I am so, so, SOOO grateful for the manager and team at this location. You guys are the absolute best and I just had to make sure you got some recognition for it :)

I needed a new car battery asap and brought it to Monument Autozone. Adam was very accommodating and Daniel installed my new battery on the spot and was able to educate me thoroughly. The level of care was fantastic! I appreciate the TLC.

This autozone was much better than the one on Clayton Rd. Every employee was nice and very helpful. I went to the Clayton Rd Auto Zone 1st and the young worker was not helpful and not too personable. He didn't seem interested in helping his customers. Go to the Monument Auto Zone, they have a lot more inventory as well as better, more helpful employees.

Friendly and efficient service. I came to AutoZone after not being able to get check my battery at night at O'Reilly's (it was 5:30pm)Sage was so helpful and patient with me as we got my battery and windshield wipers swapped. Definitely will be coming back next time I need help.

Absolutely fantastic location. The customer service here is ACE. They are nice and helpful and even can have a few laughs with you. I went to their competitor down the street one day to see how it compares and the guy basically ignored me and talked to someone else about personal life while I was needing help. However, at this AutoZone I have been greeted and taken care of immediately every time. Wonderful staff and you can tel it is well managed. I was curious if this was an AutoZone thing or not so I stopped at another AZ in Fremont the other day and it was a poor experience. So two thumbs up to the staff and managers here on Monument!

I had purchased a bulb for my headlight on my Lincoln. I was assisted by Chris who was professional and personable. He replaced the bulb for me out in the parking lot. I returned to the store wanting to give him a gratuity for his service which he insisted was not necessary. Such great service!

I was insulted immediately by Jerome the sales manager after asking him for headlight bulbs. Apparently I need to learn how to take of my car and not ask questions to the guy working at the car store. Ironic It says customer satisfaction on his tag

This location is definitely bigger than the one I usually go to, which is nice, but the parking is horrible and the staff is not very friendly. This is definitely not a location I'll be frequently going to

They have great warranty on their parts, affordable prices, and it's rare when something isn't in stock. (Unless it's some kind of uncommon part) if you join their rewards program every certain amount of money you spend you build reward credits. It's a great feeling when you buy over $100 worth of stuff and you get $20 off with the rewards you have stacked up.

The employees are amazing I had to go there during my lunch to get a low beam headlight . The two men that were working there helped me right away even went out of there way to make sure I was getting the right light. Went out of there way to even put it in for me. Alls I have to say is you got very good employees. Thanks to them I was able to make it back to work in time. Thank u to the two young men that helped me out.

I was having battery issues for the past week or so. These guys identified my problem, got me a new battery, and installed it all within the 30 minutes before they closed. I am more than pleased with my experience here, these guys went above and beyond and made my life much easier. Thanks yall, I will definitely be back!

Had a good customer service by a worker named Greg he was amazing g helped me install what I needed and friendly guy did an amazing job and so far the best auto one I been too he took away the old part inside while other stores tell me they can t and I have useless part in my car 5 stars for Greg

When unknowing cashier guy with a poker face addresses to you instead of "how can I help you?" with a question "whass up?" then this is your place but not mine. In addition, he has no idea about the assortment of the store.

I just left the concord auto zone, I have never been so frustrated as I am at this moment, the shift manager Denise V., was not being honest with me and she either thought I was homeless or a transient or maybe even a thief??Take your pick because she treated me like I was one or all, now granted I was in my grubby work clothes, but I was not rude at all.The real upsetting thing is that it was only $30.00 dollars we were talking about.She proceeded to try to lose me in their policy language, (which I am sure was not at all hard for her to do), that was redundant made no sense at all as far as my issue and still ended up with an unhappy customer and management that was not being upfront and truthful with the consumer not cool

Counterman was helping return a brake rotor, took forever.then I asked him to look up a brake bulb which he did except when I returned to counter with bulb and some oil I had grabbed he was nowhere to be seen. There were several other employees on the counter none who were busy..stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be helped nobody said anything to me so I left my thing in counter and walked out...this isn't first time in this store each time had been a joke..will not go back to this poorly ran store.

Terrible customer service and products. I bought a battery a year ago and it has already died! I called and asked if my battery was still under warranty and they confirmed it was. They checked to see if they had it in stock and they did.I know it can be busy so I asked if they would have time to pull out the old one and put in the new one (as they have done previously in the past). The guy on the phone said that was absolutely fine and that I could head straight to the store. So I had someone jump my car and headed down.Once I arrived, suddenly everything changed. They refused to help me pull out or install my battery. When I told them that wasn't what I was told and that I'm now stranded with a dead car I was told "you can figure it out" and he refused further. I didn't argue anymore because there was a line of people and I didn't want to hold them up.I will never be returning to this autozone due to the faulty products and disregard for the customers they rip off!!! I do not like leaving poor reviews even if I have a bad experience but this is absolutely ridiculous.

I've been coming here for a few years. Recently I purchased a decent amount of parts for my truck for a full tune up and more. I was very disappointed to find out that one of the parts I purchased was used. Really autozone?? A used and damaged part? So now i have to go track down the same auto part I need at a different auto zone or else I have to wait another day for the part to arrive at this location. Monument. I do have to say that I am disappointed with the service and quality. That should have never happened. Thanks autozone.

My car wouldn't start so I jumped it & drove to AutoZone. We had replaced the battery sometime last year. AutoZone made good on the warranty & installed a new one. My car starts everytime now.

This review is based off a phone call to help search for a part.The person asked for driveshaft information refusing to help with a simple u-bolt kit that fits over the rear axle and leaf springs. He said he needed all the information of my vehicle. I told him Year, Make, Model and he couldn t find it. Then I said it was a pick up from the 70 s and he said I was wrong for not first stating it was a truck and that he was looking for automobiles. OK.He then preceded to put me on hold hoping I would hang up. He picked up again after 7 mins and put me on hold again. He won. I hung up after that.I ve called several stores like O Reillys and Napa with the same question. Gave them the dimensions of the part I was inquiring about only thing was they didn t have in stock but knew exactly what I needed. I ended up ordering from O Reillys as the gentleman was very polite and helpful.Maybe not a knock in the entire store/chain but just this one employee with a less than helpful attitude.Oh well

Normally I do not leave reviews, but after this interaction I get compelled to. I have been a longtime customer of Autozone as I have a jeep that I love to take offroading and am always tinkering with. I called the other day to check if an item was in stock before I drove 20-30min to the store. Oscar picked up and put me on hold, after waiting 22min I was hung up on. I called back asking about the same item only to be sassed and unsurprisingly told that it wasn t in stock. I wish this store had workers who wanted to help others.
