Rude response when asking to fix my car. These people only want to do easy jobs like oil change. I do that. They claim to work on mercedes and bmw. They looked confused when they saw my 99. Mediocre service worse mechanics. Not recommended. Zero stars!!!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR!!! They are liars and will take advantage of you.I don t EVER leave bad reviews but I am infuriated with these people and want to warn others.They say one thing to make you believe they re helping you out, but they don t!! I read previous reviews and should have known better.When I had first came to this shop I expressed how I am so sick of shops taking advantage of single women, and he assured me he was trustworthy and that he has sisters.I had initially came into the Superior Auto because I was told from another shop I needed ignition coils and Superior quoted me $120 for that and then was told I needed a tune up which would have been $80, so $200 total which we agreed for both. When I come to pick up the car he told me I didn t need ignition coils but he did the tune up and the total was still $200 even though he never replaced ignition coils like I had asked. I asked why it was $200 and he said because he put in a new air filter and synthetic oil that I never asked for. I didn t really put up a fight and paid the $200. That should have been my first red flag. When I was there I had mentioned that I needed a new catalytic converter and he told me that he could get it straight from the dealership for a good price and we agreed on the price. After they replaced the catalytic converter he told me that he was able to turn off the code for it (p420) and that no one ever is able to. Well I just find out now that he did NOT turn the code off he literally turned my whole check engine light off and it s not even turning on for other codes. So the code for the catalytic converter is still there as well as other codes. My car is now at a legit shop not a mom & pop shop and this new shop also told me that it is not the original converter and that it might even be a bad converter and if that s the case I am going to fight this.After they replaced the catalytic converter they told me I DID need ignition coils and he told me how much each would be but little did I know they literally come in a 4 pack, you don t pay individually like he made it seem. He said it would have been $240 because they were $60 each and $60 for labor. I didn t know any better and had completely forgot that he had even quoted me $120 the very first time I had asked for them (a lot happen in between all this and completely slipped my mind). So I paid $300.I went to auto zone later to get my battery tested and was talking about my new ignition coils and he said oh girl you got ripped off big time . I did my research and find out that he probably got those ignition coils for $100 and just charged me $200 for labor.I understand they have to make profit, but DONT LIE AND DECEIVE ABOUT IT.I am so fed up with them.I m just saying, they tell you one thing but it is not true and they WILL take advantage of you.Also don t ever buy a car from them because he changes the odometer to make it seem like it has less miles then it does (he personally told me this).

False advertising on labor, surprise charges, unfriendly/unwelcoming staff. They get angry when you notify them that they're surprise billing you. Don't even come here. You can buy your own oil and filter for $40-50. Stay smart people, it's easier than you think.

Got a new engine from them great price and car runs like new , I recommend this place to anyone who has problems with their car great people and service

Bad experience with the owner, the owner is very rude toward the customers and he tries to change the parts of the cars that still work. He is a person that starts to argue with women and when he doesn t like something that someone says he kicks them out and tells them to never return to his shop.

Not the cheapest prices but work definitely reflects it I was at various other shops spending my money and nobody could fix it brought it here and owner told me if he didn t fix it he wouldn t charge me a single penny, he ended up going above and beyond what I paid him for overall very pleased and definitely recommend them.

This place is not a place I can recommend, they are friendly but very incompetent. I am reporting them to the BBB and the state automotive board.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Horrible. Wont recommend this place. They are going to steal your money. They get crazy just because you ask for a receipt. They don't guarantee their work. They should be reported to the BBB.
