The worst service ever when it comes to maintenance. The shop doesn t communicate well. We lived in our motor coach full time and they initially said the RV would only need to be in shop 5 days for repairs. Well, 8 days later it s ready for pickup with no repairs, only diagnosis of the repairs. Long shorty short, they prolonged keeping it in shop while I had to pay for a hotel and fixed nothing. They didn t communicate until 3 days before pickup that no repairs were made.

We recently visited Mike Thompson s RV in Colton with the intent of purchasing a new travel trailer and trading in our existing RV. Despite this being our second purchase from them, we were left disappointed. Although our initial experience on our first purchase by far wasn t stellar, we decided to return to them because they carried the specific manufacturer Grand Design . They mentioned they were having a show in a few days and they would offer us their show price for our desired model, but when the numbers came in, they offered a mere $4,000 discount on the new trailer. We decided to shop around and checked there website a few days later only to find the price of the trailer we inquired of being discounted $6,000! It s disheartening to feel undervalued as returning customers. Add to this our previous negative experiences with their dealership as well as there service department, and it s clear we will not be returning. We ultimately got an amazing deal at Trailer Hitch RV. Paid $1000 s less then mike thompsons AND got the model up from the model at mike thompsons! If you read thru mike thompsons reviews you will see over and over about there service department and there customer service! Trust all the warnings!

Purchased a trailer from Thompsons a year ago. Amy in sales was great. But when it comes to service. They totally Fricken suck . Don't keep in touch with you about how's your repair going. Won't return calls I had to go down there to get any response. Won't ever take it back again for repairs now that warranty is over. Still dealing with refrigerator that freezes our food. My buddy told me about there service an he was right. three thumbs down

had an an easy fix emergency over the weekend (toilet wouldn't flush, little tab that opens/closes flush broke off). 0 help from Mike Thompson RV. We're from out of state at race track, wouldn't come out to fix, wouldn't get us in to fix, said it would take over a week for a tech to just look at it. We asked for parts then, i'll fix it myself, nope parts wouldn't look up if they have the part in stock. To get me off the phone the lady said she'd look if it's in stock an call me back. Never called back. Avoid this place, they use their service department as a sales pitch (my friend just bought his trailer there). I told him everything they said about service to get him to buy from them was and is a lie. Thanks for nothing Mike Thompson's RV.

Nothing good to say about the service team here the techs suck!! They still can t figure out why our breakers keep popping! Claiming it s the battery replacement has been done and still popping if you what quality and professional work done don t go here.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Great parts list to choose from. Some parts that are for older coaches are in stock which is great fpr us traveling through! Great customer service that allowed to email pictures of a handle that I needed to fi d a fit. Give them a try! Aloha!!

Excellent service. Takes care of their customers who purchased from them. I had a slide repair and replaced some old decals. Also a fresh water leak. All completed in two days!

Horrible customer service phone number disconnected they say they re gonna call back and they don t. I never thought it would be hard to sell a 2017 trailer to a dealer.

Good place to buy RV replacement parts...guy at the counter was pretty helpful. Prices are very comparable to Amazon... without the wait!
