From the first phone call to the initial introduction, Ken and his wife was a delight. I had a electrical problem on my Harley that included an after-market digital speedometer. He said he could repair both of them. Very nice shop and definitely knows what he is talking about. He updated me often and did a little extra that I did not expect. He told me it was done and I was there to pick it up and it was done. Had a slight problem after pick up, but he jumped at the chance to take care of it even though it was not his fault. He cleaned my bike up and it was nice to ride again. He didn't seem like he was in a hurry when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. He took the extra time to spend with me to answer questions. So, there is only five stars on top of page. I would like to at least give him 10. It also is a family run business and I feel like I am part of that family. So, if you are looking for an honest shop, someone who knows motorcycles, then Oneals Custom is the place.Royal G. Madera, CA.Services: Electrical repair, Battery

Hands down best experience I've had taking my bike to the shop. I needed new tires in a tight time frame and was turned away from shop after shop for not having a Harley finally came across Oneals and they found my tires one in Texas and one here local got them both in within a cpl days and installed them immediately to get me on the road in time for my trip. So happy with the service and they are genuinely good ppl that care and talk with you like real people use to. I will always bring my business here thank you guys for everything you do I personally appreciate it.

Ken is very knowledgeable and a good mechanic. Him and his wife are 2 of the nicest people I've met in the industry. O'Neal's is a perfect choice for someone not wanting to deal with the hassle and non personal dealerships.

American V-Twin repair and tire shop.BUT they will order tires to fit any bike at fair prices.Very nice people . In off season and depending on workload , they also do some work on other brands .
