Had ordered a part for my truck they assured me that it was the correct part. Waited about a week to arrive. When I go to install the part it did not fit, went back to exchange it and they told me that they needed to order a different part but I had to pay to ship the wrong part back. They told me that the new part would arrive in about 3 days. Three days past still no part then they call me and tell me that the warehouse cancelled my order and to go pick up my money. Worst service ever, not even in Mom and pop part stores have I experienced such a thing. Save yourself a headache and just go somewhere else.

If I could I would rate a 0 . I was in hold for 30 min and just got hung up on. I called again and they never answered. This is not the first time this happens. And when I get there the staff are just on their phone.

I bought a pair of pliers on June 15 around 9:30pm . The next day I wanted to return them and I had the receipt. I was told I didn t buy the pliers there because of the color and brand don t match . So I preceded to say that I bought them there and was told that I didn t. The manager(Joel) then told me that if I come during the time where the employee is there that I spoke to when I bought them. That I won t be refunded and he won t allow it. He was very rude and disrespectful. Please don t go to this O reilys very unprofessional.

2 girls at the parts counter and 1 elder man from the back:They had 3 customers before me at the parts counter. I was attempting to purchase a dome lamp, fuses, air freshener, seat covers. Waited quietly at pay counter for 15 minutes. They kept taking Latino customers as they walked in while purposefully not making eye contact with me. I quietly placed the items back in their proper place and left. Last time going to this Orielly's.

Purchased parts online got an email letting me know it was ready for pick up and to bring my ID. Female cashier wouldn't give me my parts unless I knew the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the purchase. Apparently my California issued drivers license wasn't good enough. 2nd time this has happened with this same cashier. Lost a repeat customer.

Not busy at all. You can be in and out in 5 minutes if you know exactly what you're going in for. Good selection too. Also helps that it's in a shopping center off Compton Boulevard.

I was calling all around for a metal gas can & no one was interested in assisting me till I called the Compton O'Reilly Auto Parts. I didn't get the name but he was very friendly and helpful. Told me where I could get them and why they were so hard to find. I really appreciated his help both in finding the item & understanding how things work!

Lawrence (Salesman) was awesome. He went out of his way to help me spray paint my vehicle and did a perfect job. Service like this is hard to find so when you receive it you have to recognize and compliment it. Thanks again for everything Lawrence! Will be back

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Neverbhad a bad experience there. Last time I bought some oil and oil filter and wasn't able to do the oil change and they took it back and refunded my card no questions asked.

went last week this woman helped me and was beyond knowledgeable, took really good care of me service was amazing, and prices were not outrageous. Jennie mad a long time customer out of me. I'm glad to see a woman who knows her car parts!who needs men!

This review is solely for Jose, he did a great job helping me out with my sick ass Prius. I needed to replace a rear light bulb. He went above and beyond to help me out. Great customer service. Hope you got your quesadilla.

Slow as hell service. If i wasn't desperate to save time and my bad headlight replaced, i would've gone somewhere. First time and last time.Took about 3 minutes to ring me up in an empty store. Get real!!

Fast, informative, excellent customer service, very efficient couldn't ask for anything else. Feels like family. I recommend this location. Top notch. Had me in and out 10 mins and back on the road.

Got here at 9:20 pm. This place closes at 10:00, but clerks were in a rush and not to helpful, same with call they took. Lesson to learn do your parts shopping early.

The guy with the two big earings looks like jesus crist last supper, was rude and very lazy. They normally bring what u order up to but this dude was telling me where to go and get it. Bad for business.

Horrible service I have took my battery here 3x they say there going to charge it and it takes 45min. Well once I picked it up battery didn't work thinking maybe it's done already but bearly purchased so I went to auto zone and they charged it worked perfectly they said it wasn't even charged to begin with. This place is full of lies and scam. I would not recommend this store at all to anyone.

Never shop here none of the employees know what they're doing I asked for a blinker relay they sold me a fog light relay which was universal did not work cuz it was not a blinker they wouldn't refund or exchange the relay they were making me buy a new one again. That's illegal and a scam I called customer service no one picks up
