I don t recommend doing business here. They told me if I paid cash I would receive a discount. I foolishly put down $2,000 deposit but never received any details about a discount. I was told to drop off the car after the following week because they wanted all the parts to repair it. I called before dropping off the car. They said they couldn t find a part to repair my 4Runner. I told them I had a website that would deliver it the next day. They insisted they couldn t find the part. I inquired about the specific part they were referring to because I only thought 2 parts needed to be ordered. I sent them a picture of the damaged front end of my vehicle so they could refer to it. They said they actually have the parts and to drop it off.They told me they would let me know what my discount would be for paying cash. I later received a call the estimate was likely going to be more than expected from $4k to $5k depending on what they find . I told them to go ahead and do the work. After 2 weeks and not getting any updates I called and spoke to a woman and she told me they weren t done with my vehicle because they were waiting on a part They told me Tom would be in at 11am and he would call to talk to me. Tom never called. I called the next day and they said they had the part and my car was done. They told me to come at 1pm so that they could make sure the car was clean. I showed at 1:05pm and Tom asked where I had been. He said he had been calling me. I never received any calls from Tom. I showed him my phone and he said it doesn t matter. Tom tallied up my bill and asked if I was paying the balance of the bill in cash. I said no I was paying by credit card. He then gave the bill to a woman in the office who wanted to confirm I wasn t paying itn cash and I said that was correct. I told her I was told I was supposed to be getting a discount for paying cash but was never told what the discount was and that I didn t see anything item on my receipt mentioning it. The woman then said they charge a extra 4% fee for paying by credit. I reluctantly paid, but was never informed of this or was it mentioned in the estimate. The work performed was poor. Lines are not uniformed. My fender well has a cover/guard they left unsecured and my automatic seat button was missing. I will not be back. I do not recommend going here. They perform poorly in a lot of areas. I should have told them to show me where it says the charge 4% for credit cards on my estimate. I don t trust them to find a replace my missing button control to my seat or secure my fender well guard.

This is the second time I take my company vehicle for repairs they do a very thorough and perfect job as well as they even had my van cleaner than before when I picked it up. Karla and Sandra are the best they will lesson and do their best to get the job done perfectly on a timely manner. We do have to understand that sometimes insurance and fleet companies take time to get approval and has nothing to do with this center and all we need is patience and in return these two ladies will make sure you will have the best work done on your vehicle with no issues. Thank you all

I have a 1999 two tone Lexus ES300, and I knew it was going to be difficult to blend the paint when I was hit in the front quarter panel. Not only did they deliver when being in a time crunch, but they maintained professionalism and were very easy to work with. Sandra did an excellent job providing updates as well as staying flexible. After a recent fender bender, I took my car to this shop at the recommendation of my brother who works for CarMax, and after the amazing service I received, I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else in the future. The owner Sandra was so kind and treated me like family from the get-go. When I came to pick up my car after the repairs, it was pristine. Had my car worked on late last year after a hit and run. Several promised return dates passed before I finally got my car back. A little over seven months after the work was done, I ve noticed that paint on the side of the car that was repaired had faded to a dull finish, quite different from the gloss on the rest of the vehicle. Also should be noted that when I got my car back, the interior was absolutely covered in polishing compound which is still present in some areas and has taken months to clean up.

When my vehicle recently needed some serious work, I was dismayed by the price quoted me by the dealership; moreover, they wanted me to wait up to ten days before they could schedule an appointment. Some good people recommended I sit tight and check out 925 Collision Repair, and I'm glad I did! The folks at 925 Collision Repair did an excellent job for a third of the price my dealer wanted, and they did it fast: 925 Collision Repair got the needed parts the *next day*, worked on my vehicle over the weekend, and it was ready to roll on Monday! The replacement and body work were impeccable, the paint perfectly matched, and came with a promise to correct anything that might be somehow unsatisfactory. Unsatisfactory? How could anything this good be unsatisfactory? 925 Collision Repair is family owned and operated by knowledgeable, experienced and friendly people who have been in this business some time (although at the Concord location for only a couple of months). The owners and staff are courteous, good listeners, and can size-up your needs as fast as you please or, if you aren't in a hurry and they aren't too busy, they may chat with you and get to know you as you also become acquainted with them. There is no false veneer here: great honest people, first rate work, competitive pricing, and lightning-fast turnaround. Check out 925 Collision Repair. I think you'll be glad you did!

A very bad experience!!!Last time we took our car to this location, the rear light was not properly installed. They did not accept the issue from previous repair. We had to pay $160 out of our pocket.For the current repair also, they told they will charge $100. When repair was done they were asking for $250. A tire cap worth of $50 in Toyota, they sell for $90? Kidding me? We said we do not want it. It was a hassle and day to day follow up for the last 2-3 weeks, until we got $90 back. Will never take my car there again.

Shady service. I waited to do a review after a few years to see how the work held up. This body shop replaced my front and side bumper. The paint is now chipping off. They also charged the paying insurance for items that were not put on my car. I ended up complaining to them and they never called back. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

WARNING! Avoid this place at all costs!!This place does not only provide extremely slow and mediocre work, they also have terrible customer service. This business is runned by individuals who are clearly not qualified to properly run and manage a good business. No business ethics, no communication skills, just terrible customer service overall. I know this becauseI am a Business student, not just a uninformed customer. TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE
