Hernandez Alternators is the BEST!!! My JEEP Alternator failed and the JEEP dealer said they could not deal with it for another week!Bad response!! Enrique said he had a unit in stock and would have my JEEP ready for me by noon the next day! GREAT SERVICE FOR SURE. What a delight!Mark WayneService: Electrical

This little shop is located in Coachella they rebuilt alternators which is a godsend but it's so much cheaper than buying a new one it's just a small little shop easily missed if you don't know what you're looking for and use the maps program on your phone to give you directions other than that it was just really looking for The Price is Right I'll go there again and again

I TOOK A ALTERNATOR TO GET REPAIR BECAUSE THEY NO LONGER CARRY THE ONE INDICTAED FOR A TRUCK I NEEDED IT FOR. I CHOSE TO TAKE IT TO HERNANDEZ BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE ELSE LOCALLY WHERE WE ARE LOCATED THAT REBUILTS STARTERS. I DROVE 40 MINUTES TO HIM AND PERSONALLY GAVE IT TO HIM AND TOLD HIM I NEEDED IT TO WORK. HE CALLED ME WITHIN 2 HOURS THAT IT WAS READY, THERE I GO DRIVING BACK TO COACHELLA ANOTHER 40 MINS. WHEN I GET TO THE SHOP TO INSTALL IT, IT DID NOT WORK. I REMOVED IT AGAIN AND TESTED IT AND NOTHING. I OPENED IT TO SEE IF ANYTHING WAS DONE TO IT. AND JUST AS I THOUGHT. ALL HE DID WAS CLEAN MY STARTER TO MAKE IT LOOK NICE. I TOOK IT BACK TO HIM INDICATED THE PROBLEM TO HIM AND THAT I HAD INSPECTED THE STARTER AND HE SAID HE WOULD DO IT RIGHT THIS TIME. AGAIN I DRIVE ANOTHER 40 MINS BACK AND FORTH TO PICK IT UP AGAIN WHEN HE CALLS THAT ITS READY. AGAIN SAME RESAULT AND THE STARTER NEVER WORKED. I DID NOT ONLY WASTE MY TIME. BUT MY LONG TIME CUSTOMER GOT UPSET FOR THE DELAY. HE STILL HAD THE NERVE TO ADMIT THAT THATS HOW HE WORKS. RUDE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO HONESTY. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. NEVER AGAIN STEPPING FOOT AT HERNANDEZ ALTERNATORS. NOW I KNOW WHY THE CATHEDRAL CITY LOCAATION CLOSED. HE COULD OF BEEN HONEST AND SAID NO PARTS TO REBUILT, OR IM TOO BUSY. ANYTHING. BUT TO CHARGE 120 TO GET A WET CLOTH AND JUST CLEAN FROM THE OUTSIDE IS STEALING.

Took my car a Honda Accord 1995 to this place by recommendation. They charged me $220 to fix according to them a short in the wiring from TCU. Six weeks later I took it back because the same problem occurred, they gave me 6 months of warranty in the repair. Now he's blaming some mechanical failure.Not honor warranty.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! TOOK MY GRAND CHEROKEE FOR A ELECTRIC SHORT AND ITS STILL THE SAME DONT GO THERE!!!!!!
