I had an exceptional experience at America's Tire on Monument Blvd in Concord, CA. I arrived at the store before my scheduled appointment, and Derrick greeted me warmly and assisted me with the check-in process. They were able to accommodate me earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.The staff at America's Tire went above and beyond to fix and rebalance my tire, and they did it without charging me a dime. The store and restroom were immaculately clean, which added to the overall positive experience. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful.I highly recommend America's Tire at Monument Blvd in Concord, CA. Their outstanding service, accommodating nature, and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable.

I m a loyal American Tire Customer as they have great service and warranty that dealers can t match. This is by far my new favorite location, I m in Oakland but worth the drive. James provided exceptional customer service today. They also replaced my rear wiper for $13.17 including labour. Highly recommend American Tire and this location is great! They also have a great area to work from

This shop is great. I came by at 4:45 yesterday(Saturday) and they close at 5. I just went to ask if they had the tires I wanted and how much it would be. They did and the price was comparable to Costco who wouldnt have been able to do it until Monday either. After getting my answers I was fully expecting them to say they could do it Monday(they are also closed Sundays) in the morning. Instead they told me that they don t go home util the last car leaves and they would do it right now. They were able to get new tires on my car and send me on my way in less than an hour. Waiting area was nice with comfy chairs. I will return the next time I need tires.Thank you again Discount Tire of Concord

Great customer service. Went above and beyond. If it were not for the fact that they couldn't take the tire off of the slingshot, I would give 5 stars. Seems corporate policy prevents it. This caused an issue with the tire being mounted in the wrong direction. Again, the manager resolved the issue quickly, and his team responded in breakspeed fashion safely. I'll be purchasing all tires from here from now on.

The first and last time! My tire alarm went off. The front desk staff asked me to wait in the lobby. I waited for a long time before closing the door and asked what I was waiting for. In the end, I was very grateful for the staff to help me check the tire pressure and inflation for free. When I asked him if he had punctured a nail, he definitely said no. When I got home and was about to leave at night, the tire alarm started again. However, many shops had already closed. It can only be said that the staff were irresponsible. The large nails couldn't be seen See you. A bad day wasted a lot of my time

Professional and timely! Had a nail in tire and they were able to take me in the same day, even though they were busy. And free of cost!Location is nice and clean. Great having an app too which will give ETA and alert/text when car is ready. Will definitely go back for tire services

Bought four new tires online and scheduled appointment to get installed today at 10:45. They were wrapping up the installation by 11:15. Fast and friendly service at a great price.

I wouldn't take my car any where else if given a choice. Always professional staff, clean environment. Be prepared to wait. The way the vehicle drives, when you leave is more than worth the wait. Safe and road worthy! Thank you, crew at Monument, Happiest of Thani to your families.

Have been a customer for many years. Fast friendly service by knowledgeable staff. Only downside is no showroom displaying their selection of available tires or wheels. Competitively priced with a good selection on hand. The tires I wanted installed on my Jeep had to be ordered. This was at 9:40am. They called at 4pm same day stating the tires had arrived. Installed and out the door by 6pm. All on the same day. Highly recommended.

I ordered tires online and didn t set an appointment. Luckily they had the tires I purchased on hand. I was attended to immediately and quickly processed to servicing. With one car ahead of me in line I was served very fast with a wait time of about 30 minutes in total. I purchased a set of 4 Hankook Ventus V2 Concept 2 tires and each one was recently manufacture in 0521. Overall a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend purchasing your tires online if your know what you re going for. Makes the whole process a lot faster.P.S. The tire shine was not included. Did that myself immediately after servicing.

Fair prices and really organized shop that you normally don't see. If you schedule and avoid busy times you can be in and out within 1h.

Everyone was friendly and helpful as usual. We buy all of our tires here and they always are friendly. They stand behind their warranty as well. One of the tires was very low yesterday. We had been out driving so we stopped to air it up at the first gas station we saw but Americas Tire couldn't fix it because we had to drive on it too long. It was under warranty so they replaced it with a $25 charge to renew the warranty. It took about an hour. I wish it had been faster but the workers were all working so I think they did their best.

The gentlemen at this location are pros. Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. I've been going here for 10 years and they will keep earning my business. Free tire repair? Yes. You can also add tire insurance to new tires bought elsewhere or a new car which is great and makes huge sense from risk management standpoint.Also don't bother shopping around, these are most competitive prices.Service is very fast. I got lucky today and was in and out with two tire repairs in 40 min. Was quoted 1-1.5 hours for walk in.

Terrible customer service. Said service wait would be 30 min. Drive 5 min to the shop. Get there and they say 2 hours. Why waste peoples time trying to get them in the door! That was such a hustle. Be upfront and transparent, it would do you better in the long run

We have been here several times over the years for our tire needs and they have been excellent from the start. They are fast and efficient and professional. I haven't had the same experience from similar businesses unfortunately.

The worst service I ever had....!!!!! I had a 12:30P.M.appointment my car was ready a 2:30P.M. The employees we're so rude and disrespectful . I was a good client for many years..!! The experience was so horrible that I will never come back...!!!!

Great service. After being jerked around by Costco Tire Center for about 3 weeks (see my separate terrible review), I called America's Tire. Great service, ordered and received my tires in 2 days and fast appointment the next. Great, friendly service and considerably less than Costco's price for the same tires.

I wanted to go bigger with my wheel/tire setup, and Manny definitely hooked me up. Be sure to ask for him if you own a Challenger/Charger.

Cancelled my other appointment with another company after Americas Tires had mine in stock and were a little cheaper. Made appointment for the next day. They were done changing all four tires within 45 minutes. Wow! Great service!

For being a loyal Discount/America s tire customer. They didn t care to address my FREE AIR CHECK when I drove this morning. I was waiting patiently to see any staff come up to me and help but none of them even cared. I saw the staff seeing me wait but none of them even cared to help. What s the point of having a service that you don t intend to provide. Very very disappointed! Will never ever be at this location.

Customer service was excellent! Waiting was to be expected because they had so much business going that Saturday l went to have one of my tires checked and fixed. For starters, there was a screw that caused the air to leak. There is a spacious waiting area, clean restrooms, and friendly staff. Two hour's wait was worth it! My warning light (check tire pressure) was finally off!

This place is amazing I had a lot of issues with ordering tires online and went to multiple shops trying to fix it in the end America's tires was the one that kept helping me and kept trying to fix my issue ...not one shop told me that my tires where bad and not one believed me that the issue was the tires..only America's tire did and I really can't thank them enoughbe careful when you have aftermarket wheels

Highly recommend this place and will be coming back for anything tire-related. I was there when they opened at 8am. They were able to take me in as a walk-in. The gentleman behind the desk was very helpful. They patched my tire. I was also pleasantly surprised that it was free of charge. EXCELLENT SERVICE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Booked the appt online the day before. No wait on arrival and was quoted within the hour of my appt time for completion for a single nail patch and rebalance . They were done maybe 10 mins early and icing on the cake. 100% free.Not often these days you see a chain auto maitenace shop that can provide quality, timely, service (escpecially free of charge) but this crew gets it done!

-I buy from them since ever. Huge selection, very decent prices. Nice and friendly place too. They really go above and beyond.-2 years after, I still give them 5 stars. I have another appointment and did my tyres in less than half an hour. The price is as cheap as it gets.-2023 - still 5 stars. Good jo!2023 - Sept. Still 5 stars.

I am in AWE! Called Paul prior to going to them, very calm/relaxed, helpful, & non-intimidating over the phone. He answered all my questions precisely. 10 minutes later I was already in their shop, I already loved it there the moment I stepped in and more so when I spoke with Paul.They saved me at least $500 today if I went to Tesla. They finished way earlier than the estimated time. Very clean facility, Paul was sweeping the floor himself in between helping customers. I have heard the old-timers commenting wonderful words to them as they go. Very polite young crew with great work ethics. I have told my friends already about them!

Aside from this lone gripe, I usually enjoy my shopping experience with your company. Unfortunately this specific trend has become a habit, hence my review.Most visits are generally the same, warrantied tire rotations and general maintenance,(air in tires etc.) Almost every visit, my estimated wait time is an hour. The problem with this is my car doesn t go up on the lift until 30-40 mins have passed. People value their time. You should also value theirs.Why do I have to wait in your lobby 40 minutes after arriving before someone brings my car around to be serviced? Scheduling anything with you seems pointless if I m still going to be sitting around for a half hour anyways. I feel like because my work generates zero profit for your company, my invoice goes to the bottom of the pile.
