Thanks Tim for great service and making new car buying pleasant experience. I prefer sales team physically present the the dealership, instead of financing doing over the phone. Five star only because of Tim services, otherwise because of time consuming sales over the phone, I would give 2 stars.

Amazing dealer. Honest, transparent and great to work with! This dealer does not try to sneak in bogus extra charges like some of the other Audi dealers I've spoken to in the past. I worked with Susan Tran, who is exceptional! Susan, was very transparent in terms of pricing and what to expect when I first to spoke with her. She took the time to really understand our needs for a vehicle and was very upfront regarding the different options. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from her the next day, and I would highly recommend her to others without hesitation!

Susan was very helpful and very patience in helping me to get my car. We encountered so many obstacles that we had to jump through hoops to resolve them. Because of Susan's resilience and determination, she did not gave up on me and was willingness to find all ways for me to get my car. I'm very happy and pleased with her customer service and truly appreciated for her time and hard work. Overall, I'm very happy and satisfied with my new car! I would definitely go back to Susan for my other future Audi car purchases.Also, Desi was very nice in helping me at the part store. She has a pleasant personality.

Big kudos to Derrick within the technology department. I am from Florida, out here in California visiting family. My rental is an Audi, and I am unfamiliar with the technology of the car. My thoughts were to visit an Audi dealership, for a short tutorial. We pulled up to the dealership, and Derrick was asked to assist us. He went above and beyond to assist with linking phone, etc. His genuine concern to resolve the issue was kind, efficient and professional. Derrick, is an asset to your team. Thanks again for the customer service provided. And, getting my music to play!!! Ha! Truly saved the day!

Hi Damon, I just wanted to let you know that we continue to be blown away by the professionalism of YOU & Audi's customer care team, especially when we compare another "high end luxury brand" that we have had a relationship with since 2016 when we purchased our other luxury (SUV) "vehicle C".We had never experienced a video presentation from our "technician" highlighting the key points of the under carriage inspection of our vehicle until Audi! Purchased a certified pre-owned Audi A3 on 1/31/24. If you're considering an Audi, do yourself a favor and visit this dealership and ask for Brent Atkinson. His knowledge and expertise of the inventory is top-notch. Even better, his customer service was the best I'd ever experienced at a dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better consultant. Brent is definitely the best consultant I've worked with at a dealer. He knows his stuff and knows how to sell the value of the product. Rather than bombarding me with general info and features, he focused on my needs and connected those needs with the features of the vehicle. Great job, Brent.I've worked for several dealerships in the past and have also purchased from several different dealerships. Audi Concord has their act together. The staff is all very welcoming, accommodating, and professional. You won't deal with any of the stereotypical "high-pressure" salespeople here. You also don't have to worry about the elitist culture that some luxury dealers perpetuate. Audi Concord understands the importance of customer care and retention, and they do a fantastic job of caring for their clientele.Now, the part everyone dreads at dealerships - the financing and back office. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Audi has streamlined this process to be totally virtual. And the finance manager I worked with via telephone (Alex) was very cool. No scare tactics, pressure, or holding the deal hostage. The team here got us a great rate and the process was as simple as can be.This dealership definitely sets the bar high when it comes to customer experience and service. The other dealers out there could definitely learn a lot. Again, if you're considering an Audi, visit this location. Their inventory was plentiful, their team was great, and the location itself was very clean, well-maintained, and laid-back.

I am editing my most recent review...downward unfortunately. I've been a very long term service customer of Audi Concord and have always given five star ratings...until this most recent experience which left me feeling differently about the dealership, at least in this instance. My car was in for long repairs, which took a lot longer as the initial estimate missed most of the problem. That necessitated a much longer wait for parts. I had three different service advisors during the months my car was being repaired, and communications were not good which made things worse from my perspective. Finally, after about 3 months my car was ready. Unfortunately in that time my car was sitting outside, and what was a very small chip in the windshield had expanded into a big crack that at some point will mean getting the windshield replaced. Was it their fault-technically not, but it did have something to do with the car sitting outside for three months. On top of this (and admittedly this is minor), my windshield fluid light came on immediately...the least they could have and should have done over the three months is to make sure this was full. So after a wait that imo was longer than it needed to be, and after some less than stellar communication and major repair bill, I took home my car with a cracked windshield and no washer fluid. When I posted the original review the dealership replied and asked that I contact them to try to make things right.....so I contacted them...three times. They never replied. Hence my lower review now than before. I hope this experience is an anomaly, and in my long history it probably is, but I can't say anything went well here...and blowing me off when they asked me to contact them is infuriating.

What happens when an organization lacks leadership and employee training? Their teams cannot develop the skills required to serve their customers. The team lacks empowerment and sufficient pride and responsibility for their work . Oakland Audi is a prime example of these deficits . There are many options for Audi purchase , service and in my case trading in a used car for a new one. I had hoped to offer my local dealership an easy score. Three unanswered voice messsges later over 4 days I finally called for a manager. In an organization structured like Audi Oakland manager is a relative term. . The person I did finally get to speak to was courteous but lacked authority. I reluctantly contacted the next closest dealership: Audi of Concord. They could not have been better organized , professional and eager. What took 4 futile contacts at Audi Oakland took 1 call to AUDI Concord. A day later The trade in was consummated with excellent results . Daniel James and Daniel Willams were my points of contact. They were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and conversant with all aspects of the transaction.I suspect Audi Oakland has ongoing problems with morale, pay, and attracting talent. Sadly a downward spiral in customer experience is the inevitable result.

I had been car shopping over multiple weekends and this was by far the best experience. I worked with Tim and he was so responsive, knowledgeable and didn t feel any pressure when making my decision. He was flexible with my schedule and had such a great attitude the entire time. I was able to get everything I wanted in a Q3 at a great price! I loved that they had a "tech guy who walked me through every single button and function of the vehicle. This is my first Audi but I have a feeling it won t be my last!

Great lease experience for a 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron Prestige. Our salesman found our choice of model, color, trim, and accessories at a different dealership. The transfer of the desired car to Audi Concord was swift. Financial arrangements were done efficiently and remotely. The price included great available incentives. Pick up and new owner walkthrough was smooth. Terrific job at a wonderful dealership.

Tim Nichols was fantastic in helping me understand my options (new lease, buy out the car, buy a new car) so I could make an educated decision. I had the old lease wrapped up and was in a new car in under 48 hours. The process was seamless and highly personalized. Eleni was informative and supportive throughout the financing process. I loved being able to sign papers digitally from home. At the dealership I picked up the car and was introduced the service center and given a tour of my car's features. Thank you!
