I went in for an oil change and it was phenomenal, but later that day my "Check Charging System" alert came on - when I returned, assuming the best - that something was bumped and dislodged, the men at this Jiffy Lube were so quick to help. They checked my car and saw the battery wasn't charging and the alternator had gone out. My car died 3x on their driveway; they swapped out my alternator and belt for an incredibly reasonable price, and the service was quick - an incredible service and customer service provided by all the men here.Special shoutout to Andre and Cesar (and the other guy, but I didn't catch his name) for making both the oil change and alternator repair so easy, quick, and painless. I can't recommend this place enough.

The manager and team were amazing! Quick and efficient and I was able to do all of my services while I waited in my car on my lunch break. Will definitely be going to this location for all our families future services

Service was quick, was able to go on my lunch break. Guys there are nice. Prices are crazy though. Almost $40 higher than the Jiffy lube by my house, they have no price list anywhere available to look at. When I questioned it they said they are a different franchise. My local jiffy lube is $97 and they were $130+

I had a Saturday morning oil change appointment for when they opened. I was promptly checked in and given my quote for the service requested. Both staff members were very friendly and efficient. They advised about my engine light and even vacuumed my car which deserves 5 stars on its own because I have a dog that sheds. I shall return for future maintenance.

Very lazy staff. Don t waste your time. Lazy staff can strip bolts, cheat you on oil, and more. They were too lazy to do a basic vehicle inspection.

Went to get my oil change yesterday. Cesar and his team was super attentive, fast, honest, and friendly. Very military friendly as well. Gave me a military discount after showing them my ID. Had a great experience and would definitely come back.

Management is great and trustworthy. Learned a lot about cars just having a nice convo. Honest place to bring your car for a quick service. Love going places that have my best interest in mind, vs just upselling.

The person who left their review prior to mine tried to jump in front of me getting my car serviced. The workers who were there acknowledged that I was there first and took my car before the other guy so he left and wrote a bad review for which they don't deserve.My oil change was done very quickly. They have good workers who are professional, respectful, and friendly. My go-to location for Jiffy Lube.Service: Oil change

My granddaughter took her car in for brake inspection . They did change her brakes and her rotors, I feel they took totally advantage of her do to being a young female , she took car home and had to return the car due to her breaks locking!! A very dangerous situation!! I spoke to Andrea and James area manager and they said there is nothing wrong with the cars breaks!!! I reported to corporate I hope and pray they will take care of this issue!!ASAPService: Brakes

They did a great job on my f150 2004 truck brakes rotors oil change fuel filter, I was sceptical about using a jiffy lube for all these things. But they did a excellent job truck runs like new again ty jiffy lube

Amazing service! Went for an oil change and ended up getting my brakes done as well since I knew they were bad. I had a time crunch were I could t have stayed for longer the an hr and 10 mins. The staff was outstanding and very personable. Andre is the best customer service rep/manager I have ever dealt with at any Jiffy lube. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me exactly what specific oil my truck needed and was very fast in getting me through the process of an oil change very quickly. The fact that they even carried the oil my truck used was a huge surprise since I went to various stores and oil change site including a jiffy lube in Pasadena and could not find a place that had my specific oil. My vehicle requires SAE 0w-20 dexosD specifically for turbo deisel which apparently not many keep in stock yet with the exception of the dealers, but this Jiffy Lube had it in stock! wish I lived near his store so that I could bring my truck here every time. I appreciated the friendly and efficient service at the Jiffy Lube today on E Washington Street in Colton, CA. It was my first time visiting that location. Andre the manager and his auto service team took care of my car quickly and made helpful suggestions. Everyone was also very nice and it was apparent that they have a number of regular customers. The young man that serviced my car had great customer service skills. He was genuine and didn t try to upsell me. I asked him to check if my tires needed to be rotated and he said, not yet. My light for low tire pressure was on when I arrived and he said he adjusted the tire pressure, but the light inside is still on. I m giving 4 stars because my light is still on and the wait was a bit long. To his credit though, he did warn me. Nonetheless, I would recommend this business as long as he does the service.Service: Oil change
