Did an excellent job replacing my windshield. Car was new when a rock cracked windshield. Can't tell it's a replacement. Wipers still work perfectly, mirror mounted with a trim around it. Very good workWould highly recommend obviously.Thx Auto Glass Now.

I am a year late posting this but the memory of my car being broken into just came up on Facebook and reminded me that I never posted this review. The people at All Star Glass were awesome! I had no idea I would be facing weeks and possibly months to get Toyota replacement glass. The lady at All Star glass was able to order me comparable glass with the same tint and everything was fixed within a week. They ordered the glass, had it express shipped and had me in to repair the same day it arrived . They also invited me to come in on the day the break in happened and vacuumed up the glass and did a great job of wrapping the window. The wrap lasted all week during rain storms and my car never got wet. A year later the window looks great and works great, and the tint is perfect match! I would highly recommend All Star glass.

Just had windshield replaced by All Star Glass on my Lincoln MKT .They were recommended by Lincoln service in Concord.I also checked well known & advertised company .Did not get good vibes ,they quoted me $200 more .I requested original Lincoln windshield and All Star Glass delivered as promised.Their mobile installer Junior ,showed up at promised time frame He was very professional and efficient.Nothing but best experienceHighly recommend. This was All Star Glass shop in Concord .Office manager Laura was great ,helping me coordinate process w my insurance

I was referred here by WC Ford and found them to be very customer focused, honest, and experienced. This was a multi generational family business recently acquired by Glass Now so they were enjoying the transition to the new corporate software. They didn t have my windshield in stock so I had a few day s wait. There is a great coffee shop a ten minute walk away where you can comfortably relax for your 2 hour wait: Gratitude Coffee. Bring your iPad.

Nobody had our window in stock. Most had a 3-4day wait and were priced ridiculously. Then I called All Star Glass. They had my window in stock. Could be to me with in an hour,and the price was over 50% lower then the lowest of the other 3.Will definitely use them again in the future if need be.

We have had a GREAT experience with All Star glass. When our windshield cracked we had first made an appointment at a different windshield repair service (whose name I remembered from a catchy radio jingle) over in Oakland. I called my car dealer to ask about windshield replacement and they instead highly recommended All Star Glass: "they do all our glass work and they're great".We went with All Star Glass and Marcus did a great replacement job right in my driveway, for less than the other quote.Store manager Paul was wonderful in dealing with an unexpected issue related to the windshield trim.Would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Overpriced. They don't have anyone at tge cou ter so they twll you to call some number for an estimate, which is 20% higher than the other guy. Then you get scare story about how your bluetooth won't work unless you pay for their expensive glass -- which is probably the same as everyone elses since they don't make the glass.

Had to replace my windshield over the Summer due to a rock that split my windshield open. They came on sight to my job. Very professional, timely and knowledgeable. Customer service was bar none. Hopefully I won't have to use them anytime soon, but wouldn't go anywhere else and would refer family and friends to All Star Glass.

This company charged my husband card $572.30 when my deductible is $250.00 with AAA, then charged AAA $90.00. Basically they charged my husband twice... but why? I don t know The first charge was for $322.30 then charged $250.00 and told my husband the $322.30 would fall off but it didn t and this happens maybe two weeks ago so they had time to reverse the charge but haven t. Needless to say I called AAA so they can look into this because AAA is the one who set up my appointment. All the info was correct when I spoke with them but the tech from All Star Glass sent to my house is the one who doubled/over charged my husband card. Smh

i got referred to All Star Glass by our car insurance Progressive and i am very happy with our transaction. my car got broken into and i was distraught. they got me in quickly and laura was very nice and courteous.

I had someone break into my car, so I had to replace the front passenger side window. Left a lot glass all over my seats. Took it to all star glass and Mel who was the guy who serviced my car replaced my window really fast. He also cleaned all the glass in my car. I was satisfied !

On the afternoon of my appointment they called me and wanted to reschedule. The techs truck broke down. But fortunately I was able to bring it to their shop and for that I got 25 off my deductible. In and out in one hour.

This is a very bad company , they were sapposed to be cheaper than other companies but Nicole the operator quoted me a rediculous quote amount higher than other companies . I would not recommend this place , shop around there are way cheaper places in the area .

The quote was ridiculously high. Almost 3 time more than any other auto glass companies quoted me. I wont recommend.
