This place is a joke, they should definitely change their name cause it s anything but. The owner is an absolute rude jerk and acts as if your inconveniencing him and he doesn t need your business, I was telling him a concern I had with my car and he interrupted me in the middle of it and said get to the point buddy what do you want me to do what do you want from me does taking 23 hours to do an alignment seem reasonable to anyone ? If you want your car fixed I d recommend anywhere but here and if you absolutely must then stand outside and watch over them the entire time

Customer beware!!! This business is super shady! They give you a time frame of 2 hours for an oil change and spark plug change, ends up keeping car over night. Called to speak to owner, Sonny. What a rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate person! He didn t even let me speak before cutting me off while I was expressing my concerns. Doesn t care about losing customers or the reputation of his business!! He basically said he doesn t care about customer satisfaction only the money. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

This place is great for quick repairs. Open on Saturday. Prices are reasonable. I went in because dealership is closed on Saturday. I have a warranty but needed it checked out to make sure car was safe till I could make it to dealership. I usually go here when I need something quick and not complex. I appreciate them squeezing me in on short notice.

I will never let these incompetents touch a vehicle again. They overtightened the drain plug on my wife s vehicle. The threads were stripped and oil drained on my garage floor! It cost me $1900 to replace oil pan!! They wouldn t pay the repair cost!

I was recommend this place by American Tires and let me tell you I did not have a great experience. Staff are rude was and not helpful. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I brought my truck in for alignment and I still had issues after. I brought it back 2 weeks later to have them fix it and I was pretty much blown off. Waist of time and money. Go other places. There are much better options within 1200 of their place.Service: Wheel alignment

Funny my car never leaked oil, till I took it here for oil change!! Funny same same two mechanics told 7 customers the same thing!!! The also refused to tell me were oil leak was amd told me to bring it back in! So I took car to 5 different mechanics including dealer and all said same thing, so let's see of SpeeDee says same!!!!

I like to come here for my oil changes because no appointment is needed and it doesn't take very long at all to get an oil change. I used to bring my cars to Pep Boys, but I had to leave them there and it could take a couple of hours. The pricing here is reasonable and they do offer other engine services if needed.

The quality of service was not great. After the work was complete they put on the receipt that I had major oil leaking but no one discussed the matter with me and when I did try to speak to him about it they nonchalantly just said "oh, when we took off the cover there was oil on it and it could be a seal some where.." didn't look into it and wasn't looking to help even though I did ask about getting other work done because I was interested and he was willing to give me all kinds of pricing but this was before I read this on the receipt and spoke to them about it. I don't think they have a genuine care about the customers which is upsetting and unfortunate. So I will not be going back for any work.

Went for a simple oil change and was recommended a radiator flush based off mileage. Asked if coolant was ok they said yes it s just a recommendation so I said ok go ahead summer is coming anyway. I take my car home and it smelled strongly of coolant and then my car overheated and I looked it had no coolant at all went back had to pay an extra $400 to get an all of a sudden leak that clearly wasn t there before or they were negligent to notice when they flushed the radiator. Avoid this place unless you feel like having your car damaged or wasting money! Will never go again and will spread the word to others!Services: Auto water leak repair, Oil change

I asked for a full tune up for my vehicle. The worker stated it would be $230. I asked what the tune up consisted of and he said just spark plugs. They worked on my vehicle and as I'm about to pay their pricing for a regular tune up/spark plugs was $80. But they were charging me for a high performance tune up. The worker stated he could give me a discount of $20 or finish the job and do the fuel system cleaning. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star instead of one star is because the lady that later assisted me was professional and really hear and assisted me.Service: Auto engine tuning

So happy I brought my car here! Everyone was extremely nice. My car had some unexpected repairs and items had to be ordered to complete the job. I was pleasantly surprised that it was handled quickly and efficiently. Both days! They also provided me with discount cards that were used immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend SpeeDee to family and friends. From a routine service to a more complex job. I have confidence that customers will be very satisfied with their work. I've been going for years, they are VERY honest, quick and helpful. Family owed! I can always count on them for my car updates. They also have coupons online!Went again today to finish repairs and Sonny was AWESOME! As always! I dropped off my car in the morning and ALL the repairs were completed before lunch and for less then I was quoted! I really appreciate Sonny and his family for having a safe, honest environment women like me who know nothing about cars can go. And get honest work done! Thank you AGAIN Sonny for everything you do for us! Happy Customers!!!

Pros and Cons to my alignment experience..They said 45 mins, took over 3 hrs! When I paid, he gave me $20 off because I had a coupon which was great! Drove off, alignment was not fixed. Looked at my paperwork & my measurements were not all GREEN (proper alignment measurement color), I called back a few days later & the man was rude, he said to bring it in tomorrow "I don't have time today!" Then hung up on me. Very professional I called back the next day to see if I could get a different employee & thank God for Ashley! She was sweet & thorough & ACTUALLY PROFESSIONAL! Took my car back, they showed me a piece connected to my tires needed to be fixed but my alignment was fixed so I was good to go. He said if it wasn't okay to bring it back. It wasn't okay. Nothing changed but the colors on my paperwork. Ashley followed up, I explained my situation, she talked to the guys and called me back (thank you Ashley!!) She explained that my bushing was what needed to be replaced and without it being fixed my wheels won't align. Not sure why the guy couldn't tell me that or type it on my paperwork. It was all a mess for no reason. If they would have been thorough the first time, we could have avoided all this. I wont go back there, but the 3 stars are because Ashley's customer service, the coupon & at least they didn't charge me more to NOT fix my car.If they would have told me about my bushings the first time, I'd give 5 stars! Without Ashley, 1 Star.

I called ahead to ask if I could come in for Alignment. The receptionist said that It wouldn t take long and I should head over and they could get me in as long as I was there by 5PM. I asked if she was sure and she said YES. I drove across town and got there at 4:45 PM only to be told by somebody else when I got there that they couldn t perform the service. When I asked who it was I spoke with on the phone he said it was his daughter who answered and that she doesn t actually work there. Then why would you have her answering your phone and speaking with your customers? Saying NO over the phone in the first place would have been more respectful of my time and yours.

My sister encountered a very rude woman behind the counter and left in tears today, so I m leaving this review as a reminder to treat people kindly. I was speaking on the phone with my sister and this woman thought she was speaking to her. Whatever miscommunication there may have been is no excuse to treat someone poorly. Maybe some additional customer service training is needed.

The employees are courteous, friendly and helpful. I went for an oil change and they noticed the battery was low and recommended I replace it soon, so I went ahead and had them replace it now. Their prices are reasonable and they explain everything to you.

They tried to upsell me on services I knew I didn't need. I don't know if they were trying to pull a fast one on me because I'm a female or because they assumed I had money based on my attire, but either way I didn't like their customer service.

I went for an alignment and the guy doing the aligment told me one of the bolts was bent, so he said it would be 40 extra to replace the bolt. I agreed that it was ok if it was 120. When I got charged, they told me it was 200, but not after they finished the service. I could have changed the bolt myself in a few minutes and save 120 dollars but they did lied to my face from the begining and overcharged me for a simple bolt.

First off I want to state that I have only done oil changes here. I bring in my own oil and filter for the service. The mechanics there have never misthreaded the filter or plug from my oil pan. I have gone on a Friday and Saturday in the past. Service was quick every time. Cost was $25, which is pretty much the labor and oils disposal fees. Plan to keep going there when I need a change again.

I've done a front axle brake replacement, a water pump replacement and I get my smog checked and my oil changed here. Their prices are better than any other shop that I've checked and these guys do very good work!

Always a good experience. The staff is kind and accommodating. Prices are reasonable as well. Sonny always goes above and beyond for us, even stayed an extra 20 minutes after closing, so we could pick up our car.

Great service! I needed an oil change and smog certification, drove up without an appointment, the they were able to see me right away with very little wait time!

I just moved from Visalia and needed an inspection to drive for Uber. They called and said they could do the service, just come on in. I roll in to be told the only person who can do the inspection is on lunch, and I ll have to wait thirty minutes. Note that this is a service that generally takes 20 minutes. I then go over to a local bookstore to browse while I wait. I look over the whole store, but a few books, come back, and there is still somehow work being done on my car. I wait an additional 45 minutes and finally can go. I pay and leave, and don t see my car. I try the other exit, and THEN they decide to tell me they ve parked my car in a different businesses parking lot! They also tampered with my seat settings, which was annoying and unnecessary. Take your money and your car elsewhere!!!

I had been going here for 10 years for my oil changes. On 05/27 I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic as it had a fuel smell when I would start it. I had it towed in. We checked in. Said needed a diagnostic and we can go from there. We were waiting in waiting area for three hours (no problem, it was busy and I had the day off.) the front desk lady had told us the guy who does the diag wanted to go to lunch if we wanted to come back later. We let her know it was fine, we were going stay and wait so we can talk to them in person. It was for some reason a huge ordeal. We were fine with waiting. Sonny walked to our vehicle, popped the hood and came back and said I don t see a leak, what s the problem. I explained to him that when I start the vehicle it has an overwhelming odor of gasoline and sometimes it shakes a bit. I explained that we had this issue before and we just replaced one of the fuel injectors but we weren t sure if it was another injector or the fuel line. We even gave him the code from a self diagnosis we ran with the OBD2 reader. We were told it still needs to be diagnosed. When we let them know we had no problem staying as long as it took to run the diag so we can be there and be shown what the issue was, we were met with a speech about how he had been in business for 20 years and he wouldn t survive that long if he was just trying to scam people for money. We were advised that they can check it in the morning because sometimes a fuel smell can happen when it s cold. We agreed to keep the vehicle overnight. Got a call at about 9:30am the next morning say they found a leak in the fuel injector if we wanted it replaced. Of course we do, so we said yes. Three hours later get a call that it was complete. Went to go pick up the vehicle and it ran fine for about 30 minutes. When I went to start the vehicle again I noticed the smell of gas was faint, but there again. I figured it must have been some of the fluids burning off the hot engine as we also asked for an oil change. Yesterday I noticed it again, but this time it seems like vehicle is sputtering a little bit. I called SpeeDee today and talked to a Manual. I tried explaining to him what the new issue is and how I felt that nothing was done and we felt that we were just rushed out because they didn t want us there. He began to tell me that they for sure fixed the issue because he remembers working on my green (it s brown) Jeep and that a diagnosis wouldn t have told them what the issue was anyways. He said I can come back and they can look at it again, but I already feel like they did nothing the first time, why would they do anything a second time. I asked for a refund on everything except the oil change, because HOPEFULLY they actually changed it, and was told there was no way they can do that, but if I wanted to bring it in, they ll fix it for sure this time. I took two days off of work to get this done and they are unfortunately open during the days/times I work.Will not go here again. A waste of $302 that I ll never get back. Money that I could have just bought the parts with and done it myself.

Always love Speedee! They always are pretty fast even when the waiting room has a few people in it. Nice clean waiting area. Very friendly staff and very trustworthy mechanics that help me (clueless car owner) maintain my Toyota. Recommend the Clovis location very very highly.

I've been taking my car here regularly for the past several years. No issues ever and they stay on top of all the fluid flushes. car is pushing 215,xxx miles which I'd like to think is in part to the service provided here.
