Sal and Raymond were professionals and very easy to talk to. From the moment I got there until I left, they always had a smile on their face. I had concerns about my ride quality but assured me it was great and what I could do in the future to help it out. Had tons of information to share. I will definitely recommend them to my car Show friends on our upcoming car show. Thank you again!!!

This is the best air ride/bag shop ever. Ray and Sal are awesome. Their work is priceless. Very reasonable priced. Lifetime warranty. Dont bother going anywhere else.

UPDATE 12/12/23These guys keep amazing me. I bought a part from them a few weeks ago. I had some questions about how to install it so I stopped into their shop. It took them just a few minutes to explain what I needed to do and even showed me on a manifold. If you're on the fence about using these guys, I hope my reviews help you make up your mind. They're not only great at what they do. They're kind people as well. That goes a long way.FIRST REVIEW --- What can I say about Air Ride that hasn't already been said?! These guys are absolutely LEGIT! I'd made a couple of visits to their office to make sure I knew what I was buying. Brian was my primary contact and dude couldn't have been more pleasant. Ray is an amazing person that is just as you see/hear him on IG posts--just the happiest most approachable person you'd ever want to meet!On 1 particular visit, I got to spend some time with Sal. He explained the installation process to me in a way that was really easy for me to understand.My actual installation went so much faster that I thought it would. Most shops I spoke with told me my car would be in their shop for 'a couple of weeks'. Air Ride was done in 2 days. 2 days!! NICE!All in all, there's a reason that these guys do so many installations. They're just the best!Thank you sooooo much Air Ride!

First of all, if you are reading reviews to find out which shop you should go to get your car bagged, you can stop right now. The search is over. Go here.I did tons of research to find the best air ride suspension installers throughout SoCal and even in some other states. This place came up multiple times in forums, Facebook groups, Instagram, etc. I messaged them about what I was looking for and they responded in a very timely fashion. I asked them a ton of questions, and each question was carefully answered. All of this was BEFORE I placed any deposit or committed to go with their shop.Once I made my deposit and set up an appointment, it was straight, smooth sailing. I dropped my car off on a Monday and got it back Wednesday afternoon. The longer lead time was mainly because I wanted height sensors as part of my setup. Initially the height sensors wouldn t work with some after-market rear camber arms, which they installed for me, due to a non-existent bracket. However, Sal over at Air Ride Equipment made a custom bracket to install the height sensors on my rear suspension. Amazing!On pick-up day, the car looks AMAZING! I m very particular about my car and they did not damage ANYTHING, and it was in the exact same condition as I left it. Honestly, I couldn t even tell they did anything until that is they slammed my car to the ground :) They went through all the various settings and options on the controller, and Sal and I went on a test drive to see how the system works. They answered any questions that I had, and I was on my way. Several weeks later, the system still operates perfectly.The best part of this place is the lifetime parts and installation warranty, which is unheard of, but I highly doubt I will ever have to use that since their installation process and method is just flawless. The best part about this shop is they focus exclusively on air suspension installs, unlike other shops that do full body repair, and maintenance in addition to air suspension installs, so you can trust that they do the job right!I would give this place 10 stars if I could.Car/system specs: 2018 Tesla Model 3 Performance, 3H System, Air Lift Performance struts and management system

The entire team is phenomenal everyone one inhouse is extremely knowledgeable and polite I would give more stars if I could as they took care of us and set up the air ride suspension soo neatly, just wow! I want to thank everyone at Air Ride Equipment once again the Bluetooth controller and app is The Future... The Future!!! The lifetime warranty that's included allows me to drive away with peace of mind that the strut system is covered from bumper to bumper

First things first, these guys are AMAZING. Had my 3p setup installed on my Subaru WRX in February of 2021. Reached out via instagram for a quote and received a reply in a timely manner. He was thorough, upfront, and explained everything without me having to dig for answers. We set up my install date, I dropped my car off and received it back about a day and a half later. When I picked it up one of the guys walked me through all of the presets and made sure I knew how to use everything correctly and informed me about maintenance. It s now been one year since and everytime I have had a question reguarding anything they were always so quick to get back to me and always made me feel welcome to bring the car back in so they can look at everything for me. We ran into an issue recently where I realized that my front struts were not adjustable because Universal Air does not come with the specific parts to do so, silly me was under the impression that I was on full Airlift this whole year and came to the realization that I was not. I reached out to Air Ride Equipment and let them know about the confusion and of course, they were super understanding and found a solution to the issue and set a date for me to come in and have them switched out. They got everything done within an hour so I was in and out of there in no time! BIG thank you to everyone at Air Ride Equipment for always being so professional and time efficient. Very much appreciated

Hands down to these extremely nice welcoming people I ve had their 3p air bag suspension for over 4yrs and never had an issue with it I m very impressed and overall happy with their products.

Air Ride Equipment has been one of the best auto shops I have ever dealt with. You can tell by just speaking with Raymond, he genuinely cares about your business and is willing to go the extra mile for you. He is a perfect example of how any person in Customer Service should be and communicate with they're customers. Also, not to mention, Sal is extremely knowledgable in air suspension and took the extra time to show me every little thing regarding my kit. Another thing I'd like to point out is they post every thing on Instagram. From the time I took in my car, I immediately saw them working on it through Instragram stories and was able to follow along and see the progress. These guys are also extremely quick, I took my car in Monday morning and was back on the road Wednesday morning. If you are looking to either purchase or get a kit installed I highly recommend Air Ride Equipment. I turned down multiple cheaper offers to come here and am extremely pleased with the outcome!

RUDE !!! I inquired about getting a car bagged he blew me off Don t answer his phone and when he did decided to return my messages he just kept leading me on saying I had to schedule an appointment totally forgot about me When I try to make one and never closed the deal So I can make and appointment. blamed me for not being patient In a very smart way . I wouldn t recommend this shop very unprofessional

Best of the best ! Went over and they fixed my leak in less then 30 minutes . Other shops I took it to couldn t even figure it out , sal is great highly recommend!
