Owner was great he was able to detect and solve a problem that the dealership said did not exist. Gave us ETA on when it would be complete and pricing and offered options for our budget. Great family run business!

I've gotten my Plymouth colt 1991 fixed here and they did a great job I've been there 3 times and their fixing it up little by little.

On Wed morning 28 of Nov. I was in need of 2 tires , i usually go to Padillas in Indio off Indio Blvd with Ernie who is really respectful and always treats me like a great customer but on this day i was in need of 2 used 22565R16 tires and he suggested i go to his other location and see Marcelo at El Valle automotive, when i got there i introduced myself as Tony Galindo former Manager of Star Auto Parts who has helped many shops like El Valle auto by giving them good prices , anyways i guess Marcelo forgot who i was since in 1997 whe his Dad Marcelo Sr. Was the owner of El valle was a better businesss man but Marcelo Jr . has terrible businesss skills ans does not have any clue about customer service or knows how to train his people , while i was there all they use is a impact gun to torque down my lug nuts on my 2013 Dodge Caravam , i dont recommend this shop to anyone in the valley, very unprofessional and the personnel seem like they need training and guidance. Advise to you Marcelo, in Business what separates the Market Share and creates repeat business is EXCELLENT SERVICE, something you business lacks very much of. And for the record i was not asking fpr anything free.....
