I ve been using this company for a couple years now and for the most part, they do a good job. Sometimes they re a little sloppy and you ll get a big oily hand print on your hood or fender. One time they forgot to plug back in my mass airflow sensor and the truck would run right. This last time was a bit of a disappointment. I saw one guy in clipping my air filter box and I told him he didn t have to do that because I didn t want to buy a new air filter. He replied, OK, I m just going to check it anyway . I thought that was a bit odd for him to want to check it even though I said I wasn t going to buy one. It felt like he was basically telling me to shut up and he s going to do whatever he wants. After the oil change, I was driving around town, and the engine just sounded louder for some reason. When I got home, I opened the hood and he didn t put the airbox back together right and it was unclipped on the side and the front clips were stretched out because it wasn t in the right position. I fixed it in one minute and it s fine now.

This place is a game changer!! Do NOT let the name deceive you!Love that they go above and beyond the oil changing service!I love how quick and professional the team here is! They explain everything to you as they go! And you DONT even need to get out of your car!Perfectly priced! Great customer service! And best part is that they re open on weekends! Shout out oil changers and The boss man, plus his whole crew, you feel me and special shout out to Kayden and Nick, I went in to get a full synthetic oil change, and a few other things like transmission fluid as well as power steering fluid, well long story short a hose to my Chevy Traverse, happen to bust and break, so I came back for them to check out the issue, because the suv was over heating, but instead of them turning me away and saying that s not even part of my job description, The manager was helpful and replaced it, with no problem even on his day off, I appreciate the good business and for your service /

I got my oil changed there today and they said they wanted to check the air in my tires. I just got new tires a couple weeks ago so I was not worried about it but I said okay.They change my oil and as I leave, they tell me To come in if I need air in my tires.Then I drive off and suddenly my tire pressure is low. I suspect they do this so you come back and try to sell you more service.I fully admit, I don't have proof but the timing is sus.

The guy who did oil change was dressed with baggy pants kinda dirty.spilled oil under my hood n did not even wash it down very unprofessional. Paid a 100 bucks for oil change.going back to red carpet even though it is a farther away

The employees are wonderful but the pricing is crazy. I paid just over $100 (I opted for an additional "flush" but still). My regular mechanic does my oil changes for $50- as does Red Carpet (plus they wash your car!). My mechanic was booked so I thought I'd try this place but I'm too broke to do that again.Also: I don't know if they do this with male customers but I started getting texts not even 4 months later saying maybe I needed another oil change. NO ONE needs another oil change after 4 months unless they drive a CRAZY amount of miles, every day. Besides, my CAR tells me when it's time. I've gotten quite a few "reminder" texts since, which are equally silly. I know when my car needs an oil change, thank you. LolToo expensive for me- so I won't be returning- but the guys that work there are awesome, friendly and do a great job. I wish it was cheaper. If you don't mind paying a hundred bucks go for it. It IS very convenient, after all.

This place was awesome, you just drive up they guide you in, they perform the specified service, check all fluid levels, perform visual check on under the hood items, check air pressure in tires and add air as needed, and wash your windshield, you pay and your on . your way and you never have to get out of your car. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they performed the service in a professional manner. I will definitely be back. The price was very reasonable, I would recommend.

I went in to get an oil change cause I needed one badly, and I had time. They checked me in quickly cause it was empty at the moment, the price wasn t as I expected since I needed a cleaning, etc. very nice people and professional, quick and reliable. Will be coming back.

Absolutely terrible. I went in for a transmission fluid change and sat in the bay for 30 minutes with them working on it down below. 30 minutes go by and they tell me they re unable to do the fluid change because they are missing a socket needed for it (at first I wasn t sure why it took 30 minutes for them to realize this, keep reading to find out). I told them it s ok and that I ll be going somewhere else because I needed this done before a big roadtrip. I go to Valvoline that does transmission fluid changes and tell them what happened at Oil Changers, two minutes later the guy working on it comes up and says, I know why they worked on it so long, they rounded out the bolt to drain it. Basically, they didn t have the right Allen wrench so tried a few different tools until it became completely stripped out.So now I m having to take my truck to the dealership to get it corrected. Truck is 2021 Chevy Silverado and this is the first transmission fluid change as per the schedule.This is the oil changers off of Clovis Ave. I ve been going there for awhile but will no longer be visiting.

I m very pleased to have tried this place out! Everyone is very thorough and explains the process and stuff to you, which I appreciate since I ve always had someone else take care of my cars. And their top off policy is great! I absolutely hate putting oil in the car before I travel so it being a part of the service is amazing!
