I had a great experience i came in 4/5/2019 at 10am for a tire change and a wheel alignment. Price was very reasonable and service was quick . i was out in 45 minutes. All the employees were attentive and had a polite tone while helping. They allowed me to sit and watch cable with my 3 children while the service was being done. Thank you guys for the quick and awesome customer service .

If the job wasn't done right completely it was a bad job ! Yeah sure the guy changed the engine oil and filter pretty quick but that doesn't matter if he "lost" my screws and fasteners of the splash guard under my car and then had the nerve to replace them with body plastic fastener retainers . They should get sued . If they weren't going to do the job right they just shouldn't do it then . Very unprofessional .

It's hard to trust any shop with my car's but i found the spot. They know what their doing Good Customer Service and Great Prices. Friendly Owners.

Awesome mom and pop ehop literally head the alignment tech call his father over the owner fornsome help they did a great job as my car is kind of low and they used 2x4 and plywood to help get my car up to get alignment and was very well priced fixed me right up andlet me know my 2 different front tire can cause alignment issues which was great deff coming back great spot!

Worse experience ever! Went to get an alignment for my car and it came out worse than i had took it in for ! Pricing for alignment was to high for work done. Go at your own risk!

Charged me 120 because my car is new. After he finished he drove it and said it was good. That was a lie, it pulled to the left. On top of that he didn't tighten the tie rod nut on both sides

Went back and these jokers tried to set me up! One car on the rack, talking about drop off ,come back later for brake pads! My vehicle is a classic, and they love this type of vehicle. Brake fluid container open, no refill. One tire guy walked by out my engine. Paid them. But my tail pipe started blowing white smoke. Not a dam thing was wrong with my vehicle. They were super quick to offer a mechanic. Dont trust this spot! Especially if you got a classic vehicle! The twist is on!

I've been coming to this place for a long time. Even back when it was named something different the service has not changed. I definitely recommend this please for anyone needs tire assistance or just alignment they definitely know what they're doing. the wait time and service time it's great I went in for a flat tire I was out of there in less than 20 minutes.

Fast friendly professional service..I love that.. went in for an alignment and my truck came out straight as an arrow. The mechanic even drives it around the block before and after to make sure the job was done correctly... ill for sure be back when I need more service in the future... prices are fair as well... thanks

Called alot of places and no one could handle my dually F-350. Here they could and did it with a great attitude and made me feel comfortable. So if they could handle my big truck, I'm sure they can take care of you.

Tried to raise the price on me when I got there. Very unprofessional, I m a mechanic, they tried to scam me over a complete bs reason hoping I didn t know any better. Do not come here, dishonest shop.

Bought a new set of tires. One week later, busted ture. Went back to the shop and let them know they were new tires, bought last week. Ole boy told me, your tire can bust any time. I didn't even respond. My money will speak for itself.Trying to patronize small businesses in the community.

CONSUMER BE AWARE, I recently took my truck to get an alignment, after driving it for a week it started to make a thumping noise and turned out that the owner forgot to tighten one of the bolts for the passenger side upper control arm. When I took it back to tell him of the error, he wasn't to concerned and instead said someone must of un tightened the bolt. He was wanting to charge for the realignment again so I left and figured that i will never go back to his shop again

Had 2 alignments done at this shop, and both alignments caused my car problems. First alignment was done wrong and caused a bolt for camber kit to snap. On the 2nd alignment they left the camber kit loose and didn't tighten up my coil over which moved around and gave my car camber which rubbed my tires. never going back to this place, feel like they don't know what they are doin and causing my car to have problems.

I've been getting my tires, service on my wheels, and flats fixed by Hernandez for at least 10 years now. Every time I go I get great customer service.

Nice people just a little price rotated my tires and patch one tire and charge me $45. I can rotate my tires @ home and it will take me 15min just saying a little price.

Continued to get damaged tires here we think. We've had to change the same one 3 times already. Not coming here anymore. Might just be us. But it never felt too welcoming, more like get it done and leave.

My 93 bmw was speaking after changing some suspension parts it just felt terrible and I took it here and they fixed in 20 min definitely recommend

Ripp off, 65 for a wheel alignment and 25 more to rotate the tires and bend back a dust shield.and the car was still pulling to the right. The most I've ever paid in San bernadino for an alignment was 45 and the car went straight.

Worse quality work and dishonest, they made balance in my four tires and two months later came to make rotation and alignment but they found three bolts damage and they said they didn't

The service's where worth the wait. And for those women whom usually have issues when it comes to service around men at the shop. They have need not fret the women at the shop are killing it
