Great service, fast and honest! I called because I thought that my window motor had broke on my passenger side. They ordered the motor and called me back later that afternoon to let me know that the part had came in. I thought that it might not be the motor because the window was able to go down but not up but I figured since they ordered the entire part that I would end up getting charged to the full amount. Instead, I was told that it was a little bracket that had broken off and only charged me for labor. Highly recommend!!

ABOVE and BEYOND, HONEST and RELIABLE. Hiram and sons were great again. Great communication and helpful. . .they were able to fit me in right away and the price they stated was the price they charged even though they should have charged me more. Thanks Men!!!

I had an amazing experience with Old Town Auto Glass. Someone smashed the windshield of my car and my wife's car early in the morning, and Old Town Auto Glass fixed both windshields the same day. They are kind, considerate, and go up and beyond in any way they can to help the customer. They won my business and I will continue to go back to them for any auto glass needs. These guys were great! I went in with my cowling (part at the bottom of the windshield) breaking off and air starting to come through. They gave me a quote that was $100 cheaper than anyone else, ordered the part which was there in a couple of hours and installed it that afternoon. All taken care of same day. Service was great. My experience with Old Town Glass was fantastic. I contacted them on a Saturday about a rear window replacement for my 2018 Denali, and had an appointment for that Monday. The are very professional and friendly. I will be recommending them to all of my clients and friends.

As a business owner I believe a no is often more valuable than a yes. It is, however, one thing to tell a customer no and leave them feeling dismissed. Old Town did exactly the opposite. An informed no that explained they couldn't do something that didn't need to be done. 5 minutes assuaged my concerns.

I drive a fleet car for work and was referred to Old Town Auto Glass for a chip in my windshield. The service I received was excellent, fast, and friendly. I was so happy with the results on my company car that I brought my personal car in a few days later to have a chip repaired on the windshield. Again, excellent service. Above and beyond service, quality and pricing. Most notable was their speed of service. Called on a Tuesday at 4:45 got a great price and when I asked about availability I was told they could complete the window replacement the next day, Wednesday. Arrived at 9:00 and the replacement work was completed by 11:00. Their competitors either could not perform the replacement until two days later and two told me I would have made an appointment to find out about availability. Old Town Auto Glass crushes their competitors in service and pricing.

Had a chipped windshield from a big rig on the freeway. Called Old Town Auto Glass. The receptionist/scheduler was helpful and able to get me in within the hour. It took me longer to drive there than for them to fix the damage. The waiting area was comfy with a television. The price was approximately half of the big chain auto glass companies. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

me and my son brought our cars in yesterday hoping they could help us. I had 3 chips and my son had 2 chips in our windshields. We called and spoke to the office, very polite and helpful, and she scheduled an appointment for us to come in later that day. We arrived and did not have to wait at all. They quickly looked at our windshield and provided a quote. It was very reasonable so we went ahead with the work. They did a fantastic job, we could not be more happy!! The passenger window in my wife's car fell down into the door panel and I reached out to Old Town Auto Glass using their website's messenger system. They followed up with my request within a couple hours looking for more information. Later that day I spoke with an associate on the phone who was very polite and helpful. We setup an appointment for the following day and the owner was able to provide us with a temporary solution and quoted us for a permanent one. I filed a claim for my rear window on my Sierra Denali pickup truck they recommended old town auto glass in Clovis to get it replaced and all I have to say is I m glad I went with them from start to finish their customer service was great. I highly recommend them they did a great job replacing my rear window.

My windshield (Chevy Colorado 2018) had a crack that ran the full width of the glass. The price to replace it was reasonable and less than Safelite. They had a replacement within a day and came out to my work to replace it. Super friendly customer service. Knowledgeable Service Technician; Allen. The service was fast and friendly! They were able to fix my sister's window day of and didn t charge an arm and a leg. They even offered a discount for teachers! Staff was kind, friendly, and professional. They took the time to talk to her and answer all the questions. I will definitely use them and recommend them for any future window repairs!

You be the judgeNeeded a windshield repair for my daughter.Called the shop and they setup the appointment.I did shop around for sureSafelite changed their price every time I called them. Even when I had a written quote from them via email. Don't believe me try it for yourself.Another place in Fresno quote me the price and it was almost the same compared to Old Town.I decided I will go with the.Setup the appointment. They went to her place and fixed it. I called my daughter and asked is it done. She goes oh yeah but I am surprised they did not ask me for money. I laughed and I knew right away why.I called the owner (PLEASE FORGIVE ME I FORGOT YOUR NAME) again. And I asked him why he did not ask her for the money. What he said to me I was not expecting that. He said he wanted to make sure that is is ok more than me asking for money from her. I knew I was going to get paid but I did not want her to be stressed out about that .THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF HER. I WILL NEVER FORGET.So everyone you have a choice here and you can decide for yourself also I will definitely recommend this place. Had a wonderful experience with Old Town Auto Glass. They were extremely responsive to our emails, questions, etc. The owner was awaiting for me outside to guide me in (their location is a little hard to find). The work was done super quickly. Their price was significantly lower than other quotes we received. And they are a family owned and operated business. Will definitely come back when I need glass work and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service. Good price. Timely service. I would totally recommend this business. They replaced my windshield at a fair price & in a timely manner. The work was excellent. The passenger window on my '08 Lexus refused to raise/lower. The motor was moving, but the glass was loose.I called Adriane at OTAG and he invited me to come down for a proper assessment. Within 10 minutes, they isolated the problem (broken plastic from a previous repair at Safelite). Within another 10 minutes, they had it fixed. Thank you!
