Im really happy to the work and paint job that they did I recently got into a car accident and my bumper and grill was broken my insurance recommended this shop to me so I decided to give it a try. I also wanted to thank jessie he is super professional and will always update me about my car and what part came in but my car is missing a front lip so I will be going back to this shop when that part comes in and the staff here are super friendly. If you want a shop that knows how to paint and makes your car looks presentable then choose this workshop.Service: Body & Trim

Customer service is beyond exceptional! Edmund and Tasha are amazing! Hopefully, I will not have to utilize their services again, but if so, I will return only to them!The repair on my car was amazing and they are very detailed oriented. Edmund updated me every step of the way.

Brought my car to be repaired here for damage done to the exterior driver door. The estimated time was 5 days, and repairs were done in 3. But at what cost? The initial damaged area shows some paint imperfections, which is understandable. However, additional damage was found to be done to the vehicle that was not present prior to drop off. 1. A sizable dent along driver side door jam. 2. Scratches along the rear driver side window exterior. 3. Overspray on driverside window and windshield. 4. Deep scratches on the interior, passenger side dash, and console areas. I'm quite familiar with this vehicle as I hand wash and detail the interior regularly and pay close attention to any minor imperfections that come with expected wear and tear. I am the type of person to wipe down the engine bay after every wash, as I like to maintain my belongings and keep them looking new. However, all these stood out to me after giving it the first detail after being repaired. I have yet to reach out to the business due to being quite busy. I expected better from this shop as I had done my research and saw many positive reviews. The receptionist was very polite and respectful.

The quickest best auto body shop around! It s a 45 min drive from my house but Definitely worth it! Their work is excellent!

My wife s van was hit by debris on the freeway. Insurance sent us here for the repairs. They went above and beyond fixing the damage. They even detailed the inside of the van. Highly recommend!

My car broke down while I was getting an estimate and they let me stay inside while I waited to get my car towed. They even let me use their personal phone charger while my phone was about to die because I had assignments for school due. They were very kind and had amazing customer service.

I ve never rated, but I have dealt with mechanics etc.I was pleased with renewal. I had two claims at once and Edmund was the real MVP, we he was super kind along with being communicative. Second time using them! First time was for my driver mirror on my altima and this time I was rear ended in my Jeep. Ask for Jessie. Literally had it done early and very very excellent work. I recommend them to anyone who like professional and quality work with fast response time.

This business has got it right from the moment you walk in the door, til the moment you get to drive your car away. I was very impressed! Especially with how kind everyone was. Good customer service is so hard to find so I surely wasn't expecting the genuine treatment I got. I wasn't just another rear-ended Impala, they treated me like a person. They were more than helpful! Answering questions I didn't even know to ask, and making sure I knew exactly what to expect. My car was finished quickly and the damage was absolutely gone! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Renewal! I wouldn't recommend wasting your time, or trusting something you count on to be safe with anyone else!

I came here years ago it was the best! NOW ITS THE WORST. they returned my car with a new problem my car was not snapped on the side that had no problem when I brought it in. I couldnt believe jessie returned it like that. they fixed it but now everywhere they put my car together is all popping out. horrible job. then I had phones in my trunk i forgot to take out! they all got stolen. yes it's my fault for forgetting them!! but everyone doesnt have to steal your stuff because it was left. I truly didnt think this place worked like this. I was wrong. dont go here. maybe only certain ppl get this treatment. who would give someone their car back with a extra dent that was not there??? And said my car was done. Jessie never pointed it out to me he just kept showing me he cleaned my lights. I noticed it as soon as I stopped to put gas when I left. Then all the things on my gas, speed, miles etc all are off my battery was completely lose oil thrown all over my battery. they ruined my car. I'm disappointed in this place it was really good in the past. I'm stuck paying for all the phones that where took. again I realize I shouldnt of forgotten them in my trunk. This place is bad. all bad. when I told him about these things not working he told me to reset it. umm no you should of never given my car back like that. my car is ruined.

Went in for a quote and was given a fair deal. Ended up selling my vehicle before doing the repairs, but will be back in the future if a repair is ever needed.

This auto body shop was recommended by my auto mechanic at F.&B motors Sunnyside, Fresno. I am more than satisfied with my experience with Renewal Body Works. The staff were very helpful and Mr.Villaluz Jr. helped guide me through assessing the damage, but also guided me through the process of contacting my Insurance to get to get their evaluation.The work was completed within the time frame and the vehicle looked awesomeThank you Renewal.

Got my Honda Accord and DodGe charger fixed here..these are sooooo professionals and good customer service... my cars look like nothing ever happened..Color matches 100 percent...i would recommend this place is you need body work

Did an insurance claim took my 2016 honda accord sport to them and they did a bad quality job . Paint has particles in spots and a drip and a couple other things wrong with it . If I could I would go back and pick a diffrent shop .

I was not satisfied with the job that they did to my car, I had to take it to them two times. They did not fix the issues, so now this will be the third time I take it back
