If could give more stars I would. 87 gas was put in our diesel truck, I called several places who could not give me a round about estimate to fix the issue. I was provided with a quote and possibilities of other damage this incident could have caused. Service was completed in one day, communication was perfect. I will not take my truck anywhere else ever again. Very happy with all around service. Thank you Smitty's you were a life saver!

Took a look at me right away and Josh had my problems figured out and worked hard to get it done. Everyone there had a great attitude and they know how to treat their customers. One of my best shop experiences and billing was what they quoted me. Stand behind their work and more than fair with the final bill. I would highly recommend Smitty s. I took my Class A diesel pusher RV there for axle seals and brake replacement. They got me in on the day they said they would, they got the work done in a timely fashion (even though it was a difficult job thanks to rust-which is why I gave up doing it myself), and they were very accommodating and good at communication. If you know anything about RV repair shops, you know these are all attributes that are tough to find. The bill wasn t small, but I think bang for the buck was good considering they got me back on the road fast and tackled a tough job many places wouldn t even look at. Thank you!

My truck had a bad air bag. Called around and found this little gem. Very nice on the phone, no run around, told me to bring it on over. Didn't have the part in stock but went to get it no charge which most shops charge a parts run. Hourly rate is very good, considering its in California and how much they love us truckers. Charged us only for the time they worked on it, didn't milk the clock. Offered to go pick up some food for us. Have wifi and a kitchen to cook in. Brought me a heater as it was a cold day. Everyone was friendly, and very accommodating. Definitely my shop to go in California!

This is a fantastic shop! I have been a customer for the last 10 years with my fleets as a safety manager consultant for several medium and large fleets! They are always trustworthy and honest with my customers and clients and always strive to help out in any situation a driver, owner operator, or fleet owner faces! They also do some work with several of the cities in the area and truck dealers in Southern California. LONG LIVE SMITTYS DIESEL! They truly are "The Best Damn Shop In Town"... They live up to their name each and every time!

Smitty's is the absolute best I have a limo bus company in town and they do everything to keep us running at 100 %...they do everything from engine ... trans ...A/C ...brakes and air system. these guys are the best I can certainly recommend them to anyone who needs professional service at a good price.

Their own equipment went down while supposedly trying to fix my problem. Left with a totally different problem that I was told just happened to occur right then, not related to anything they did, hence not their fault...RIGHT. Then when I asked them to fix it, one owner actually tried to locate the problem while the other one got on the phone with the cops yelling about how it was not their fault and I needed to leave. Now I'm at another shop, being told a power surge fried my AC blower motor, possibly the compressor, may have fried my engine fan...and GOD knows what else. They claim it is coincidence this happened at exactly the same time their computer which was hooked up to the truck crashed. If after hearing this you still choose to come here, don't let first appearnces fool you. It will become obvious which owner is the more helpful and knowledgeable, and though blunt...saner. Stay as far away from the the other as possible. It's a shame I'm having to go another route to get them to handle this.

They have very poor service and the personal is really rude that they even used foul language with me and hanged up the phone on me. Truck was their for five days. Took it for AC problem they didn't fix it and charged me 800 dlls. They said they put parts and no it wasent even working. Fought with them and they demanded the money if not they were not going to give me my keys.

I don't care about none of the negative reviews they went beyond helping me change my EGR kept me informed through the whole process they did a great job thank you guys you'll be working on my truck
