So Disappointing!Went in to get a tire rotation done on my car. It was a busy time with family medical issues, and I had just been notified that I needed to take a family member to the hospital in a short time. I asked if there would be a longer wait time as I had this medical issue pressing. I understand that this task takes some time. After waiting for 45 minutes, I went to check on the status of my vehicle. I was told they were just pulling it back and that I would be needing to pay for the service. Funny that would be the case when I purchased the tires on special order about a year prior. They have also done other work on the vehicle. I demanded my vehicle back as I needed to get my family member to the hospital. They were admitted and returning to need weeks of full home care. Meaning as the sole care giver I could not leave the home for long. I was also so angry and disappointed that I had to delay returning. I did get a call saying they wanted to let me know there should not be any charge should I return. I could also call to see if they are busy at the time I would like to return.I returned today, the staff gave a "crap, someone else is here" look as I drove into the parking lot. I waited at the empty desk for nearly 5 minutes with no one coming to talk to me. I figured they were just too busy to even check what I might need. I thought about having the air pressures checked at least before leaving but I have so little faith in the service and care for myself or my vehicle that I have no desire to go back to this closest Les Schwab location.So very disappointed after all the times I have had my vehicle(s) in there that they now just drop the ball on care after the sale.

On 5/23/22, I went in hoping to have a tire patched. However, I was notified that the tire was not able to be patched. I ended up having 4 new tries put on. When I left I noticed that my tires were over inflated by at least 10lbs on each tire. I returned as soon as I noticed and had them set to the correct psi of 33.A couple days later, I noticed my rim was scratched. I called and talked to the manager, Mitch on 5/31, and he asked me to bring my car in so he could look at it. So I took time off work, and drove 30 mins one way. He said that they would replace the wheel and he would let me know in a couple days. The quote I got from Nissan for the new wheel was over $500.I had not heard from them by Friday, 6/3, so I called them, and was told the new wheel would be in approximately Monday or Tuesday. On 6/7, I received the call that the wheel was in, and I told them I would be in on 6/8.On 6/8, I took more time off work and again made the 30 min drive there. It took apprx. 1.5 hrs to put on the new wheel. They also over inflated this tire again, to 39, but I didn't notice until further down the road, and adjusted it myself.When it was done, I tried to talk to the manager, but was told he was no longer in the store. I was hoping for some kind of adjustment to the bill for my missed time from work, and gas spent having to take care of the damage they caused. (I didn't think $100 was unfair, as I lost at least 4 hrs from work and spent at least 25 on gas) After several days of trying to get a hold of the manager, I was finally able to get him on the phone today (6/13). He told me he believed that they have done enough just by replacing my wheel. I am very grateful for the wheel replacement, but it really sucks to be out even more money because they damaged my vehicle. Tires are expensive enough, without the added cost due to their negligence.

I can't even believe how nice everyone has been and how fast the service is! Found myself stranded in the rain and they sent a guy out to put on my spare. Definitely recommend these place!

Ran into tire problems during holiday travels. Made it to Les Schwab in Colusa and was resolved in about 30 minutes! Great service all around.

Employee told me my back tire needed air, filled above specs and caused my tire to explode on the highway an hour after leaving the shop. When I called they told me it s just a coincidence and not their fault. Terrible business practice, do not recommend.Alex was a great employee tho **he s not the one who worked on my vehicle *

We are very thankful for Justin & Les Schwab Tires in Coulusa, CA! He checked the rear dual wheels on our RV after debris had gotten wound around the rims and damaged the stem extender. Thoroughly checked the inner valve stem, and provided the necessary assurance for us to resume our trip home with confidence. Thank you for being at work during this COVID-19 shelter in place time. Yours was truly an essential service for us today.

2nd time in a week we ve had a tire issue. First was van, this time trailer tire blew out. In Denver Les Schwab helped us in an amazingly timely manner, this time was no different. They had a tech on site for us (Armando!) and within the hour had 2 new tires on & got us on our way.This company is great.

Once I finally was finally proven worthy of service, I was greeted with "What do you need?" It's not the best greeting, but customer service is pretty terrible everywhere it seems these days. I was told 45 minutes to an hour for a tire rotation. I'm waiting in the lobby while writing this, and I've been here an hour and 26 minutes so far, and yet my truck is still in the parking lot. It seems they have one car in the work area at a time and a constant switch in employees for cigarette breaks. I simply won't be back. I could have jacked the truck up with the spare tire jack, removed the tire, blocked the truck, and done this tire rotation myself in less time than these "professionals "

After getting a quote, that's when I was told what they can't do. As in can't do after market coilovers. That was right b4 I had to take off my own tire so they could fix the flat I got. It was strange when I was told to settle my bill after I put the tire back. I could see why. I felt something wasn't right.when I noticed I was surrounded by workers and a few g ghost

Brought my Tesla in for a flat. Abraham was very friendly and got right to it. He didn t mind at all that I hung around. He worked deftly and had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes and saved the trip. To my surprise, flat repairs are free here, so I d like to show my gratitude by sharing my experience.

Love the people here. They are always very friendly, fast, and helpful. I really love their popcorn. Even if I run in just to make a quick payment, I'm tackling that oh so buttery popcorn.

Good because they did tire rotation free even though purchased elsewhere. -1 star because they try to sell you things you don't need for a hefty price. To elaborate, I feel as though you base your recommended services on the miles of the car and not on a need be case. I was told I had leakage in my rear shocks and they should be replaced. The price was around $120 each. The labor part was not to bad but around $300 parts and labor. I can get the shocks 2 for $60 and the labor is 3 bolts each. For the rear shocks and front struts, I was quoted around $1000. I can get the shocks and struts for between $160-260 for all of them. The labor is a bit more, but only by about 7 bolts for each front strut. Maybe worth it to some people, but for $1000 I would buy a nice coil over kit and do the work myself. This would be when they are actually ready till be changed, but they are still good. Maybe the leakage was mistaken as I washed my car that morning, or maybe it was just made up to sell the work, I don't know. Thank you for the rotation though as it was very kind of you and much appreciated. Edited to elaborate.

I had a great experience at Les Schwab today. I ended up getting two brand new tires around two hundred bucks. They did take a little long to put them on, install them, however was very friendly service.

We stopped by with low pressure in rear tire. No appointment. They checked the tire, which had many a nail in it. They took the car in, removed the nail for NO CHARGE.Many thanks to Mitch Black and his staff.

We stopped in at 10 min before closing with a rapidly flattening tire desperate to make the Sacramento Airport at our appointed time. 10 min later we were on the road, no charge! And, we are not local folks and they were not Schwab tires. Awesome folks!

Always ready to propose service. Very friendly staff.Had a tire sensor out on my car. They replaced it with a new one and didn't charge me. Of course I'm a regular customer there. Can't beat the price of their products.

This Les Schwab Tire Center in first rate. I came in with a noise on My motorhome. Not sure what was it was the end of the day. They drove it and then had my drive it next too them and then got under it they found the trouble was the RV leavers had moved and was hitting my tire on the inside. I was thinking it was on the other side. He then looked too see if the buggy cords. They Did Not but told me the part store just down run had them. And told me to come back with them. It was after closing time then I was going to put them on. But said he do it for me then checked too make sure was good. No noise or ware on the tires. I that went too pay for there help. But would not take a thing for it. The is Great customer service. Thank you for your help.

We had a blow out on I 5 at about 130 am in the morning. We were about 100 miles away from this Les Schwab. We limped along I 5 until businesses opened. This Les Schwab came up on my Google search. We pulled in and was greeted right away. There was not one person working there that we did not come into contact with. Each and everyone of them were extremely helpful and very friendly. They took what was a grim situation and made everything better. I can not thank each and everyone of them enough. For going the extra mile for us. I hope your boss knows what wonderful people each and everyone of you are. We thank you for everything you have done for us.Thank you so much.Troy and Brenda Whitney.

I am new to Les Schwab after moving to Oregon 6 months ago and using their services within the first month. Now while traveling and getting a flat tire, we looked up the local Colusa office and we are equally impressed by their service. We are definitely customers for the future. When our RV blew out a tire on the freeway yesterday there were no tow trucks in the area big enough to haul us and we were left stranded on the freeway. Les Schwab came out and fixed our flat and replaced another while keeping the store open late for our family to be somewhere safe. The technician was very skilled and efficient, but i was especially impressed with his positive attitude while doing such a hard job in 95� heat! Thank you so much to the guys at Colusa Les Schwab and especially to our tech!

Friendly staff who met me in the parking lot as soon as I pulled in. This made me feel that they really wanted my business. This outgoing approach was refreshing. The staff took good care of me, and answered and responded to any and all of my questions/concerns. Highly recommend.

The staff is friendly and very accommodating with special request. I am very particular about my car and they always treat me right. This place gets busy though on the weekend so expect to leave your car here unless you want to wait 3 hours.

I don't know why these things are happening im horrified im only a new customer my car needed a repair for a broken wheelbarring and the unexpected extra happened just today the car hasn't even started with what I came for the repair and that's it
