Incredible service, excellent staff. Came in for a brake and light inspection. My car had some electrical issues and they recommended me a good repair shop. Left to the shop, got my wiring fixed for my rear lights, returned and passed inspection with no further issues. The staff here is friendly, informative and very helpful. Honest people and great work. I will be returning for future needs.

My 1983 Wagoneer was down for the count when I took it to Alondra Carburetor, and to my surprise it was a small return fuel line vapor lock that was causing all of my headaches. Mr. Nabor gave me the diagnosis of the problem just by me explaining what was going on with the problem, told me exactly what the problem was, made the quick fix, and I haven't had a problem since. Glad to have been able to meet a honest and knowledgeable guy. Prices are extremely reasonable for the solution to fuel problems!

This location is super convenient to the DMV and the smog test are priced at a reasonable fee. Super quick and convenient and straight to the point. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a quick smog test.

I love this place I've been going there since the '90s the owner is real real cool and nice he always rebuild my carburetors on my Chevy Impala he knew me when I was a kid struggling now I'm doing good God is good I made his son tonight it's real nice

I had a greate experience with alondra carburators I had a Edelbrock carburator mounted in my 1992 454ss Chevrolet. After going to sebral place's they where the only ones that helped me with my mechanical problem . And at the same time they did the smog for it

The people here will try to lie to you so that you spend more money. Took my car to get my carburator fixed. When they couldn't fix it, they told me that my engine was bad and I needed a new one. Note that my engine is brand new and completely fine. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

N. E. Did a fantastic job and helped me out he handed me a part and told me to install it and come back I did and my van passed smog. Other places said I had a bad cat convertor and I said but its brand new. All it was the whole time was just the egr valve

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable mechanics. We took my in law's Equinox because it was overheating and the AC had stopped working. Junior, one of the mechanics, was able to figure out that it was an issue with the vehicles' computer that wouldn't allow the fans to turn on. He fixed the issue and no more over heating and AC is working again. So I decided to take my Grand Prix GXP that also had an AC issue, which I had taken to Lynn's auto air in Downey the previous day where they charged me $74 to tell me it was electrical and they would have to charge me by the hour to figure out the problem. Junior asked me if he could check it out and he gave me a specific answer. With his diagnostic tools he told me it was the AC/ heater controls, I went and bought a used one at the junkyard and ice cold AC again after no one else could figure out the issue.

The charged me about 160 to supposedly rebuild my carburetor a few weeks back a friend send to a mechanic that he knows and very trustworthy he check my car notice it idle fast checked the carburator levels and notice that the fuel air mixture knobs wouldnt work when he tried to adjust them i told him it was rebuild and he laughed and said who ever supposedly rebuild it just cleaned but didnt do anything as far as rebuilding

Needed a brake and lamp inspection for DMV. Took my 68 firebird there, left it and picked it up when they called. I had DMV complete VIN verification & finally got the car registered. Thanks Alondra Carb & Smog. Note small shop entrance through back alleyway drive right up to this place.

Small shop, but very professional and friendly mechanics. I was having trouble finds a dmv approved brake and light inspection shop. Came here and they are certified. Got brake and light inspection done as well as a smog. Going to come here from now on.
