Don t judge a book by its cover!!! I got the only female employee working and was reluctant to ask for help thinking a male would know more but WENDY was amazing!!! She not only took the time to help us find what kind of oil our car needed, she helped us find where the cap was located since we didn t know. She also gave us a quick lesson on all the other caps so that we wouldn t stress out next time!!! Loved the customer service and loved Wendy!!!

Excellent customer service!! I was attended by a young man by the name of Anthony C. I was a bit skeptical coming in simply because I am a young woman & going into an auto part store can be intimidating sometimes but he made me feel comfortable and confident

Best service ever! The store had a hard to find battery for my Mercedes in stock. They helped me replace old battery and couldn't be happier. As a person with a disability, I really appreciate their going above and beyond. The store's manager is awesome!! I initially purchased a battery from their competitor (O'Reilly) who sold me the wrong battery. I will now trust AutoZone with my business!

Been doing business with AutoZone for 15 plus years along the way customer service have changed staff are really rude nobody really wants to help. rolling their eyes when you're talking to them n giving you nasty attitudes I do not recommend this location I think there really should train their staff seems like they didn't get the proper training!Worst worst worst customer service

Most purchases are a good deal but occasionaly they sell you a faulty item. Like the gauge to fill the a/c, that tool is designed to waste most of the product.....

Going thru it with some bunk part, had issues because it was originally ordered online and they got the warranty messed up... forgotten to add it on the order (??swtf?). Phone based Customer service was cool but not incredibly useful. But the Manager at this store was an angel, got it totally handled to above and beyond expectations. Thank you so much!!!

Autozone doesn t charge your battery they will give it to you bad and check it like battery is bad. I took it twice on the first they told me it was good didn t have no volt second they didn t want to charge it they check the battery and tell me is a bad battery. I had to jump cable on my truck and let it recharge 20 minutes now my battery is good. I waisted all day to fix my battery in autozone because they don t recharge your battery bad service they do especially checking your alternator and starter. I was very angry feeling they just scams people to make they buy parts that they don t need

Came here to check on a battery, they immediately told me it was still good, helped me find the battery post parts needed, also helped with car diagnostic and trouble shot the problem as well.

AutoZone Culver City I ordered a part the other evening I was told that it would be here at AutoZone at 10:00 a.m. I'm still in the parking lot today and it is now 3:00 the worst service I've ever had in my life they said a truck was bringing the part the gentleman had the order come in this morning and my part was not in it he could have told me that at 10:00 a.m. but he led me to believe all afternoon that he had sent someone out to pick it up at another store he had said that a truck was going to bring it in no later than 2:00 I'm still in the parking lot in Culver City I had to be somewhere and O'Reilly's is right up the block and they have the part but I've already disconnected it I'm stuck the worst help I've ever had except there's a young gentleman that went from Oxnard to this store and he's going out to get the part himself he's going over and above I believe he's the new assistant manager or manager I'm hoping he can get it so I don't have to sleep in the AutoZone parking lot like as of the other evening I had to sleep in my car to wait for the part today I live in Palm springs and I have to be there this evening and I'm stuck at the beach because of the personnel that could not simply order one upper hose thanks and the gentleman's name that helped me to get the hose was Robert he went over and above his duty I think Robert very much let's see if it works

My first visit to the Coachella location was a great experience. I was completely amazed as to how this young man knew his stuff and how quickly and efficient his service was. That is also a reflection of management. Looks like this store gained a new customer. Thanks for all your help Diego!-Roy Lagpacan

Imagine ordering the correct part from AutoZone, and once it is shipped, You get a completely different piece. Accidents occur throughout life. That is how life is, but this was no accident. AutoZone warehouse intentionally sent me a door regulator for a Camaro instead of a 2014 Chevrolet Spark rear door regulator. I brought the piece back to AutoZone so I could order a different one, but behold, They were no longer selling the part. Corporations are known for intentionally shipping wrong items to customers because of the lower probability of the customers returning them, rather than advising the customer that there is a nationwide shortage of car parts and offering a refund right away. Therefore, it is not justified for AutoZone to have me wait three days to receive the wrong part. As a result, I will no longer use AutoZone as my primary car part source. Thank you for taking time out of your day to listen to my rant.

Excellent service. Ordered a part I needed in the morning, was there by 1pm along with my oil change supplies ready to roll. Courteous store members make you feel part of the family. Should be called Family Zone.

This location is always busy and they always seem short staffed. Sometimes takes awhile to buy something since the parts line is always so long and you have two guys working it. Three stars because they are usually pretty well stocked with parts I need.

The return policy doesnt allow you to swipe the card used at time of purchase to locate the reciept in their system. No reciept = store credit. Which is still a perk but last thing I want is an unused product that I cant return. Not really there fault.... but it's a bit frustrating...Price matching is the main reason I continue to shop here...Oh and the rebates are pretty swift!

Noticed damage on my cars twice now. I don't really care enough honeslty to try and get it fixed just kinda annoying. Customer service is good though

Order a window regulator for bmw never got called that my part had arrived. When I payed for the part no eta. I guess you just have to call maybe I will be ready in a hour maybe 2 days

Just left and I just had to write a review about Ernie, he is awesome I never thought a trip to AutoZone could be so fun,,he was funny and knowledgeable and even replaced our windshield wipers for us, I always find such happy associates when I walk in, he was absolutely the best. Thank you Ernie.

I get all my parts from Autozone. They have many price options, and if they dont have a part, they can usually have it within a day. They checked my check engine light for my Dodge truck, after stalling out a few times. They found a bad Camshaft Positiin Sensor. They help me get the part, I installed it, and have not had a stalling problem again. The team is awesome, alwsys looking to help. And Curteous too.Keep up the great work
