They are super awesome here. Needed some air in all four of my tires, they did it quick and professional at no cost, only took about two minutes. 10/10 highly recommend

I had took my car in because my battery wasn t working, they had said they d charge it and take care of it. I had called later and they told me it was a faulty battery and they d just give me a discount for a new one if I trade mine for it . I picked it up and asked about it & they kept replying with I don t know . I believe they should ve had some type of idea but nothing at all not even a variety of things was given. We took care of it ourselves and tried charging it ourselves and it worked just fine. They just wanted the battery & money, the woman and man that both lied about it. If I could I d put 0 stars cuz to me that s crazyyyyyyyyyyy.

I always take my car into them.These guys, and gal, are very nice and friendly to their customers.They're efficient and do what is needed to get you back on the road again safely.PEP BOYS should be proud of this store.

These guys have been taking care of my truck for the last 9 years. It's coming up to 318k miles on my odometer. They rotate the tires for free and know how long it will take when they tell you. Good work at Pep Boys.

The manager has been working there for some 25 years! And made you feel welcome and car for your vehicle" The manager name is JR, and not very many people, put their interest first! People are so automated now days and rely on computers to accomplish their work? .... JR continue showing interest in your customers!! Your a dying breed "

I brought my car in for new brakes. JR was very courteous and helpful. The total charge was just under 1,000 for all the work they did to my car. I did not have an appointment yet they took my car and fixed it same day. Thanks JR for all your help!

I walked-in for an oil change and headlight bulb replacement. Abbey offered me an appointment for the following day as it was a little bit of a wait. She was so helpful!The next day for my appointment JR (I believe that was his name) checked me in and was extremely friendly and efficient. They even called to make sure I was ok with an additional $5 charge to replace a drain plug, which I thought was very professional and courteous. Everything was priced as quoted and done in a timely manner!!!

I took my car for an AC diagnostic to the Pep Boys in Clovis, I was charged $51 and they delivered nothing. The technician wrote possible electrical issue, recommend to dealership for further . Then I called and was told now I need an electrical diagnostic that costs $175 I believe he said, I was so frustrated I don t remember what he said. These places are ridiculous making money at the expenses of the consumer. Be honest and have integrity. I don t recommend this place, cheap ends up in more expensive. Now I have to get another diagnostic at a different shop because the one I got at Pep Boys means nothing.

Do NOT give this place your hard earned money, I went in Friday to have them replace a dead rear driverside turn signal. They fixed it upon getting out of work later that evening I find my whole headlights do not work , I bring it in Sunday and they tell me it will be 90$ for an inspection fee to figure out the problem. I asked how does replacing a bulb result in all my headlights not working to which the manager replies "I DONT KNOW" called HR and Ron White the district manager is going to handle it . Upon them reassembling my truck together I find a loose screw on the floor from the bottom and when I check to see of they re affixed it after telling them about it I fine TWO screws missing. This place is never getting my business again. I will tell others not to go here long as I live and recommend the place I should have taken it to the 1st time . Thanks for nothing Pep Boys.

Richard and Abby were very professional. I got my drums and rotors replaced at a reasonable price. I also like that I was able to track the progress of my service via the link sent to my text and it also explains with pictures and videos of the issue that needs to be repaired, which was helpful considering I don't know that much about cars.

Horrible experience, would not recommend and will NOT be going back.Went for a AC diagnostic that they said they could do, only to be told that they didn t know exactly what was wrong beside it being a electrical issue. I took their $60 diagnosis and every mechanical shop I ve called to inquire about repair has said that they diagnostic would have to be re-done since my current one explains nothing.Waste of time and money.

First time coming here and it was a very pleasant experience. I was helped right away upon arrival, and was given a full explanation with everything. Dan, Alex and Richard were all super helpful and friendly. Service was also very quick, and everything was straightforward as it should. Will likely be coming back here again for more car services :D

I had an appointment and they had me return 2days later for a wheel alinement after I waited 2 1/2 hrs and car hadn't been seen I went to ask why . so after I had to leave and was told to bring the car back on Monday when I went on Monday and they told me that it had my axle is bent that I had to have it replaced before I could have the wheel alignment done .for me to return once I had that done and referred me to a auto parts store down the street from where they're at and direction in which he pointed at and told me to return my car after i replaced the axeilso he could do the alignment and I left so this is not my first review on pep boys so keep in mind. this it was a bad experience for the second time and still have not been called back from from the first one that I wrote my first review on pep boys are they serious no calls no help and leaving me with a wondering with the ? What to do. so how could I make a review for some work that had not been done so stay tuned for my next and the next time I return if I return thank you for reading my review bye.

Horrible experience front desk guy J.R wouldn t even look at me for 15 minutes then said hold on after I told him I already placed my order online I m just here to pick my tires up and then I waited another 10 min. I placed the order online JUST so I wouldn t have to wait and of course he makes me wait 45 min just to get the tires and give them to me.

I ve been coming to this location for years however after today I ll never step foot in there again. After needing an oil change I set up an appointment online and got my confirmation and everything. When I went into the store the store manager Alex gave me attitude to start which I figured was just him having a bad day but when I told him I had an appointment he told me I don t have an appointment there was no way I had an appointment when I showed him my phone with the confirmation of the appointment he said well no you don t have an appointment but if you leave here until 7pm I can get you an oil change. I can t think of any reason why an oil change should take 5 hours or more other than he didn t want to do it. He continued to give me attitude so I left and if he hadn t given me attitude when I called back I would have likely come back another day but avoid this place because they clearly don t care about customers at allupdate: While they may make it seem like they care they have left me in a cycle of constant we will contact you later. They don't want to resolve any issues they have so don't bother going here.

Fast and knowledgeable! These guys did the job right and billed me under what I expected to pay. 10/10 will return when needed. Quoted under two hour stay and was under that as well.

Charged me $1,000+ for a radiator change and that wasn't the only thing wrong with it. I didn't find out until I took It to another shop. Not only did the other shop fix the radiator, they changed the thermostat and replaced the gaskets in the intake manifold that was mixing my coolant and oil, for the same price (a little over$1,000)

Service techs at PepBoys in Clovis, CA are the best! They are detail oriented and I do appreciate this very much. They found stuff my auto mechanic failed to see and correct a few days prior. I trust PepBoys of Clovis, CA with my 2 Mini Coopers! Thank You PepBoys!

I got a diagnostic done here and was quoted 1100. I waited to get my paycheck and I came back but before I brought the car back I called and asked for the price again and was told 1100 so I drove the car to the shop and had friend follow me. When I got there I was told 1600 now. I mentioned the 1100 I was told last week as well as over the phone and the guy wouldn t listen, he was also rude. I asked for a manager and he said he is the manager. I told him I m going to leave a review and he just said Okay .I forgot to get his name but he s young maybe still in his 20s, skinny and Mexican with a Jerry curl as of right now. I ve been coming to this pepboys a few times since I was told this was the only pepboys that does certain repairs and each time I have gotten not so good experience, I let the past few times go but this one I did not. PEPBOYS this guy will ruin your business trust me!

Richard at the front desk Makes this place location 10 Xs better with his professionalism, great work Ethic, and his ability to engage with all customers individually at the same time. With a blow out and this heat its hard to be calm cool and collective. But Richard knows his Roll, and makes the customers experience here at pep boys a pleasant one. *** UPDATE ... after reaching out to the contact provided by Pep Boys and further discussing with Manager and Area Manager the details of the incident below, an amicable solution was reached and was appreciated. Updated to four stars. Would have considered five stars if didn t have to return back due to wrong part being ordered. However, acknowledge the efforts to correct. Overall, would recommend location focuses on customer service but appreciative in the steps to correct a wrong.Came in 7/2/20 10 AM. Car was not attended to until 7/3/20 4 PM. Tried to prepare to gift a car to someone for free. Got an oil change. Air filter changes. Didn t have a problem getting into car from outside. During process where asst mgr John checked odometer. We were no longer able to get into car from outside. Appeared they were trying to hold customer responsible for fixing a problem which happened in their possession. Declined service. Indoor handle fixed but now cannot get into front door at ALL. Not intermittently. Leaving public comment about poor service. Would not recommend location.
