Bought my car 3-4 years ago! Wanted to upgrade so I came back trades in my car. My credit is not the best but they worked with me. Process was easy and quick glad I came back! Aaron provided great customer service

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I bought a vehicle from them, the next day, i was already having to jump my car. Then within 17 days after buying it the transmission completely went out. They wont answer or return calls. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!!!!! I now have a loaner car from them while my transmission is being repaired along with the list of other problems it has, and even the loaner car has transmission problems!

I had a great experience purchasing my car from Fast Lane Auto. Aaron made the process fast and easy. He was very professional and honest person. Carmen is awesome and was very patient with me. They don t rush or hassle you. Perfect place to purchase a used car.

I should have took the reviews into consideration but I wanted to see for myself contacted a sales person last Friday and we talked again on Monday he told me he would pull my file up and call me back and he asked when could I come in I told him Wednesday, and he said he would have everything ready to get me into something today , I take the bus there and get there before they opened but someone helps me anyway and he tells me the application wasnt submitted and there isn t a approval yet so what was he doing Monday -Tuesday that he couldn t complete my application and let me know he didn t get to it I m thinking I m just coming to sign paperwork pay the downpayment and drive out of there with a car I ended up leaving cause it was a waist of time and the building was very rough looking and dirty the walls were dirty the floors were dirty .. I don t understand how you guys are suppose to provide service and your not even in a clean decent building

Place is so so, I guess youd say your typical used car lot. Altho their advertising of vehicles for sale is definitely deceiving. Bought this truck. But when got to the lot of really looked nothing like the pictures in the ad. The paint is almost all gone on the hood, the bed had no sort of liner, the driver seat had a rip which was stitched by hand and patched with a white cloth from like a bed sheet which is really tacky on a Grey seat. the brakes and rotors need replacing as well as the tires and they gave it to me on practically empty our test drive was to the gas station where they put 5 bucks in barely.I started with a 3 star but have to deduct one more after finding the air filter had fallen off while driving and the reason why it's because they shoved an after market Honda civic filter inside the dodge ram k&n air pipe so I had a inner diameter of 2.5" on the filter that was in a 4" pipe. And little rubber strips to act as a shim to hold it in place where it should have been a 4.5" diameter filter on the outside of the pipe with a clamp.IUpdate : 3/8/2019- nearing the 2 month mark since buying my truck from here. And still have not received a pink slip or registration forms. Found out they charged an extra 500$ to the price we agreed upon after the fact.Then found a shady little device wired into my truck after some research it turns out to be a GPS tracking unit and ignition access bypass which they install for when people miss a payment so they can easily repo the vehicle,. But funny thing is I paid for this truck in full. And to add to the shadyness the key fob they gave me.... Had no internals. It was just a plastic shell with 2 loose batteries inside an empty clicker. And just tonight after the not receiving any paperwork thing got to me and doing a little more research. I find the license plate on the truck does not match the truck.....Update again : 4/28/19: still nothing but problems with this truck, keep finding things that were mickey moused and have finally caused problems. Since last update found there were no valve cover gaskets or a oil pump gasket but they were sealed at the exterior seam with that janky gasket maker stuff.Also all speakers in truck were taken out, and a cheap ol radio put in, not mounted, sat loose in the dash, upon pulling it out there is all the fixings and wiring for what at one time had to of been a very hard hitting system, with all the goodies, even a backup camera was wired in, but they must have removed all of that b4 reselling.

Update #2: ($1555 in repairs (3 incidences) within 4 months of purchasing the car.) About three weeks after I got the engine replaced ($779 cost for me) by the dealership (See Update#1 below) the air conditioning stopped blowing cold, so I had to spend another $250 at the dealership to fix it. Fast forward to yesterday when I had to run a red light to pull over in time before my engine overheated. I was in Orange County, so I had to get my car towed all the way back to Colton from there. Turns out the radiator needs to be replaced.I told the salesperson that I needed a reliable car for work. Why did they sell me a Hyundai? You would think that they'd know the reputation for these particular cars is terrible.Also, they financed me for almost $12,000 for the car. Come to find out that the Kelley Blue Book value of the car private party is $4500 max. The trade in value is $1600-$2400! Moral of the story is try to have better judgment than me and not go to the dealership when you're super desperate and will take anything for any price without doing your research.I will update again when I find out how much the latest issue is going to cost me.Update #1: Bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata which turns out are known lemons. I should've done my research. Now 6 weeks later, the entire engine needs replaced and I will be out $779 for new hoses and belts to go with the "new" which is actually a remanufactured engine that the dealer is at least covering. However, i have to cover the hoses and belts. I still am not a rich person so this $850 is a big expense for me. Don't buy any Hyundais from here. Unfortunately, a lot of their inventory was Hyundais when I went there. They had no Toyotas or Hondas. Red flag but I was just excited to get back on the road.First Review: (Right after I purchased the car) So far so good. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I bought a Hyundai Sonata recently. I will update if I have any issues but so far I am very happy with how everything went!

I just picked up a 2013 Chevy Tahoe !!! Got the payment I was looking for even with my so so credit!!! The salesman was the best, he really worked hard to make sure I got the one I wanted. Thank you ! Would definitely recommend for used cars in the area.

Came here after getting denied at other dealerships and I was VERY skeptical but our salesman hooked me up! I was able to drive off in something a lot newer compared to the options I was given at the other lots. These guys I definitely recommend

Don t go here it s been over a month I still haven t received my tags or registration the owner has been giving me the run around.They also sold me a car with different treads on every tire plus the lady in the office is very rude don t go here!!

My husband bought a Chevy Tahoe from them four months ago. And honestly THE worst!!! The truck needed stuff fixed before leaving the lot. I had no side mirror my hatch in the back doesn t work. My struts were bad. And the sales associate, Aaron jeeter, lied and said bring it back tomorrow and we will service fix it. Several attempts to leave it over night turned into basically leaving it there for over a month for just the struts. Then they said they had to order certain mirror and they ordered the wrong one after me and my children walked the block in 100 degree weather waiting because their office wasn t open. Still wasn t fixed. Anytime we ve called to inquire, they hang up. My truck hasn t been fixed of anything since leaving the lot. And now when I call, I just get a voicemail. Never a return call or an initial call to say they would fix what they promised!!!! The whole point of financing a vehicle is to make sure that they maintain the vehicle till it is paid off they have not done so since we bought the car but they call us every month to make sure we made the payment!!! I highly don t recommend you buy or finance a vehicle from them whatsoever!!! They will give you a lemon and expect you to make lemonade out of it!!!! Oh and by the way it s been four months since having this truck and I still have issues with it constant sensors problems with the vehicle problems with the car running and I can never get a hold of anybody!!!

Wow. My lucky weekend. I've been in desperate need of reliable transportation and somebody that could actually get me approved. I was so tired of going to all these big dealerships, looking at car after car, but with empty promises when it came to credit and financing. I admit, my credit is suspect, but I'm trying to rebuild. These guys made it happen. I was able to chose from a number of vehicles that I had a guaranteed approval to drive and the prices were very reasonable. I ended up getting a 1 year warranty on the vehicle and they threw in 1st oil and filter change on them that I could use whenever I wanted! Cool deal on a used vehicle. I will definitely be sending friends and family. Thanks for getting me back on the road guys!

Accompanied a young person here buying his first car. He found the car he wanted here online. The price matched the Kelly Blue Book price, so we didn't feel a need to negotiate. They were able to finance with limited work experience and a low credit score. They treated us with respect and we drove off the lot on a very short period of time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone buying their first car. Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.

Just purchased my 3rd vehicle in the last 5 years with these guys!! I was unsure if they could get me financed with some issues I have on my credit, but they went the extra mile to figure out a way to make it happen. I'll be back for sure to help my daughter get a car from them!... thanks!

No warranty, absolutely Nonono negotiations in pricing and Cars are extremely filthy inside. Ask to take to a mechanic to have the car check out, they won't allow they say because they have no insurance. They they want a deposit when fixing all the problems with the car! Three major strikes your out! I walked away. Make sure you get a 30 day warranty or your going to eat it. People were really nice n professional. I think their hands are tied.

If you are looking for a dependable vehicle, this is not the place to find one. Bought an 06 Nissan Altima, a little over 100,000 miles, one owner, new paint job, looked like a steal. After I bought it, problem after problem after problem piled up. It has now been 5 months since I bought the car, and I've been trying to make it work, but with the next repairs (blown head gasket/fuel injectors/coolant leak etc.) the total cost of repairs will well be over $4000, and that's about how much I paid for the damn car! Just a heads up, Look elsewhere for a reliable, dependable car!

The guys there are honest, able, and don't try to hassle or hustle you. I'm very happy with my purchase.A few notes:1. Admittedly the cars there do need a little TLC but that's why the prices are under $5000.2. Financing can only be done for $4000+ vehicles FYI. The guys said that pretty much any work desired can be done at their cost.3. Warrenties CAN be purchased (12k /12mo and variations) even after the initial purchase date.

BEWARE!!! I am normally not one to write bad reviews, but my experience with this place was so horrible that I felt obligated to warn others. I had inquired about a car that they had advertised online, and this is what the salesman told me when I asked if it was available and ready to go..."Yes it is! All of our cars come with a clean title, they also all pass smog & safety inspections. Then our mechanic looks at it to make sure there isn't any mechanical issues or leaks before we put it out for sale. By the way, we have 100% Guaranteed Credit Approval so if you looking to get help for finance just let me know."So that made me feel comfortable enough to drive 1 1/2 hours to go pick up the car. When I get there, there is a problem with the AC. RED FLAG #1 (car was advertised to have ice cold AC) I sat there for an hour seeing if they could fix it, and they said that they would have to order a part and it would be there on Monday and the car would be ready to go.They had a very similar car there, and I asked if I could look at that one instead, then the manager says "oh no, I wouldn't sell you THAT one, it has mechanical issues" then why is it for sale?!? RED FLAG #2 The manager even admitted that many of their cars had mechanical issues.So then since I had come all that way, I said fine, if it will be fixed monday, I will come back and get it, and I put down a 2,000$ deposit and asked them to hold it.Monday, Tuesday and then Wednesday roll around, and late Wednesday night, I am told that the car was fixed. Fine. I'll be there tomorrow between 1 and 2. The next day when I had already started the long drive, I get a text saying this:"Hey Gina so I drove the Xterra just to make sure everything is working and it is but I noticed that the air would blow hot air every once and awhile so I took it back to the mechanic and he noticed there's a small leak in the air compressor from fixing the a.c. because of all the pressure. Its not a problem it's getting fixed as we speak but the mechanic did ask if you could come at 4 just to make sure he has enough time to finish" RED FLAG #3So at this point the I have a horrible gut feeling about the car being a moneypit, and the salesmen being liars and crooks, so I decide to just go get my deposit back and find another car. They gave me a 2,000 check instead of returning the cash I had given them.Fast forward to the next day, I went to the bank the check was from, and they wouldn't cash it. They said they couldn't verify the signature on it.So the next day I have to do another 90 minute (3 hour round trip) drive, just to get written another check for MY money back.But all in all, I feel like I dodged a bullet by not buying their car. If there were this many contradictions with the employees, and this many problems with the car before I even bought it, I guarantee it was a lemon. If I could, I would give this place ZERO stars

This place is hella ridiculousBought a car lasted a weekSat in my front lawn for months until they decided to tell me to bring it in for fixingWaitied a extra month to get the car backAnd the car seems worst and now im paying more money for labor!Please ppl stay away this place is a death trapDerek is f***n dirty money hungry piece of sh**t!!Now im out of 4gsLabor parts i bought with my own moneyStay away trust me!
