Costumer service was great. I got most of what I needed. Selection was good. They had a shipment just show up so the gentleman was restocking thing. He was really knowledgeable and I was able to finish detailing my car this weekend with the things he suggested. I'll be back to get more stuff.

These people are awesome super knowledgeable, and what they do great products. The only thing I wish you could help us out a little bit better on the commercial side. Still five stars, hands-down fantastic service.

Out here for the grand opening! Owner Jake is an awesome guy! Greeted us right away! Excited to be here everyone is very welcoming and chill. Great setup in the store as well not crowded or cramped. Congrats Detail Garage Colton!

Follow on instagram and I went to one of their car meets...I ended up buying some items to help with sales...I ended up being ignored and stood standing in front of the desk and a girl and guy were there didn't acknowledge till someone else showed up..I ended up leaving a comment on their Instagram page and instead of acknowledging me they just deleted it..the actual employees of chemical guys are awesome but whoever works and runs the Instagram page have horrible customer service

Went in and talk to Jake asking what products he recommends for a black truck. He sold me the V34 compound, V38 polish, and the black light wax along with the pads and pad conditioner. I have to say I was VERY PLEASED with the results. Jake is very knowledgeable and freindly. He is a true people person and I would recommend buying from his place to all my friends and family. He genuinely believes in his products and won t sell you something that will not work for your situation.Thanks again Jake will be back soonCody

Heard good things about this company s products. Stocked up on my Detail Arsenal! ($500.00 bucks worth) Had an issue with the soap cannon . Spoke to owner Jake directly, said bring it in and he would replaced, no problem. Showed up today, employee would not exchange. Said item was discontinued and recalled by company. Said if they took back, they would be out the money. So instead, let s just have our customer be out the money! Employee did call Jake, who went back on what he said to me previously about exchanging it. Was told to take it up with corporate. Just goes to show what people will say in a store full of customers to sound good. But today was the reality of what customer service really was in my case, POOR! I expected better:Will be doing business elsewhere. Make sure my friends do the same!Tried to support our small businesses, especially after being shut down due to Covid. Today is an example of sticking with the big cooperate stores.Sad day involving a Colton business.

I went in the day after the grand opening and the whole store was so helpful and friendly to me and my 5 year old they showed me the best way to wash my car and best products to use. I highly recommend this place for everything you need to wash your car. Seriously pleased with the whole experience.

I came in today with a lot of questions and not a lot of knowledge. Jake helped me, he answered all of my questions and really broke everything down for me! I really appreciated him taking his time and I highly recommend this place.

Came in looking specifically for a wipe on clear coat product similar to poppys patina or xkote. For my classic which I'm trying to preserve the patina look. They didn't have anything like that so was referred to chemical guys reactive fusion which the employee swore would leave a high gloss finish similar to a clear coat. Went home and tried a small dab and it literally did nothing for my car. Was extremely unsatisfied so I went back to try to refund or atleast speak to someone with some knowledge about what I was trying to achieve and could refer me to another product. The manager laughed in my face about it and said there was no such thing as a wipe on clear coat. These guys have no idea what they are actually talking about and all their products are junk. They just try to sell you whatever they can.

I went today to get some stuff to remove water spots from my vehicle, since I walked in I was greeted, the guy behind the counter walked outside to see my vehicle and he explained step by step and the products that would work to remove those stains , great coustumer service! (And the products removed the water stains )

Really dissapointed today. Chemical Guys has always been my Number 1 product to use. What bothered me today and last week was the Owner of this detail Garage and his negligence to whats going on. The Riveraide store put my order together over the phone and I picked up. The guy here at Colton was like "what are you afraid of"? So I decided not to go in to the Colton store. Today I was close by and went in and these guys have NO FACE COVER. Also the most nastiest dirtbag thing to do in the middle of a pandemic is to be eating right at the cash register and touching product and your receipt. I got my product and good thing it was sanitizer. This will be the last time I ever shop here, and possibly Chemical Guys for good. I hope this is not the example Chemical Guys is setting. This guy has a attitude anyway what ise would it have been telling him anything.
