Had a very poor time doing business here. THEY DISRESPECT YOUR TIME!!!We spend thousands at franklin in different branches( fontana/ Hesperia)for our repair business. Had a broken brake chamber bracket for a city trash truck. I call ahead of time, Drove the part 2.5 hours each way to drop it off so they could either verify their stock of part or drop off and fabricate a new part( 1 week delay max). They told me they didn't have anyone avail to look for parts...so they insisted I drop the part off. 3 hours later they call informing me they don't have the part and they cannot make a new one for 3 to 4 weeks! I call back and speak with the manager and he insists the person who called me was wrong. He promises ill have the part in 1 working week. Promised they'll ship it Monday. I call on Monday and speak with the manager. He tells me he will put it in a box and overnight it. I call on Thursday, the part is sitting in a box waiting to supposedly be shipped. 3 days sitting there doing nothing. The part was paid for on our account. I call the manager directly and he pulls it off the " shipping shelf" so I can pay someone to drive 5 hours to pick it up. I send the paid driver to grab the parts under our business account. They have no idea what's going on." The part doesn't exist, this business account doesn't exist" it takes an extra 30 minutes this female driver is struggling to pickup our already late part. the poor city is freaking out because this trucks broken down. They made promises they couldn't keep. They lied to us multiple times and they DISRESPECETED OUR TIME. Likely won't be back. On a plus side the part was fabricated correctly. Use franklin in Fontana instead. You'll get better service.

Just bought AIR-LINES LH PULL HANDLE KITVAND A FIFTH WHEEL HANDLEOVER PRICED. I PAID $172.17THE GUY THAT HELPED ME WAS KIND OF RUDE LIKE IF HE DIDN'T WANT TO HELPBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BADDDDDDDTHE HELL WITH THIS PLACE AND ITS EMPLOYEES

Customer service is great friendly service. However their prices are sky rocket high now. I bought a drag link and 2 sway bars, really poor quality they Went out less than 6 months later. Cheap products.

Poor customer service the man did not wanted to do he s job I am asking for front axles price and he s like I got back in when there 2 guys in the office I spend over 2400 and then I tell him I need a air bag I guess he didn t wanted to walk to get so he s like do you have the size I am like no but if you show me one I will tell if that s what I need and he like it doesn t work like that so I was like ok I will go and buy some where else and next I won t buy from thise place I mean they get paid to take care of the customers

Didn't have something as simple as an air line for the shifter...dude said it was too small....it's a truck part. Isn't Franklin's a truck part store?

Suprisingly poor selection of basic parts....didn't even have fuel line or a standard diesel fuel tank cap...if you have to order it...I'LL order it myself in half the time for half the cost on amazon! Counter guys were not too bright either. Said they didn't carry led interior lights...there was a wall of them 10 ft behind him. Duh. Overpriced. Bought a voltage regulator for my bus alternator for $29 on amazon. Same brand at franklin was $159

Service and warranty not good i purchase two battery four months ago and battery are lecking and the Store won't desplace the battery and the store manager just told me that they won't honor the warranty he simply told to do what ever that they dont careBe carefull with this place
