Great shop!! Recommended to me by co-worker and glad that I went to Arlen. They are a small shop but the quality of work is big-time amazing!! The repair to my Lexus' fender is invisible and the paintwork amazing.

Extremely satisfied with my vehicle. My vehicle was vandalized 4 weeks ago so I took it in to Arlen collision, they assisted me with filling my claim and with the rental car. The car looks amazing and the customer service was great.I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

Far surpassed my expectations.Arlen Collision was a complete pleasure throughout my repairs from the initial inspection to the return of my car. Everything felt less like an ordeal and more like a project between relatives. Arlen Collision answered all of my insurance questions, explained the damage occurred and what it would take to restore my car.Even after dropping my car off Arlen Collision continued to be thorough. They informed me additional damage my insurance adjuster omitted, contacted the adjuster and received additional cost to finish the job.With real time photo updates and professional work I would be happy to go back.
