First I d like to say, this auto repair shop have friendly staff, However, I have gone to them 2x s and I will not go back again. My check engine light keep coming on. I took my car there and was told it was a glitch in the system, and I had a slow oil leak that is nothing to worry about. I do have an older car, a 2007. I was told the glitch was fixed. The next day the engine light came back on. I work 2 jobs, I really didn t have time to go back. Some months down the road the car started cutting off along with the engine light starting to blink on and off. I took the car in to them again, along with a diagnostic report from Auto Zone. The report stated the fuel system was faulty. They did not honor the report stating they had to do their own. Okay, understandable. When I picked up the car, they said they fixed the problem. I paid $241 and went on my way. One hour later the engine light was back on and the car was cutting off. Totally disappointing and I will not go back to them again.

We had to put our 2007 Tahoe in here a few weeks ago, the repair was a major one and took three weeks, and throughout that whole time the communication, professionalism, and everything in between was spectacular. It's never a fun or happy situation when your car is in the shop, but when you have people like Mike, K.C, and an owner of a shop that cares, it gives you peace. So happy we found them and I would highly recommend them to anyone else in need of a repair.They have help certificates on their wall and from the first phone call to them it's easy to understand why! Thank you guys so much!

Originally i went to another brake shop and showed up right at 8 am when Google maps says they open. The place was still closed and workers were walking in all haphazardly, didn't feel comfortable at all. Decided to come here instead at about 8:10 am.... Immediately was greeted at the front. Worker was more than helpful and said he would take down my info and call me back once he figured out the diagnosis. I thought I needed new brakes and rotors, the employee let me know that wasn't necessary because my brake pads were still at 90% and recommended rotor resurfacing. The Job was allot less than anticipated and was completed with less than 2 hours during the week.

This is a great company and I would trust them with all my future service if I lived closer. As a female from out of state, finding trustworthy car service can be hard to find. Bill is honest and friendly. My 2012 Hyundai Sonata died on the 215 (on July 4th!) and was towed to Pro Stop Auto & Brakes. I sent them an email on a national holiday and they responded the same day. They took a look the next day and informed me that the engine was seized and under a recall. He said it needed to be towed to a Hyundai dealership to be fixed. Bill allowed me to store my vehicle there free of charge for up to 2 days. Bill also sent emailed me proof of the recall affecting my Hyundai engine. Great service that deserves 10 stars.

If i could give zero stars i would. I would never use this shop again! I took my 2001 Honda Civic here after an overheating issue. They kept it for nearly three days, told me they ran a pressure test many times, that it wasn t the head gasket. They told me the problem was a faulty thermostat and worn out radiator cap. I had them do the work they said it was, and sure enough, NOTHING CHANGED!! I was still having the same exact issues than before i brought it to them. I took it to another shop, they had it for four hours FOUR HOURS, and told me it was a blown head gasket, and that they definitely did NOT run a pressure test as they said, because they would have found this out IMMEDIATELY!!!I am very disappointed in the performance of this shop, and WILL NOT be returning. I strongly recommend anyone else to choose another shop as well! They either ripped me off or didn t know what they were doing!!

Bill, Mike, Casey and the rest of the crew at Pro Stop are an impressively professional team. They always greet me and my wife with a smile and friendly attitude, and they always go out of their way to help even if it isn t convenient for them. Whether oil changes, engine diagnostics, brake work anything we ever do at Pro Stop comes out high-quality, reliable work at honest prices. Having gone to them for over 4 years straight, I get the feeling that some of the one star reviewers are just spiteful people rather than being legitmate concerns with Pro Stop integrity.

I went there this past Saturday 3-12-16 for a brake service and that following Monday my wife was driving home on the freeway when she started to hear rattling in the back of the car. It turns out when she got home and I inspected the car that they forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the back tire. What bothers me is when I went back for something with the brakes and told them about the lug nuts, not even the guy behind the counter didn't apologize or ask for more of an explanation, the mechanic who I was talking to didn't even apologize or act like he was concerned. Think about it if it was your wife driving on the freeway with loose lug nuts on a tire how would you feel? That was my first time there and my last time. The guy Mike who was there when I got the service was cool, but if your the owner Mike that's not how you treat a big mistake by your mechanic's!

Hi Bill! (The owner) just spoke with you and got a good advice to stay away from Nissan's CVT trans! ;)The owner, Bill is super nice and knowledgeable. I called up to receive a quote for pre used car inspection, which runs about hundred bucks, and also received a kind and thoughtful explanations regarding my potential used car that i was looking to buy.I don't think i will buy the Nissan, because of the series of CVT trans failures, but I wasn't sure.I spoke with Bill, who probably did hundreds of repairs and diagnosis on many cars, and he recommended me to stay away and solidified my concern not to buy Nissans.Like any trustworthy and honest mechanic, Bill highly recommend to stay with Hondas and Toyotas..which I strongly agree with.Thank you Bill for your advices and you probably saved me alot of potential troubles buying a CVT trans...ill shop and stick with a Honda...Toyotas are just too boring haha ;)All future customers can definitely trust and have your car repaired or looked into at Bill's shop.I strongly recommend it!

Went in for an oil change and figure out why my check engine light was on. Got the oil changed and wasn't charged anything for the engine light analysis. Was told it was the oxygen sensor and that it looked fine and didn't need changing. They were right! How refreshing to have an honest, kind, and caring mechanic. They have a customer for life. Thank you.

the service is amazing. the manager mike is the best. he diagnosed my car and gave me my trouble codes for free. told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. they are very knowledgeable and incredibly professional. if you have a problem with your car, this is the place to go.

I went there on 8/21/17 for a simple oil change. Though when they handed me back the car I saw that something was wrong. The plastic panel on the inside of the door was popped out of place. I went to the manager and told him of this and he called out a mechanic to inspect it. The mechanic began arguing with me saying that it must have been my fault and that I didn't notice it before and that there's no way he could have done it. After inquiring about fixing it he said that there was nothing he could do and just walked away from our conversation. I know the problem isn't severe, I just wish they would have treated me with a bit more respect. Needless to say they lost a customer today and I will be referring friends and family elsewhere.

I have been going to Pro Stop for a couple years with our church vans. The work has always been excellent and service honest and friendly. When I told them we were going on a road trip they did a pre-trip inspection on the vans to make sure we had a safe trip... Because they care, That's comforting! Thanks Pro Stop!!!

Once again had a very positive experience dealing with Mike and the crew. Time and time again they go above and beyond what we have all come to expect. We have been using ProStop for 4 years. I appreciate that he is willing tell me when something is not needed or the importance of the repair is relatively less critical. Helps me feel that they are not out gouge me. He tries to find the most economical way of doing things.

My car was over heating on the way back from the grocery store. I stopped at Auto Pro and they said they could drive me home so I could put.my groceries away and they would bring my cat back and look at it. They were really busy but managed to fit me in. When my car was done they came and picked me up and took me back to the shop. They were very feiwndly, helpful, and helpful. It was a great experience and they now have a customer for life! Thank you Auto Pro!!!

I used to bring my sisters, my familys and.my cars and trucks here. I can say now i will never go back to this shop. They will lie to you and tell you to fix unnecessary parts on your vehicles.i confirmed it this vist and i warn any others deciding tp stop here. I wouldnt sugest it and if they know your in a bind expect the prices to go up. The people here used to be honest and trustworthy but they seem tp be having rpugh tiimes becauuse they straight lied to my face on multiple occasions. You lost a familys worth of business hope it was worth it.

$88 dollars for diagnostics, thats before touching the vehicle for repairs, although he did say that some of that price would be applied to repairs, he was abrasive and hurried though with us. So we went to another place.
