[Edit] I was contacted by America's Tire about the customer service problems I experienced with this purchase. They made a genuine effort to retain my patronage and as a result I plan to continue using them in the future. I would recommend their service and this location to others. I'm sure the person who worked on my car received additional training but for reference to those who hopefully won't experience the same problem in the future I have kept a description of the original problem below.I got my wife's car a set of new tires and paid for the warranty for each one. 30 minutes of driving and the rear passenger wheel goes flat. I put the donut on and returned to the shop where I found out their technician failed to install a sealing washer on the tire stem causing a leak. A week later the same thing happens to the passenger front wheel. My wife returns the car this time and was told the exact same issue had occurred. This time they checked all the tires and even replaced the rear wheel (which should have been replaced before, since it showed signs of wear from it going flat while driving).

I'm a regular customer here, I've purchased many tires and have been pleased with my services, but I recently went in to get my tire fixed and I was a bit disappointed, I arrived at 11:30, I was told it would be an hour and a half, I seen people come in after me (no appt.) leave before me, I ended up leaving there at 2:30!! Paperwork said I arrived at 1:15 and left at 2:09 making it look like I wasn't there long, I appreciate that my tire was fixed for free but the wait is crazy, well hope I don't get anymore flats.

Great thank you for replacing my tires fo different ones was not happy with what I pi CV led and they were more then glad to help me pick the ones I should of got in first place like they said I should but I didnt listen but I came back they smiled and said it's not a problem ma'am and we selected different ones and I paid the difference. They back their promise to 100 percent if not satisfied they go beyond their promise. I wouldn't go anywhere else but American tires. They great

I received extraordinary good service at America's Tire in Colton, California, this past week. On a car trip from Palm Springs to Bend, I hit a wheel sitting in the middle of the freeway, which destroyed my front right tire. I was towed to America's Tire, where the team had me back on the road in less than an hour. The manager went out of his way to assist me with the details of obtaining a replacement tire through the Bend store (the tire was a snow tire). Thank you for the great service!

Personally, I have been a customer since 2014 . They've been a great deal of help. If you're in Colton Fontana Ontario, it doesn't matter. They do a great job. I can't speak for everyone, but I do speak from my own experience. I want to say thanks to paul for helping great management. Thank you.

This place takes care of you and knows their stuff. I appreciate their professionalism. The only reason that they do not have 5 stars out of 5 is because the need to be at least 10 times the size it is. There is always a huge line and those guys are working their tails off and it's not enough. They need a huge place to work and more workers to assist the volume of customers that constantly pour into do tire business. This is a quality company and this location is perfect! It just needs to take over more of the parking lot and the surrounding businesses to give it ample room for this amazing service.

Came in today for a free tire repair. Zay Sims helped me out and inspected all my tires. Recommended I get new tires and gave me estimates and was very informative about my car's needs. I will definitely be back to get new tires! Thank you Zay!

I've always had a good experience with America's Tire. This was my first time at this one. Had an appointment at 115. Got off work earlier than anticipated. So I showed up about 3 hours early. They were kind enough to fit me in. Tire rotation and balance were done lickety-split! Nice!

We took our truck in for a slow leak. They said they couldn't fix it, so they put the spare on and dumped the wheel and tire in the bed of the truck without bothering to put the tire back on the wheel. Now we are worse off than before, with no spare tire.It was just a slow leak needing air every week or so. Don't go here.

Joe is absolutely amazing at his job, he doesn't give up on satisfying his customers. This place is as clean as it appears on the website, well organized shop to suite cov19 safety regulations, tends to be busy but worth the wait, because its the place to get your tires at a reasonable price.

My husband told me to get the car's tire pressure checked here since we switched cars and I have my 1 year old son with me. I have never been here before, but my husband has purchased several tires from here as well as having his air pressure checked as well. My husband told me to just to pull into it.Again, I've never been here before so I parked forward facing to the area. I accidentally hit some of their cones in the process of trying to get into position. A male worker with highlights (didn't see his name tag) approached me as I rolled down my window to ask about the pressure check. He was clearly upset and responded very unprofessional and rude because I entered in the wrong way and I hit their cones. He told me to get out and go to the back of the line. Nick came by who was 100 times more professional and explained everything to me. However, I was told my air pressure was off cause of the spare and that I needed ti get to the back of the line.Honestly, I didn't want to even come here as it was nearing my son's nap but my husband said I had to as it's the safest thing to do. To top it off, I had to deal with a worker so unkind. I would never return here and it's a shame as my husband has spent so much money here on tires.Very unprofessional and no understanding for a mom with a 1 year old in the car.

How can you trust a place that sells tires but fails to put the same air pressure in all of them! Its mesmerizing! I have the same problem with my low tire light every time they rotate my tires or even replace them.

Alex is the man. I got out of work and my tire was completely flat. They closed in 30 minutes but I work 7 days a week and I was freaking out. Alex took his time, got my vehicle taken care of and even spent forever talking on the phone with my pops (I had to borrow some money and he wanted to make sure I was getting a good price, you know how dads can be sometimes). It was busy and he didn t have to go through all that work, he could have very easily told me that they re about to close and to come back another day. But he took the time and made this whole situation way smoother than it could have been.Thanks Americas tire, and thanks Alex!

Quick service for the most part. They take care of you as much as they can, even when it's super busy. The only thing short from a five star experience is that both times I've gone in for a tire rotation, I've had to come back multiples times (3 times the first visit, 2 times the second visit) to finally get my tires balanced correctly. Kept getting horrible vibrations. They got it perfect after all the visits but it is very inconvenient to keep coming back. They provide water and a restroom though so that's nice.Update: I asked the manager to look inside my tire because I had the EV good year ones that multiple people online say that the glue for the foam melted off. He refused saying that it's impossible for the foam to come off and that he would charge me extra if they were going to look inside the tire. I just dealt with the vibrations over the next few months and finally decided to change the tire to the Continental DWS06. No more vibrations. Wish I could have found out for sure but I'm pretty sure it was the loose foam that was causing the vibrations in the Goodyear Eagle F1. Also, I have white seats and literally every time they would leave marks on the seats from their pants. I should be reminding them to put plastic liners but that should be standard protocol. Service is usually relatively quick.

My name is Jerome I ordered tires on 1/23/24. I had to call and find out they were there on Thursdays and no one called the employee said they usually don t call and then I have to make a appointment for one tire to be installed there service is horrible I will never go to them again

I m not the type to write reviews but unfortunately today americas tires did not honored my tires insurance that I purchased in may of 2023. Yesterday I had blown up tires on my passenger car and I came yesterday to get the tire which they order it because I had purchase there tire insurance but today when I came in the senior manager said that they cannot switch the tire for me because the guy that sold me the insurance back in may for the tire and the guy that order tire yesterday put my car as tesla model 3 as performance and is rear wheel drive tesla that they cannot give me my new tire because of my tire specification on my trim does not go with my tires that I have and rim which I purchase those rims and tires brand new from Tesla that s why there s options on the tesla to purchased different rims there no such thing you can t put those rims and tires because you have different trim that s how I order my car so he denied my warranty because of the lack of his knowledge of the car and also the workers why did they sale me the warranty on the first place lack of training that does reflect on there management instead making things right since it was there fault since they had already sold me the insurance he refunded me the insurance fee for my tires and did not honor the contract. They are call americas tires and I served my country as military family Man in the army and they lack integrity and honesty respect and loyalty. Lack of empathy it feels like high school workers run that tire shop . Thanx for wasting my time and my day off work.

I previously had shared an experience with this location where they scratched all 4 of my rims while putting on my new tires and breaking one of my brand new Tire pressure sensors. I've now updated my review from a 1 star review to 4 stars. After contacting their corporate office, the manager reached out and promised me that he would order me a new set of rims to replace my damaged ones. He made good on his promise and although I had to wait a few months (not their fault at all... it was the supplier)... I finally got my new rims today and no issues. I was wrong about them and although I had to fight a bit to get here... It was worth the wait. Thanks to Joe & Gabe for all the help you provided through this process.

These guys and gals DO work really hard and fast. always with a good attitude, frankly I highly recommend them. I have been coming to this Colton location since 2012. Very good. Gilbert is very knowledgeable and always helps you with everything and very well. Alex, Victor, Freddy, Paul, Felipe, and Brian.

The employees were of great help and customer service was good too but I realized that they scratched my rim while mounting the tire as the first scratch is at the lip and the other right under .

Just had a great experience here!Ordered tires, they arrived within a day. Scheduled an appointment, they honored my time and got me in right away (I've made appointments at other places but they still make you wait for the walk ins to be done first). Service was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Prices are great.This will be my tire shop from now on!08/12/2020 Edit:Just wanted to give more praise to this tire shop!I had another great experience from ordering online to setting up an appointment to getting the tires installed.Absolutely fantastic service!Please keep it up!10/25/2023 Edit:Another great experience!From ordering online, making an appointment, pricing, and installation, this place is great!In my opinion, there's no reason to go anywhere else for tires.I wish they could do all car maintenance!Honestly, this place forges trust, and that is sorely needed in the car service industry.

I came into America's tire this morning1st thing as a walk in.... During this covid timeI know it takes a awhile. I was checked inAnd within a few minutes was professionally handled.... I explained what I wanted...And was assured that they would have on my truck with the upmost Care..... Promptly at 8 I was called in... And they started on my truckI delt with 3 different AssociatesDevin / Steve/ And Marlin.... As I stood and watched They were a well oiled teamAnd handled my truck with the utmost careYou can tell I love my truck.... I highly recommend this team.... And will keep going back as I have for years. Thanks again guys

Just went in to have my tires checked for pressure like I do all the time they're so willing to check the pressure without pressure to force me to buy other services I do buy most of my tires there and the pressure checking laying in the back of the building is usually pretty full and they get him in and out pretty quick

Had the most unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Alex . He is so rude and condescending when he speaks to people. When customers come here they need help and someone who empathizes with what they are dealing with . Not someone who makes them feel like they are being dismissed. Thankfully we had the most amazing interaction with Paul who made us feel as ease. His character and demeanor was so welcoming and this company did the right thing by having him there. We need more people like Paul and people like Alex need more training in customer service care. He needs to do better !

I went to have personal tires inspected and installed at this location and was helped by an employee named Daniel J F. If you want to have an understanding and a well informed conversation about tires and what's best for your vehicle, then Daniel is your man. He was very patient and took the time to explain and take questions during my consultation. Definitely an asset to the company and needs to be recognized by management.

I went into the Colton location because I needed air. Turns out one of my tire treads was down to a 2. So it had to be replaced. The guys at the Colton location are great. Victor was super patient with me while I decided which tires I was purchasing. After selecting the tires, I was purchasing all four, Victor gave me an estimated completion time of 11am. The techs were quick. Before I could sit down and wait, they were taking my car into the garage. My new tires were on and I was home before 11am. Awesome! I am super pleased with the results. I definitely will go back for the next set.

These guys seriously know the meaning of professionalism. They are courteous and friendly. They engage their customers honestly. Not as salesmen but genuine and real. When they present their findings to the customer they do so in a fair and truthful manner. They know what they are talking about as well. They aren't pushy in the least and work with the customer not against them. I highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates customer service. I also recommend making appointments beforehand. Otherwise you'll be in for a long wait, there's always clients ahead. They're that good.

I went there a half hour before they closed to have a flat tire fixed. The staff was very friendly, courteous & professional. I was afraid that they will sell me a new tire for replacement- instead they assured me that they will try to see if they can fix/patch the tire; and they did- for FREE! I only waited for about 15-20 minutes for them to fix it. They put my spare tire back in the trunk, how it was placed originally. I am so relieved that I was able to get on the freeway and drove home without using the spare tire. So very grateful for those guys- will definitely spread the word around! Nowadays, there are very few businesses that are honest and trustworthy - AMERICA S TIRES is definitely one of them!!
