The service at this Midas was the fastest I ve ever had an oil change in 11 years of me owning a car. They had my car done in 30 minutes and they had multiple cars being worked on when I pulled up. Truly great service!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I received outstanding service at this Midas location. Sam was very friendly and made sure to fit me in at a time that worked for my schedule, even though they had a very busy week. Furthermore, Sam walked me through everything going on with my car and explained each cost to me. I've never had an auto shop be so transparent and fair with costs before, and actually take the time to educate me about my car (rather than take advantage of my ignorance). Every issue I was having with my car was properly fixed and it is now in excellent condition. Prompt. Quick. Extremely fair price. Friendly people. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. My son and i went in for an oil change for my nissan and his dodge and flush a round 9a. Cars were already there and in line to be serviced. We sign in and tell them what is needed. Told us to fill out some paperwork and to have a seat. 30 mins later they tell us we need much more done to both cars, leaking, etc. They check your car from front to back. Sons car needed another coolant container and filters. My car needed oil change, transmission flush, air filter, cabin filter, and also recommended that i need my cv axel done. Well, all my stuff minus the cv axel was $700. I wasn't expecting that price, but i needed to do it. Im on the freeway every day for me and my daughter. So work was done. We waited in the lobby, bathroom available. Workers went to lunch and came back. Our cars were finished like 2ish. I was suppose to come back the next saturday but had a dentist emergency so there went that money. But I'll be back for sure once i have money. Thry take cash, card and apply pay.

Excellent service and Ash is very caring. He wants your car to be fixed properly the first time. Great prices and fair. My car has always been to the dealer, but the level of service received from this particular establishment has given me the opportunity to say I've found a new home for my car repairs and maintenance.

Called them yesterday at 3:55 to see if it was too late to come, the guy who answered the phone said come on in just get here before 5, because we close at 5. I got there at 4:25 and was turned away.The guy at the counter said I called an hour ago! Wow now it's 430 and I called at 3:55. Your math doesn't add up Sir, thank your for pushing me right over to jiffy lube who cloes at 7 and really takes care of their customers especially the ladies. I work at a High School where I deal with parents, there has been times when I have keys in hand headed to the door, but if a parent walks up needing my help, I go back to my office and help them. Good old old fashioned customer service! It no longer exists.

They took my car in even though they were booked. Picked it up at the scheduled time. They were great and have reasonable prices. Gave me a discount. been here a few times and recommended them. So I brought them a new customer too. I'll go to them from now on.

I will no longer frequent this establishment. They overfilled my truck with an extra quart of oil, and now I m experiencing a major leak. Excellent place to take my car for maintenance whether it is something small like an oil change or something big like engine or transmission problems. They will fix it and they will give you a good price. Thanks Mr. Ash. I have been bringing my car here for about 5 years, and I'm happy with the service.

There is something wrong with this location, there feels like there is tinkering with the prices, they always charge just a little too much, and I am a victim of them trying to sell me out on things that were 'wrong' with my car, but it is not true, I physically saw them pouring oil on the engine, and tried to sell me into ' your engine is leaking oil' scam, I will try to speak to corporate about the personnel in this location. Ii go to Midas because I trust the owner he's very honorable and a respectful gentleman. He's also very conservative of the cost you can afford. I will. recommend his business and service to anyone whom needs car service repairs.

Had a 8 am appoimtment sat for 2 hours without my car even being worked on. There excuse is theyhave work from yesterday. I dont understand why tell me it would be 8 am appointment if they knew they had a fulll lot of cars. For the prices they ask it seema they would keep a better schedule than that .

Great customer serviceNot like b4...take ur cars there.....recently was disappointed by there great customer experienceI called a few times was told we'll call u it's a lil busy.i understood. Never got a call back called the next day same thing..I cant understand y you can't multi-task or it only takes like 2 minutes or less to check some7 simple on ur computer wile talking to a customer or have 1 on the phone.come on its not that hard.they shouldn't do this to a loyal customer.i can go anywhere. But choose to go here.idk about now

Ripped off , they messed up my blinker, and charging me an insane rate to fix it. Scammers. Update : took it to twins auto close by and they are charging me only $75 for the job. Midas and the band of thieves were charging me $300

Got there at 8 when they open. 4 people ahead of cause i got out of line to move my car so they take a car in for service. Went for an oil change. So im sitting and waiting and other peple are coming and they telling them to come back another day because they have cars waiting from previous days and that they wouldnt get their cars back until 3 or 4pm if they left it. A lady that got there at the same time as me left without getting serviced. I waited 2 hours 45min. I also left without getting serviced. Absolutely ridiculous for an oil change! Never again will i visit a midas.
