America s Tire in Coachella is my all-time favorite and ONLY tire shop for my three vehicles. I have been a loyal customer to America s Tire for over 12 years. Jorge runs an excellent shop and all of his employees go above and beyond to make the customer experience the best there is.

Came in here for some tires I saw online. Jamie welcomed me in within good time. He found the tires that I needed and was able to help get my wipers replaced as well. He made the process easy and simple. Felt like I got a great deal after the transaction as well. My car was serviced with great timing as well even though it looked like a busy morning. Juan helped get my car back, even brought it to me, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and deal here at Coachella.

GREAT PLACE. The guys were super nice and helped us make it quick to get back on the road. We are out of town with a hole in our tire. They fixed it up real quick and treated us very kindly. Good place to go! They are very helpful!

We were passing through Coachella today on a road trip . Only to find that we d collected a nail along the way and had a leaky tire. We went to this America s Tire and everyone there was fantastic! They were abundantly kind and took great care of us. They even let us bring our dog inside while we waited! 15 minutes later we were on our way with a patched tire! We were so impressed with the efficiency, quality of work, and immense kindness of everyone there. Thank you so much!

If you need help with ur car or tires call america tires and ask for George, that guy was amazing,m! He help my fianc� out the same day with no issues!! Thank George ur an angel sent from heaven!!! Best customer service ever!!! Give that man a promotion or something!!

I was driving home on HWY 86 and was about 10 miles from my house when my tire pressure light came on- I had my dog and a trunk full of groceries - it was 118 outside. I had no choice other than to get my car to an auto center as it was pulling a little funny. Thankfully I made it to America s Tire on Harrison Street- there was a nail in one tire and my pressure was at 20 and dropping- Luis told me about a 1 1/2 hour wait as there were 5 ahead of me. After explaining my situation to him he invited me to take my dog inside and he would do his best. About a half hour later , my flat was fixed. He went out of his way to take care of me- they even got my wheel lock key out of my glove box without bothering me and left everything clearly in order - OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

What an outstanding store!We had a flat tire on I10, 50 miles from the store in Coachella, CA. Expecting to need a replacement, we called the store around 2:30pm. and had them check to see if they could help us. It would be touch and go if we made it to their store before closing (we had to wait for a flatbed from AAA) but they promised to have someone wait till we got there, even if it was after closing time.We arrived around 5:30, 1/2 hour before closing. They installed the new tire and two new sensors. They gave us a full refund on the tire they removed - the warranty was three days from expiring. They let us have the sensors at half price. They finished the job around 6:45, 45 minutes after closing time.All the staff were courteous and efficient and we felt we were treated as their top priority.Footnote. We are registered Discount Tire customers in Minneapolis, MN on a road trip thru the southwest. In Coachella, Discount Tire is branded as America s Tire because of competitors using Discount in their names. Where we went is a part of the Discount Tire family with an identical store and website. They were able to look up our records in the Discount Tire systemThank you George and Jaime for a great experience.

Waste of time and management if I could give no stars I would.Don t recommend me a 10 min time when I checked in at 8:53 AM and then have me wait if you're going to skip my car and attend other cars. Then tell me at 10:40 AM that you weren t able to attend my car after all after waiting over almost 2 dam hours.Indio Americas Tire is way better I knew I should ve gone there instead.

My husband and I went have them check the air on our car and we waited there for 30 minutes and they were not even busy and no one came over to us and asked us wat we were there for and it is very hot out side. So we left and I tried calling them to let them know what just happened and no one answered the phone, so I decided to come on here and leave a review.

Don t book an appointment at this facility unless you are trying to wait hours and hours even with an appointment. Staff is unresponsive and will ignore you.

I ordered and set up appointment online very easy. I had to get my tires installed earlier than my appointment. I showed up a day before they had no problem taking care if it and it was quick. I didn't get the gentleman's name wish I did but he was very professional and courteous. They also have a vehicle tracker and it's on point.

5+!!!!! I needed new tires, so I decided to just do all four. They have a big selection of all different prices, and I bought them online, went in expecting a big wait, and was out and done in like 25 minutes! WOW!! They were super nice, explained the warranty, there was no upselling, and that's it! I wouldn't look anywhere else again! This place is awesome!!! :)

I've been purchasing tires at America's tire locally for over 30 years, and have never had any problems. Regardless of the location where I purchased the tires, I've always had an overall positive experience at any America's tire. The staff are courteous, positive, well informed, and very helpful. I like the Michelin Defender high mileage tire, and buy the whole package. I've rarely had to have any repairs on the tires I've purchased, but when I've had to everything has gone smoothly. Even replacing a tire on occasion has been an overall positive experience. I have my tires rotated and rebalanced ever 5,000 miles free as it's included in the protection package offered by America's tire. I wholeheartedly recommend America's tire,

Tire light came on and was on a long drive in the area with the family. The mechanic JR was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure my tires are working properly. He even gave me a pencil tire gauge for free! Kudos for his great customer service!!

I have been buying from America's tire company for decades as my dad before me. It is always pleasant and helpful. I recommend the certification on the tires. It has saved me countless times. They go above and beyond. Integrity and customer service are their true core values.

I bought a brand new car two months ago but on the way to work, I thought I had a flat. It was a small nail in the tire. Joel and Sergio gave me quick and excellent service excellent despite the fact that they were super busy. Great service! Professional attitudes! Polite to all who entered. Top flight location. Great addition to the community!

Disappointed, was told new sensor would fix issue. Turns out I needed all 4 to properly program. Was never called, when I picked up suv I asked why I did not get a call (automated text indicated that vehicle was ready). Will visit other tire shop to get this done right since communication was not strong suit.

Excellent customer service. They were able to get the nail out of my tire in a very short amount of time as I was on my way to LA from PHX. I am so grateful because they absolutely saved me from having to call AAA. I give this place my highest recommendation. All the employees I witnessed there were working extremely hard and had a very high sense of urgency. Thank you America's Tire!

Had a flat tire with no key lock to change it. Front desk a woman said they can break the lock and be able to fix my flat tire. This was at 2.30 that I arrived. Said it would be ready by 5:30pm. At 5pm the Technician comes and tells me. They can no longer provide the service or change my tire. The tool broke while providing the serive to another Honda. There was no other Honda there my car was the only Honda civic. I had to drive my car to another American tires with a low air tire. The manager suggested I should put air in the tire to make it to the other store that is 8 miles away. I asked if they can help adding more air to my tire since the other store closes at 6pm and if I could go first. He said no, I had to wait in line like everyone else. Very rude and no sense of care for the customers.

Thank you George ! you made it happen! . I called Coachella americas tire location. explaining I needed 4 tires . I was not happy with previous location I bought my tires at .. Was hoping for same day .. as well as i had to be at work early afternoon. Although they didn't have the set at this location . He told me what time to bring my car in . They had me out of there within an hour.. I even got to work early .You guys are awesome !

Told me my car would be ready around 4pm, since no one called me at 4pm, I called and asked, employee tells me it s ready, I get a ride to go pick it up, when I get there, car has not been touched, I asked the associate and he tells me, well, that why you need to wait until we call you complexity the wrong way to address a mistake, a simple apology would of been fine, if the tires didn t arrive on time it s fine, why the bad service? Unexpected service from Americas Tire, time to switch tire company, there is more than one place to buy tires from,
