Been going here forever(20 years plus) to get flats fixed, and they always have taken care of me, no matter what vehicle I've had. Great professional service no matter the employees

Oh yeah I caught a flat on the 405 Going back to San Diego on 5/20/23 and it was about 6:30pm and I got off the freeway on Carson St, it was about 71/2 miles away from Pacheco Tire shop!! I didn t have a spare and I couldn t wait for a tow ,So I just moved inland away from the industrial area to search for tire shops that whet on google!! And all of them where closed except #1 uno mas Pacheco Tires!! I m so Grateful to the Men who stayed Opened that Night because when I reached Pachecos Tires it was a line of cars in the same position I was in!! On flat with no spare!!

Went in for 4 tires for my dodge challenger wide body I just got my rims refinished I should have known better coming here to this ghetto place they over inflated my tires and my rims were filthy just awful you definitely get what you pay for here bad service and poor craftsmanship he tried to take off my tires when I refuse to pay him for nicking my rear passenger rim I threw the money in his face and demanded they let me out do not bring your car here unless your want your rims damaged and looking like you went off roading in a mud pit they definitely treat Hispanic people better here than they do other races here I witnessed it first hand!

I'm starting to belive everyone ain't who the pretend to be we been knowing the father for ever an I came in today an forgot my wallet I told him I would come back with the 20$ but he said no because other people didn't come back I'm not other people I'm the guy you knew as a kid now I'm the adult who comes in an tips 5 bucks to get my air checked.. I got a screw in my tire this morning so I came here to fix it only to find out I got bad tires after he told me eighty but I only had six in my Ash tray I left my wallet on accident an he couldn't trust me to come back with metal sticking out my tire an him knowing I have to go pic up my children he had me drive on the bad tire I know it's not his responsibility but where is the since of humanity but he taught me a lesson that good business don't come from people you know it comes from good business men an women.. I won't recommend them if your in a bind they lost me as a customer completely all I'm gonna say is go where they value you...

Had a flat tired late Saturday night, Called early Sunday and Ramiro let me know they could absolutely help me on a Sunday, they had an amazing used tire. $40 and 25 mins later, back on the road! They even put the spare back under my car for me. Really appreciate the staff here!!!! 10/10 Recommend.

They are the most expensive and most helpful shop in LA. I live all the way in West LA and will drive to them for any of my tire needs. I will barrow a truck if I have to just to give them my business. They are that good

Great service , they changed both of my tires within 10 mins they are faster than McDonald s drive thru. I got used quality tires and for a reasonable price. When I'm in need for tires again I'm going to Pacheco's tire shop and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Great service but the owner needs to run it more professionally. Customers walk around smoking weed and they cut the line. He feels the customers should resolve cutting the line issues themselves which could cause a serious issue. Oneday, someone will get hurt or killed here. I felt hispanic customers were a priority over other races.

The most amazing service and the best prices!! Took my car in just by their closing time and they fixed it in a jiffy about 20 mins tops!! They have both used and new tires, a lifesaver!!

Open late, just takes a little patience. 1 hour 45 mins to get a tire patchedStuck in the establishment.Cheap but you need at least two hours minimum of your time.

I'M BLOWN AWAY!My 18 year old son's wallet full of cash and credit card accidentally fell out of his pocket at Pacheco's. Happened around 1pm, he noticed around 7pm. he was sick about it. I said let's drive down and search but he decided to call first. Pacheco said his brother found it and to come on down to pick it up. What??? Serious? We drove 30 minutes to pick it up. He had it in a bag all contents intact. I have HUGE RESPECT for this shop. This speaks volumes about the honesty and integrity of thepeople running this place. I HIGHLY recommend Pacheco's and will never forget this.

I went at 7:30pm and bought two new tires off the car to make it easier for them because space is usually tight and I paid 130 for new tires and balance. They couldn't even do their job and take the OLD weights off and the workers were getting high they whole time talk about half the job. I use to work in a tire shop and this is unacceptable WILL NEVER GO BACK

Had a flat AGAIN from the tire shop on Compton Blvd. The tires we kept getting there were so damaged. We went to Pacheco's and you automatically feel welcomed. Staff is great. Prices are great. Can't beat them! Thank you!!

My car got a flat late at night and I found this place open 5 years ago. It's been my go to place since. The people here are fast, honest and provide awesome affordable service. I highly recommend it.

I like to say thank u to you guys specially the younger worker that was there this morning I got a flat on fwy.. drove and found u guys ... you guys had my tire brand new and good price for a Cadillac cts.. thank u awesome job.. Great customer service and fast. I changed all 4 new tires and they had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. Also they're prices were the best from 4 different shops around the same area.
