Called and talked to Albert about a minor issue with my old, green, beat up, muddy, lifted wj. He seemed pretty chill so I decided to go and let them work on it. When I first pulled up there was nowhere to park. I didn't even see the place in time to pull in if there had been a place to park. So I basically had to spin the block. While driving around the block I called and said there was nowhere to park. By the time I got back they had already cleared a parking space for me and we're motioning me to pull in. Over the phone they had said it would take 3 hours, but actually it only took a hour and a half. They fixed it perfectly and the price was fair. It was a pleasant surprise and I'm definitely going back. Thanks

Albert is one of those passionate people who goes above and beyond to deliver.knowledgeable, professional, he took care of upgrading my suspensions, and took the time to do it properly, explained what he would do next on my truck and why.he races king of the hammers and just that should tell you his level of expertise.I'll go back soon for a regearing, steering upgrade and possible supercharger.highly recommended.

Had a bunch of questions and Albert help and answer all of them. I called jeep dealership and they couldn t answer them. They know everything about jeeps.

Need better service, customer service sucks. When nearby businesses say this owner is unreliable that means don t trust this business w your truck . Hours of operation aren t true and the number on here isn t a business # it s a cell . Totally unprofessional

Great Mechanic, he did a great job on my Jeep Wrangler JK. I will take my Jeep to Jeep Thrillz whenever I need work done. Great customer service, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done on their Jeep. Albert will get the work done right.

WARNING! Took my 08 Sahara for a Engine rebuild didn t last 5 months !!!! Albert didn t keep his word on the 1 year warranty Just kept giving me the run aroundDon t trust this place!!!! Complete waste of time and money Albert is a CROOK!!!

I use to go here all the time they have gotten really bad with the customer service I offered to purchase a seat belt from them and they guy said I cant compete with the pricing provided by another competitor I wanted to buy front seats and a back seat and he had to check and said maybe ill work a price for you. Who loses business like that? obviously them. if you are looking for a better deal call Scotty's they knew inventory and pricing matched.

I have never been so happy with someone who knew about my Jeep! I have dealt with individual telling me they know about Jeeps but really did not! Ladies take your Jeep to Albert at Jeep Thrillz Of Road you will not be taken advantage off!!! For Real! Thank you Albert.

I went on feb 26, for a drive shaft nobody else in area, had one I couldn't afford a new one ,so beto hooked me up, I have never been here before but he really knows what he is doing , I will be back , I would really recommend them , he got my jeep rolling fast . Thanks Albert

Bad costumer service and overall bad experience. Took my jeep and it sat for over a month untill i had to send a tow truck to take it to another shop where they actually have time to do the work they compromise themselves to. Would not recomend.

So disappointed I had heard alot of good things about Albert and he was so polite before doing business with him he would answer all my calls when I finally went and bought a backseat for my 98 jeep wrangler he failed to give me 8 screws which I was ok I could get them easily but when I found out there where 2 more parts missing with screws that's when he wouldn't answer my calls and when he finally did he said he didn't have the parts ..... I was so angry if your a pro u are supposed to know what is needed n he said n assured me he gave me everything except the screws I had agreed on missing .... never going again had plans on buying way more things but never again....

Got geared to 4.88's on my cherokee also installed the chromoly shafts and lockers front and rear.

I took my jeep wrangler there and I got stuck in front of his shop and he said I cant help you..dont go here go somewhere more professional and there is never parking there.
