I was in the Automotive Service Business for 35 years so I recognize good service when I experience it. From entering this place you can tell just by the cleanliness of the waiting room they care. Look into the shop and you will see the same thing, I was in town purchasing a new/used RV and I had to have the batteries replaced before my trip back to Chicago. The people were friendly, accommodating and got me out within a couple of hours and a very fair price. I would definitely recommend this place. I only wish they were closer to Chicago!

My wife and I were on our way to Del Mar when I realized we were dragging our 30 amp plug for the shore/generator power and it was shredded. We looked up RV repair and True Blue was nearby. Rolando was so helpful. Without an appointment or notice he took the time to repair our 30 amp Plug and sent us on our way in less than an hour. He was Kind and Professional. If you need any of their services I highly recommend.

What a pleasure to find an RV repair shop that is both competent and professional! I was so impressed with the entire staff! From the get-go, they were extremely helpful and the moment I drove up to the facility, it was clear I'd found a first rate shop. Clean, organized, and professional in every way.My Airstream Interstate had a stuck black tank valve so I was unable to empty it after our last outing. Roland diagnosed the problem in no time, and resolved the issue quickly.When next I need service or an upgrade, there's no question, True Blue RV will be my choice!

Had two sensors triggering my Service Engine light. Communication to get an appointment was awesome. And once our date came, we were in and out within the same day. Saved us booking a hotel room and the cost that comes with it. Servicing an RV is never cheap, but the quality and professionalism we received was totally worth it. Rolando and his team are amazing! He is very attentive and has a huge experience with RVs. Most of all he and the team are super concerned with customer satisfaction. Truly outstanding RV service! - from replacing house batteries to installing a new micro-convection oven, as well as solving wiring problems in our tow vehicle. They were very responsive to my scheduling needs and finished two repairs while I waited. One of the repairs was a customized approach to a leaking gray water drain valve.

I am very impressed with True Blue RV. While I was there I showed a technician some images of blistering on an RV s roof. He thoroughly explained the condition and how to determine it s severity. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest.
