Decent deal on some good year tires. I personally feel like the place is a mess. I wanted to get more done but decided not to due to a not caring (hurry up and buy) atmosphere. No customer service whatsoever. They do have the deals tho...

I needed to get my hazy/scratched headlights polished. They did a great job, and the headlights look great. It didn't cost much, and didn't take very long.I strongly suggest making an appointment. I called in to ask if one was needed, and was told no, to just come in. When I went in the next day, they said that I DID need an appointment and they were too busy that day. I was able to get an appointment for the next week.

I went to Walmart Automotive car care-Colton. I usually drive up for my oil changes and get quick and efficient service...but today it was complicated. Although, there new appointment system is in place, which I had no knowledge of till I arrived. ANTWON, TAMMI, RENEE, JOHN and some other helpful gentlemen at the desk...made my experience memorable. They were able to explain all the changes and help me get seen in a timely fashion. Thank you sooooooo much. I know it's not easy when corporate makes changes to the organization. This Walmart location is great. The manager in the auto care department is very helpful. Susie and all the women go out of their way to help you. The guys are a few great guys as well. They take good care of my Honda and I have learned a lot along the way.

Do not waste your time coming here. I have gone twice and waited and was checked in only to be told they don't have my specific oil. Another instance I showed up with my own oil before 5; I was told their was two cars with tire changes that would "take hours to complete". I stated I would be back in an hour and they said after I left they were going to take any other vehicles in spite of closing at 7 pm.

Bought two tires online, scheduled the install. Seth my guy told me he can't install them because they're the wrong size. Okay Seth that's fine what can we do about it? Nothing apparently. Didn't want to check if there was a size that was right that was similar in price and told me I'd have to buy two more tires even if he did.. lol. These guys are underpaid and overworked but the fact that Seth wasn't willing to help me in any way shows that he doesn't understand customer service. But what do you expect from walmart ya know?

Do not waste your time here for an oil change. The manager is a complete is a artist 100%. He has terrible customer service. They ran out of oil and tried to charge us twice the advertised price. Then after committing to the correct price they went back on their word and kept us waiting 45 minutes after our car was finished. He acts like he has stock in walmart. Just serve customers and get your check your not exactly setting the world on fire

Do NOT come here for your tires if you're not interested in completely wasting your time and gas.I called the night before to make sure they had 4 Douglas tires for my car. They said they had 8. I called the morning of to make sure they still had them. They said they had 8. I drove down and got there at 815am, asked them if they had the tires. They said they had 8. They made me wait 15 minutes to get the speed rating for my car tire before they quoted me and sign the paper work.It was only 2 guys working and there was a line so I got a ride and went for some lunch. At 11am, I get a call and am expecting my tires to be ready. Instead they tell me THEY DON'T HAVE THE TIRES, THEY ONLY HAVE 3! Turns out they had a discrepancy in the system and never physically checked, which they should have. I waited about 2 and a half hours to find out they didn't even have the tires. Originally the quote for those 4 was 280 before tax, and after this new they tried to quote me for tires that cost 360 before tax. They took my time and gas, and my rides time and gas for no work to be done. Took my money elsewhere, as should you.

Came for tire repair and the technician broke my hubcap. Technician said it was like that when I came in .Manager said it was my word against his so they wouldn t be doing anything. Couldn't do an oil change myself with a bad arm, came here reluctantly, and was surprised with the service and quality. Did they rip me off a tiny bit with a super cheap oil filter? Yea, but from mechanic to mechanic, that's some good scam profit.

DO NOT GO THIS PLACE!I had my vehicle serviced there and when I returned they told me they don t know what occurred to my key. I waited 2 hours afterwards waiting for them to review surveillance. During that time they accused me of having the key. My wife had to find a spare key and drive it over.The manager assured me they would take care of it. I would call them and they would not return my calls.I had to eventually sue Walmart in small claims court.

Employees are the worst. It is like everyone is so displeased working there that they take it out on their customers. Nobody address me to let me know that someone would take my info for my vehicle for an oil change nor that my vehicle was finished. Poor poor customer service. I now remember why I stop coming here. I won't be coming back here! Half a star is what is really deserved.

They destroyed my car! They didn't have the right tool to remove the oil filter (never let me know) so 5 employees took turns with a chisel and hammer to try to remove it! One of them missed and cracked the oil pan case! (never let me know) I got paged to the desk that they didn't have the tools to remove the oil filter but they did change the oil and expected me to pay. I refused. Management was called and they didn't charge. Get it home and noticed it leaking. By then the service department was closed. Took it to Toyota where they showed me the damage. Went back to Walmart and argued with management. They said they didn't do it of course and referred me to "file a claim" the claim investigation led to them seeing them beat the vehicle to death on camera and the claim department to say yes they did not have the proper tools and had to resort to improperly used non conventional tools but he didn't believe that they could have done the damage and referred me to proceed with legal actions if I or Toyota saw it differently. *on going process*

Arrived at the tire center at 1:15pm today. Received a positive greeting from a tech that required 20 minutes to input my data into his computer (he seemed to be having trouble). At 3pm I was told there were two nails in the sidewall of my tire. He happily showed me the tire and I realized it was not in the sidewall, instead the staple he found was in the tread. He said he was not allowed to repair the tire, because the staple was near the sidewall. He suggested I buy a tire plugging kit and sent me on my way. Nearly 3.5 hours wasted due to bad policy and slow service. I like Walmart, but I won't be back to this tire center.

Making an oil change here takes 3.5 hours. Technicians just walking around and milking the clock. No manager presence at the shop ever.Before service was good and was smart to take advantage of Walmart prices but nowadays I prefer to pay few bucks more than waist my free time waiting ridiculous time watching employees not loving what they do.

If you care about your vehicle...Do NOT service you vehicle here. I have a spare car that I lend out from time to time to siblings and they don t usually do their own basic service like I do. So the most recent user had my car serviced at this Wall-Mart. Come time to do my services myself and they ovetighten my oil drain plug. Then when I take my car back to have them loosen or replace the plug they want to charge me or not bother to fix the issue they made. There is no need to over tight an oil drain plug!!! Let alone not own up to their problem. It s say a lot about their services management and training associated with Wal-Mart, if they cause little issue like this then don t own up to it. Trust the rating here. They don t even deserve one star, lucky for them Google doesn't allow me to rate lower!!

Terrible service. These people can't even seal the plug to my oil pan right and it started leaking all over my driveway and garage. Went to complain and they claimed my oil pan was cracked, didn't even compensate for my lost oil. Had a mechanic look at it for over 2 hours and he said everything was normal with no cracks or leaks anywhere. Full of amateurs, terrible service, and they will never take responsibility for any of their screw ups. Truly horrible service with terrible employees. I would rate it zero stars if I could

I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, so misleading I ordered tires from them and everytime I called i would be on hold for over 15 mins just waiting on someone to pick up (thats if they answered) they would say two more days ma'am! Then I called on the 6th day and their saying its no sign of me ordering tires. Omg I'm beyond upset this place is HORRIBLE my car has been sitting for 6 days thinking that I had tires on the way and now I'm back to square one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WALMART TIRE CENTER THEY SUCK

Don't waste your time here. They don't pick up the phone, they never have any oil in stock... And when you show up in person with 1-2 cars your told it will be hours to complete.

I bought six commercial tires from wal mart on line I was careful to buy tires that said sold buy Walmart and not one of the vendors needless to say they sent a little car tire not the big truck tires I ordered then they did not want to take them back I told them I was handicapped and I could not go to the store they said that was the only way to fix my order so I had to get some one to take me and my tires to the store for an exchange the tie center said they don't do that and all I could do was get a refund this was a 200$ tire I got on sale for 80$ I could not afford a 200$ tire so this was a blessing wall mart did not stand by the price and would only give me a refund
