I had an amazing experience with a staff member Named Brian. The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Brian. He went above and beyond to help me with my issue! You have a great associate there! Thank you Brian you are the highlight of my day. Came here just to get my check engine checked out and I couldn t get help since there were only two employees when a 3rd and 4th employee were walking around and entering and existing the store helping another person out. Ridiculous.

When I went there to get some stuff that I needed from O'reilly's. I asked one of the workers if they can help me put the oil in my car. Because I don't know how to do it. They said that they will help me. I waited outside my truck. Will my kids for more than 30 minutes? And it's nobody helped me or came out to let me know that they were gonna take a little bit longer. I had a complete stranger that was working on his car. 2 aisles down for me, an older person. And he offered to help me put oil in my car. By the time he was done putting the oil in my car, the worker came out and said, Oh, you got help already? There's no need for me to be here. They should really work on the customer service and offering their help if they cannot help the person in the they should just let them know so we could go somewhere else.

The only time this place runs good is when the store manager is on duty, there is a short Mexican older gentleman that always gives customers a bad time and service. This is the third time this man has been rude and had a bad attitude. I definitely won't be shopping here anymore.

I was never an O'Reilly customer, I always got my partsvfrom the place right around the corner, (AZ)I regret not coming to O'REILLY sooner, O'REILLY staff is on it, this guy got my parts and scanned my explorer for codes, in less than 10 mins, helpful, quick & friendly that's excellent customers service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Didn t return money on product, merchandise was in its original packaging. Had never bought anything from them. Always went to Autozone. Better customer service. Don t have to deal with nasty actitud. Called corporate and the store associate even lied to them in my face. They pretty much keep your money. Will never buy anything from here.

I am very impressed with the service I received at this auto parts store! They didn't have the parts that I needed for my vehicle, but they were able to have one of their drivers pick them up from a sister store. The parts were a bit heavy, so Frank, one of the workers, offered to help carry them to the car. I received great customer service from this store. Daniel and Frank were the two workers who gave me good service. I commend this store for having such good service available to their customers! Keep up the good work you guys!

They didn't said I could exchange the battery they just sold to me and it was very expensive.for sure I ain't going to recommend this place to no one. Bad service by phone also.

A rather new location on the East side of the City. A very clean and well stocked store. Good customer service. Good off street parking, easy in, easy out. It is set back in the somewhat medium sized strip mall off Long Beach Bl, but the signage is good making it easy to locate. Bi-lingual. Four stars because I want to give it some time to settle in to regular day-to-day service before I revisit my review.

I needed a roll pin. I never heard that name before. I saw one for the first time when the Sales Representative brought a package.Though it was closing time, the wonderful person made sure that the pin fit. He made sure I had what was needed. The Sales Representative cared for me and my cause. I am so proud for the help and patience given to me..Thank you O'Reilly...

There is nothing "wrong" with this O'Reilys. They haven't sold me a faulty product or anything like that, but I will say, there is a NOTICEABLE difference when you go to this O'Reily and basically any other O'Reilys, in Long Beach, Paramount, Lakewood etc.Let's just say... they make sure you don't forget you're in Compton -_-

Really shi##y a$$ people here if you go there on Mondays I'm not sure how the schedule is switched up but I just called and Louis answer the phone and in between 7 and 8 it's like they only want to help their own kind if you're not there color you can forget it. Left my mom hanging would not help her out with what she needed. Her truck ran hot and was asking about coolant. Asked if they could help her her and told her maybe I can help you. Left her hanging.

Worst customer service. Delphina I believe her name is, she is extremely rude and disrespectful to both customers and employees. She yells and humiliates her own staff infront of customers.

False advertising. They say they will match any price as long as it s a recognized store. Well autozone is there competition and I walked in with a receipt to get a price match and they said no. There Answear was that the part had to be the same brand of the part. Autozone will match any brand on any part as long as you can prove the price difference. I will stick with autozone.

Counter people young in the mind,cursing ,on their phone while customers are waiting, talking among themselves? When you go to this type of business you want to get what you need and out so you could start working on your car get it back on the road. Maybe I'll go to AutoZone next time?

My main gripe is that they dont have any public rest rooms. No oreillys will let you use one. I cant stand this convention among stores in california. Pep boys and auto zone have rest rooms and water fountains you can use. I left and went to pep boys even though it is further away.
