I needed an oil change, air filter, and brake fluid. These guys are so fast and professional. The price was excellent! If you have any repair needs, check out this Jiffy Lube first!

I am giving this location 5 stars that are well deserved. They treated me with respect and were so kind and professional. I believe it was Robert who handled my situation. What a gentleman. I am so pleased with my service. My new wipers, filter, and they even zip tied a part of my car that was hanging for no charge.This location has honest hard working individuals who are kind and I highly recommend this location. I was approached immediately when I got off my car and was offered assistance. Victor showed me where to wait and where the restroom and wait area was without me asking. Victor let me know what else my car needed besides oil change. The work on my car was done quickly and my windshield was cleaned and air was put in one of my tires. I will definitely return to Coachella jiffy lube and hopefully Victor is there to welcome me again!!! 5 star experience for sure, thank you so much for letting me write this review.

I always go to Jiffy Lube for my oil change now since they are so fast, and they actually check your car. They will tell you if you need any fluid, a filter, or air on your wheels with no extra charge. 100/100

I don t know how I feel about the labor charges. I came in at 9:40am the work was completed by 10:50am. They showed me the new parts installed but when I see the bill I m charged for 2.30 hrs of labor which was incorrect. It only took an hour which is billed at $119. I don t like being overcharged also the noise can still be heard even after the replacement. Victor assured me that I would need to break in the new hardware. We will see. Otherwise, service was good as always with friendly staff, but this visit left me hesitant about recommending JiffyLube.Service: Steering & suspension repair

We had a problem while driving back to LA from Sedona with a loud noise and piece of the car hanging off. Victor took us right away, went under the car, removed the piece of plastic that was handing off, and wouldn't take a dime for his effort. This place, and this person, showed decency and kindness when we had no choice but to pay whatever he asked. I highly recommend them!

Victor seems to be the person in charge here. Has very poor customer service! Did not seem welcomed there, especially after I was yeld at for no apparent reason. I can tell he has all the employees tense and walking on egg shells. I will definitely NOT come back here for business!!!

I have been stopping by this Jiffy Lube for the last 5 years after having a few bad experiences at local dealerships and I have not looked back. Every time I've been here for an oil change the gentleman go as far as asking if I'd like my tires checked, last two times one of my tires was low on air and they made sure to fill it right up! Amazing costumer service!

I was on my way to Santa Ana when my check engine light came on. Luckily I was able to make it to this location in time. I was out of oil completely and low on coolant. Robert and Romeo were so helpful. They gave me enough to get home safe. Incredible service and such amazing guys!
