Speaking from personal experience, I felt safe, respected, well-informed and like I was given a fair deal (both times I needed Flag Towing services). For that, Flag Towing, I thank you for your high quality service! Special shout out to Andrew and Joseph who helped me out on a rainy day and Paul who helped me earlier today. Had the pleasure of being assisted by the driver named Richard today. Even though the wait times were long due to heavy volume of calls, he got me on my way as quickly as possible. Richard was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks for the great experience.

My truck wouldn t start and thought it was something more than a battery. But that was not the case. Rafael was professional, and came timely. Prior to him coming, Joe came with a tow truck but he was so knowledgeable about cars, and assessed it was a dead battery.. thank you AAA for sending Flag Towing .L.A.

My car broke down on the busy passover of a freeway just 2 days after Thanksgiving, and David from Flag Towing came to the rescue! He was super fast at getting to us and really friendly. Paul from flag towing is amazing. He went over and beyond with my vehicle being towed. It was a very complicated situation but he was amazing. He is very kind and polite. Most of all he is a hard and smart worker. He even went out of his way to call me when he drop my vehicle off at the repair shop.

They literally left me because I booked in my mom's AAA name whose account I'm under and they didn't want to give me the 2 minutes to call AAA and put it under my actual name, even though I'm under my mom's account. The tow truck driver literally left me when I was in distress and not in a safe spot. All of the dispatch staff was super rude not understanding and they have no knowledge of EMPATHY! If you're calling for a tow it's obviously already a stressful situation you should have some tact when dealing with people!

Rafael was very helpful. He accommodated me by coming into my parking structure and jumping my car so I could drive out and get further assistance. He helped me out and replaced my battery and gave me good advice to get battery brackets to reduce the deterioration of my battery. Thank you Flag Towing!

Rafael was great came in shortly after requesting assistance. Called and communicated ETA. Diagnosed and got my car going with new battery. All in less than an hour. Very pleased with service

Reached out to AAA to have my Tesla towed to Van Nuys from Riverside. David showed up, and took care of me. He made sure my vehicle was secured, and also asked me about the functions, having never towed a newer model Tesla. Once he was loaded up I was confident in his company s service. Outstanding job, even called me once he arrived and sent back pictures. Thanks Again!

UPDATED 10/8/23 - FROM 1 STAR TO 3.I ended up getting a new battery from another business, but I updated my rating as Flag Towing was honest about their limitations and did provide a solution to my problem. It's just the solution didn't fit the time line I needed.I ve worked with them twice and I will list the pros and consPRO1) The two technicians I worked with were both sweet and easy to work with2) The second time they came out the technician arrived in 30 minutes which is was great3) When I called to report the issue they person I spoke with seemed interested in helping meCON1) I was sold a defective battery by the first technician and this is per the second technician that came out to help me (to be clear both technicians represent/are employed by Flag Towing)2) I wasn t provided with an immediate solution that could help me that day. I was told I would have to wait to see if additional batteries were available as the battery is low on stock/difficult to getI will update my review once this issue is resolved and I hope that Flag Towing can help me and can rectify this issueService: Battery service

Worst dispatch in the history of dispatch. Very unprofessional. When you ask questions they don't understand they refuse to help. They call people names, they also favor a certain demographic. STAY AWAY!!! FROM THE FLAG TOWING!!!

With out the vehicles registration, bill of sale, nor the title. They wouldn't let me retrieve my wife's personal items. The vehicle was totaled. I had even offered to pay the full amount of the amount owed. They refused to even show me the vehicle. I wanted was my wife's purse that contained our children's medical cards, social security parts as well as mine, driver license and ID. I understand my wife made a mistake by carrying all that with her, but they refused and on top of that, she was in the hospital for a short very short time and then was arrested where we haven't had any communication nor information of her well-being and charges against her. Im just bummed out, especially with the kids doctors appointments coming up..

Our company van broke down (again) and I knew that The Flag Towing was the best and fastest service around, from last time. The girl in dispatch was helpful, knowledgeable, calm - and spoke very clearly. She sent out Terry and he got there even faster than the estimate. Terry was super friendly, incredibly professional and really easy to get along with. I now have a card in all our company vehicles instructing whoever is broke down to call The Flag Towing, FIRST. This morning my husband's car wouldn't start, so I called AAA, and a few minutes later, the flag towing technician came to my house, checked it out, and had to tow it to a shop near my house. I went with him, and even though I spent over 10 minutes there, he waited and dropped me off in front of my house. He was a really kind and nice guy who took pride in his work. I ve had a rough morning and he made my day smile. His name is Shawn. Thank you Shawn.

I never leave reviews but I got my car stuck in mud and The FlagTowing sent someone out right away. It was pouring rain when I got stuck and for the first time ever it started snowing. What an amazing experience. Had an accident on the freeway. Through AAA, Gabriel was quick to pick me up and drive me over 60 miles to the body shop.
