Please Read!!!This place is FRAUD!!!I had a brand new 2022 Honda Accord. Unfortunately someone crashed in to me and I ended up at this shop. Worst mistake of my life. My car was at this shop for about 6 months and Eric kept giving me the run around telling me it was almost ready every time I would ask for any updates. After the 6 months he sent my car to Honda to get recalibrated but they did not replace the SRS unit with a new one, from my understanding it was used because it had 3 accidents recorded which was impossible because I only had 1 accident, so Honda sent the car back to Eric to fix the issue. The airbags deployed and Eric blamed Honda for the air bags deploying and he fixed them for the second time before sending the car back to Honda. The airbags deployed on the Honda employee the second time because they said the module wasn t connected properly so when they fixed it, the airbags deployed. I M LEAVING SO MANY DETAILS OUT But Long story short he got paid OVER $27,000 from my insurance and he abandoned my car at Honda because due to his poor work my airbags kept deploying and I think he didn t know how to fix the issue. Even after my car was at Honda a month later I got a letter from my insurance that they were still going to give Eric 1,000 more for any final work. I immediately had my insurance cancel this check because my car wasn t even at his shop anymore and HE JUST KEPT TRYING TO MILK MY INSURANCE. It s been over a year since this incident and I still don t have my car. I had to file a small claims to take Eric to court and he didn t even show up because I m sure he knew he was in the wrong. I m finally almost done with this nightmare, but If anyone has trouble with him and your cars contact the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. I had them help me to have strong evidence against him at court. STAY AWAY from this Shop.

All the staff is professional and nice. Susie was the one that handled my car/file. Amazing Customer Service and Work. They fixed my car after a really bad accident looks like new. I got home about 3 weeks later and realized my wipers didn't work. I took it back, and they took care of it immediately. I didn't have to wait in line, I felt like like I was priority. Amazing, If you need body work done, don't go anywhere else but here. Thanks for doing an amazing job.

Eric and his team are amazing. They really worked a miracle getting my car back in shape after some damage, and did all they could to keep the costs as reasonable as possible for me. I took my car here despite living in San Diego, which should say something about how quality the work is, and would recommend them for anyone who needs work done, no matter how big or small.

they did a pour job on my truck! they promised me to take care of it in 2 weeks, they took 3 weeks, they matters is about the money, not about the job, this is the worst body shop at Paramount city think twice before to take your car there.....Service: PaintingService: Painting

It was the worst service I have ever experienced! It took him 7 months to paint my truck & didn't even paint my mirrors right! They cut my alarm cables and now it doesn't work & they put my door back on wrong because you can hear the air come in! To top it off they lost my face stereo & he didn't even paid for it! But they sure cashed my insurance check before they even had the truck!

TOTAL FRAUD!!! Somerset billed my auto insurance for $15,728.71 in work to be done, parts were not replaced as Somerset said they were. They gave me a list of everything they said they completed with genuine parts; Somerset banked on me and my insurance not checking their work. My insurance is asking Somerset back for the $13,913.59 in parts/labor that was never done.

Worst automotive shop in paramount. So Un professional, don t know the difference between cars or model s of the vehicle. Will charge for work they never do. Highly not recommended!
