Employee at the counter was very rude & obnoxious from the moment I walked in and the entire time I was there. Terrible communication, terrible service, combative & verbally rude & ended up doing work that I didn't ask for, want or approve and then charging me for it.They weren't busy when I was there. They hadn't just opened and they weren't about to close. I wasn't rude or demanding. I wasn't in a hurry. I had my laptop with me & work to do so I was happy to wait as long as it took. I went in to have a simple tire leak checked out. There was no excuse for the guys terrible attitude, rude behavior and poor customer service.When I write reviews on here it's almost always a positive review because of a great experience. I prefer to not spend my time writing negative reviews. My experience at this location was so bad that I won't ever go to any Big O Tires again.

Came in a half an hour before closing with a nail in my tire. Cool cats had it fixed in 20 minutes. Good guys over there!!!

Tech ordered a new set of tires for my treverse. They were quick and efficient! A little disappointed because the tires are kinda cheap but got a great deal/sale! Everyone was very nice . Always have a good experience at big o on Clayton rd in concord

Local Shop provides the BEST service. Knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient with customers. Great prices and they are fun group as well. Bring allMy cars here.

My family has been going here for what seems like decades. Always a great experience due to the knowledge of the FRONT DESK employees. I specify front desk because one of the kids they hired in the back ALMOST JACKED MY TESLA UP FROM THE BATTERY to remove a tire for a leak inspection!!!! c'mon, gotta know better!!!! Glad i was watching and ran out to stop it before it happened. That could have been costly (for Big O!). I also showed up 5 minutes before opening and was the 2nd in line. Once inside, one of the newer/younger front desk guys brings me over to a computer and after i explain my issue he goes "wait, you're not Sean?" to which i reply "No". Then, he proceeded to talk THRU MY CHEST to the "Sean" behind me without even saying "sorry, i need to help Sean, you can go to another front desk guy" which put me at about 5th in line once i finally got to talk to someone... if i take the time to show up early, its for a reason and i expect to be treated as such. This would have resulted in a 3 star review but Jim saved the day with the friendly conversation and the willingness to try to patch a hole in a not-so-ideal area. I will be back, but at least i know who to watch out for now!

Awesome customer service these guys are the best! They deliver above and beyond expectations! Had a very bad experience poor service at the Concord Mazda dealership customer service. Jim took exceptional care of me in & out of there for 4 bed tires in 30 min. Also provided reassurance for any support going forward. BIG O ROCKS!

Found a nail in my right front this morning. Took it straight to this location. Boom I was out in 30 mins with a fixed tire. Excellent, high-quality service for when I was in a pickle.

I am happy to write a review about the tire shop's service for oil change and wheel alignment, as well as the excellent customer care provided by Mr. Jim.Firstly, I found the tire shop's service to be efficient and of a high quality. The technicians were knowledgeable and skilled in their work, and I was pleased with the results of both the oil change and wheel alignment. They used high-quality products and equipment, which gave me confidence in the work they were doing.Secondly, I was impressed with the level of customer care provided by Mr. Jim. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile and was eager to help. He took the time to explain the different services offered and made recommendations based on my needs. He was also very patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns, which made me feel valued as a customer.Overall, I would highly recommend this tire shop for anyone in need of an oil change or wheel alignment. The service was top-notch, and the customer care provided by Mr. Jim was exceptional. It's clear that they take pride in their work and value their customers, which is something that is becoming increasingly rare in today's world. Thank you to the entire team at the tire shop, and a special thanks to Mr. Jim for making my experience a great one.

Don't waste your time making an appointment. They don't care nor do they honor them. I made a 930 appointment and arrived there at 915 to drop off the car. There is no place to park except a church down the street, and the Big O tires truck takes up two parking spots on the street right outside. I finally get inside, still before 930, wait 5min to finally have one of the two guys at the counter acknowledge me and then they tell me it will be two hours for new tires. I asked why and was told that people showed up today before me and they are taking them first. I take my family out to breakfast and a store and call 2hrs later to check and get a rude answer about them calling me. Finally at 1230 they call to say it's ready. I had plans and that's why I planned ahead and made an appointment. They should just not offer appointments if they don't matter and have some customer service training.

Eric and team consistently provides an easy experience in vehicle maintenance. Eric and team exhibits professionalism, knowledge, and most importantly, communicates what is needed only and they do not "up sell" unneeded service or products. In summary, Eric and his team has my trust.

I stopped at this Big O a few days ago to have tire pressure checked. Guillermo pleasantly checked my tires and filled them. Today one tire was low again. I stopped and again he helped locate the nail and patch the tire while I waited. Excellent Service. I'll be back when I need new tires!

Huge shout out to Eric and his team at Big O Tires specifically on Clayton Road in Concord. I ve been going to these guys for over 20 years now they ve handled every single vehicle I ve ever owned and always give me fair prices and even better service, they take care of my vehicle as if it was their own and they are a huge asset to our community. My family and I have been coming here for years, we've always received excellent service without being upsold or told we need to fix something that doesn't need fixing I will continue to be a loyal customer for many years as long as the service continues to be this great... nothin has changed since I last posted this review except they are not able to offer the shuttle ride anymore. it was a convenience but not a loss that would drive me away. Eric is still the owner & Dan and a few others are still manning the desk and doing great work. I would these guys with any of my cars!

It was my first time going to Big O Tires and it was really easy to make an appointment online for a break assessment. Pierre was super helpful and friendly. Just overall great service from the whole team there. I will definitely come back.

My wife and I took our car in for service. We used a coupon and saved a lot. The job time was quoted at 1 and a half hours. We dropped off the car at 10am. At 11:30 we were handed the keys. Amazing. The car runs and rides great.

Store owner Erik and staff are solid. They actually care, and unlike most others in this space, their primary motivation appears to be customer satisfaction. Knowledgeable and nice to boot. Five stars!

I have used this Big O tire store on Clayton Road a few times prior to this my latest purchase and they have always been helpful, courteous and competent. This sale was probably the easiest and most trouble free of any attempt to buy tires in the past 45 years. Big O was the first tire dealer I planned to call because I had a previous good experience buying tires for another vehicle here. They ended up being the only dealer I called. Let's face facts; price is important and I was about to plunk down almost 1400 bucks on 5 new tires for my Tacoma. I knew the brand I wanted and had looked up the price on a well known e-commerce web site so I had a number in mind for what I was willing to pay. Steve helped me on the phone and quoted me a price that exceeded my expectations with no haggling and after discussing a few details I went ahead and ordered them right then. Normally I would have checked prices at other local dealers but when a business gives you a good and fair price with previously rendered great service, I would have been wasting my time by calling around. Since I was a former customer in their database there was no deposit required. Steve said he would have them in the shop later in the afternoon and I scheduled to have them installed the next day. So a couple of phone calls, maybe an hour spent on the phone and at the shop and a great price made this an easy and pleasant tire buying experience. Highly recommended!

I buy all my tires from Big O. This store is courteous, the usually have my tires in stock or can get them next day.
