I ordered a map sensor for my Jeep Cherokee Sport online, Thinking it would be the fastest way to get the part, After paying on the app I was instructed to wait for a pick email, after 2 hrs of waiting I decided to drive to the location, I walk in and I see all but 1 staff member were standing talking doing absolutely nothing, I ask what's going on with my part, they had no idea, a manager came and looked on the computer, walked to the back 20 minutes later they came back with my part, coincidence that I received the pick up email right after they gave me the part? I don't think so, Really disappointed in Auto Zone.I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I walked into the Auto parts. I actually saw a very suspicious character in the store. They appeared to be very nefarious.However I didn't realize I was looking just as suspicious in my work clothing. ( Car. Mechanic attire )I was approached by both the A.Z. and asked did I need. ?Now of course my response was no because I'm adamant about trying to help myself in a cell service storeHowever a few minutes later security guard approached me inquire as to what I was DOING?...I told her I am minding my business and leaving hers alone.She apologized and rephrased.I am not trying to harass you but you have my attention and the AutoZone staff are just being concern Ed.I smile I said oh okay oh now I understand I'm looking at the gentleman over there and it looks and appears that he is trying to act like he is buying something.She said okay well let me handleIt.I looked at her it says security officer M. BarberShe was professional courteous andRespectful she then went and engaged the suspect in question.

I tried to return a duralast flexible extension because it broke the very first day I bought it and they would not accept that because they told me they do not take returns on tools. It is written clearly on the packaging that if any duralast tool fails I can take it to any AutoZone and they will replace it for free. This AutoZone is commiting fraud but by not honoring the written guarantee on the packaging. Do not go to this particular store because they are very shady and Scandalous. Why do they lie and scam the customers?There are plenty of other AutoZone with professional, courteous, and honest staff. Unfortunately the AutoZone on Long Beach boulevard and Compton is not one of them.

These autozone employees have bad service and try to avoid returns to make their life easier. They prefer you to go to another autozone. Tried to return a loaner tool - power steering remover and they said I HAVE TO go back to the store I got it from but that store literally told me compton autozone does not like to accept returns. They like to make their life easier.

It's always great haven't been there in a while because I do a great job of keeping my car up in maintenance this place should be cheaper tho their car parts are expensive

when here 3 days ago for a 99 Honda Accord LX and it seems like every time I show up to this place they always have the part I don't know if it's just my luck or it's just my luck but yeah customer service is great walked in no more than 10 minutes have my part for my vehicle right axle and I was good to go lifetime warranty on my vehicles engine parts thank you highly recommend this place for always having the items in stock and if not I'm sure they got to order it but the way is probably like a day or two but every time I go there they always seem to have it

I went in to purchase a trailer hitch rack before the store closed and had a great experience which surprised me because ive been to lots of different auto zone locations and customer service sucked but not at this location. I was helped by a young guy named Aaron. He took the time to help me put the rack i purchased together with his personal tools and was very polite. That kid deserves a pay raise for sure. BIG THANKS TO AARON FOR MAKING MY VISIT FAST AND PLEASANT.

Ricky was assisting me with my brake exchange and I didn't have the correct phone number to return for lifetime warranty very patient with me but following company procedures through the process Vincent the store manager was able to assist me and I'm so thankful he went the extra mile to make my visit GREAT go store #5367

Great service. Usually if not too busy Fast Customer care weather its a replacement part for your car, some accessories for interior/exterior, or a custom tool to loan or purchase they always there to help. There my auto go-to spot for most jobs .

I come here for all Vehicle essentials!!You are always greeted and staff are some what knowledgeable.Make sure you get a rewards card you get $20 once youve reached 5 points.1 point for every $20 spent1 point max a day!

Very very very bad customer service. I stopped going to that auto zone 20 yrs ago and it has gotten even worse. They don't greet you when you walk in ignore you when your waiting to pay. I know they're busy but come on and then you ask for help and you get attitude from the workers. Telling customers they have to wait no they don't they can leave and go to o'reilly alil more expensive but treat customers better. The manager was there and didn't say anything to the employee for talking to customer sooo rude. I wouldn't even give them one star but won't let me and them parking lot is like a repair shop people working on cars making money on the property nowhere to park.

I had been looking for a part that I needed. Big shout out to Jennifer for the best Customer Service!! Other Autozone locations didn t even bother, they just said it wasn t available and didn t even check the back. Jennifer went above and beyond, made sure I left with what I needed! She made me feel welcome and acknowledged. Thank you!

Went to buy an obd2 scanner and the store says they take Apple Pay tried to lay with apple pay and it doesn t work. This is not the first time I have tried this I just chalked it up to machine error but at this point just stop lying to us saying you have it or fix you machines. And the cashier just shrugged in my face and said I don t know like you don t know your machines work or not terrible service never coming back.

Searching for a part, just ask one of the former employees and they will assist you. All you need is the year, make and model of your vehicle. It's that simple.

Worker was rude, told me part was unavailable without looking it up on her computer. I was sent to store from another store, after I was told part was there, and she still told me it wasn't. I feel she didn't like me for personal reasons and used her work position to discriminate. Unacceptable. There should be more diversity in work places, so discrimination isnt tolerable.

This AutoZone is one of the better ones around and has ample parking and easy road access.You even get a little bonus outside as you can sit and watch the "Ho Stro" if that tips your fancy.Seen it all before, nothing special.The employees could always use an attitude adjustment, and more knowledge.

I am very displeased to say that this Auto Zone disappointed me, my husband and I needed to pick up parts and there closing hours are at 9pm which states in their business hours however when I decided to come in a couple minutes before 9pm the door was locked and when I did knock on the window one of the managers wearing a gray shirt said they were close. I am very upset because I got sent to this location recommended by a friend who is a long time customer and the fact that they closed their business a couple minutes earlier was very inconvenient. I will no longer come to this location!

I have been a customer of Autozone for over 30 years! I have been going to Autozone over any other auto part store since my father would take me with him. Never have I ever felt the way I did when I came into this store! The lack of professionalism was ridiculous! I came in for a part and the guy who offered to help didn't even look like he work there! A guy called him Tony so I assumed he work there but didn't have the autozone attire! After I ask for something he continued on to the multiple options from least expensive to most expensive. I just found it odd that the only part available was the most expensive. After we went over the options I thanked him and said no thank you. I didn't even bother to ask for someone else or for a manager. Didn't seem like that would help. This is by far the worst service I have ever received at a Autozone. It almost made me switch over to Pep Boys or O Reilly. What was amazing to me was I went to the Lynwood store off of Long Beach Blvd and found what I was looking for! So i will probably try a different auto parts store after this situation!
