW car, all appears to be okay, so far. The service personnel failed to reinstall a large moulded cover in the cargo area for the battery and other electronics. (See attached photos). Joey, the service advisor was very helpful, actually made the ordeal palatable. Good job Joey!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Miguel is the man. He is always there for me when I need it most. His customer service is always spot on! He really makes the service experience something out of a movie. I appreciate your professionalism and attention to detail. Whenever I go to BMW Concord, they always make me feel like I'm part of their team. I noticed a noise in my car and made an appt with service. I was able to get a next day appointment which was great. For this service appt, I worked with Miguel.He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. He made the whole process a breeze and made me feel at ease.I highly recommend Miguel from the service department!Other times I have came in for service, I have worked with Skylar who also demonstrates great customer service and is very communicative.

My experience was perfect.. prices was fair and I was able to use my coupon on my spark plug replacement service.. I was given a loaner car so I was still able to handle my business. My car was done in just a few hours.. My car was washed - tires shining and all ready to go.. and the text service is amazing . They keep u update on the process. 5 stars

I ve been a customer at Concord BMW for my last three leases. This last servive was the best of all. It was a routine service but had a small glitch in that I had a drivetrain malfunction show up on my screen. I had scheduled my service and they took my X5 in and had it checked out & back to me in a couple days. I used one of their X3 s and received a call that an ix became available. That was an amazing ride. This was a great service experience as well as driving the ix. Thanks Victor.

My Service Manager Joey was personable, professional, courteous and very helpful. He named services deemed needed for my car and gave me the prices for each for my consideration, not pushing me to sign up and pay for these. He ordered a complimentary Lyft ride to home and back to the dealership and complimentary car wash with vacuuming! I also received a complimentary video inspection of my car sent to my iPhone and computer! Wow! What s not to like about service at Concord BMW? I ll be back and asking for Joey as my Service Manager!Thank you, Joey, for all your help!

Our usual advisor is Vernon, who is always helpful and efficient. Prices are what you expect from a dealership, but not outrageous. We would recommend BMW Concord and Vernon for your BMW cars and service.

Service this time around started out a bit surprisingly with the person on the phone asking me to call the parts department to check on parts inventory. Seemed odd (I deducted one star because of the phone interaction). Once I was onsite to drop off my car things improved immensely. From the super nice gentlemen that receive the car, to the fantastic advice and communication from Victor, things went very well. Everyone seemed to be at the ready to be helpful. 5 stars for the in person experience.

My service experience with Miguel and every other service advisor I ve had here has been great. Miguel kept me updated throughout the whole service process and went through the vehicle inspection results in detail. He was also able to accommodate me with a Lyft ride conveniently as my vehicle was being worked on. I would highly recommend any of the service advisors here.

My experience with Concord BMW s Service department was wonderful. From start to finish, they expertly and promptly addressed a problem with my car. They answered all my questions, provided an accurate account of what needed to be done, and they were very flexible and patient with my needs and scheduling. I highly recommend them for servicing your BMW vehicle. My technical superstar advisor was Vernon, and he went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a great one.

I was impressed with the courtesy and customer service provided by BMW of Concord. I was calmly and cordially attended to by everyone I interacted with, but I would like to give a special appreciation to the attention given by Kevin de Souza, who kindly answered all my questions without rush making my visit to this dealer a good experience. What to say about my Beamer? Well... they made a great job. My 330i is power, working perfectly as expected. The highlight is the coffee making machine :)). Delicious cappuccino. Spectacular BMW.

Shout out to my service advisor Kevin Azmoudeh. He was very professional with me in explaining everything with my service from the beginning till pickup. Also the video inspection from the technician is really cool, I was able to see everything under the car that I don t normally get to see. Very cool added service. The dealership is very clean and I loved the ambiance and amenities while I had to wait. I left happy and with a very clean car. Highly recommend BMW Concord.

Had an engine light go off. Was under warranty and got an appointment the day after I called. I was provided a loaner upon request as well since the service was going to take a day. Overall the dealership is great and the service folks are excellent as well.

Service was relatively fast and painless. Kevin in the service department was great. I brought my car in for a recall repair and added an oil change since I was there. Of course I was told all of the things I needed to change soon (+$5k), but the work they did was clean and timely, plus they cleaned my car and got me a Lyft to and from work to the dealership.Great service!
