Absolutely awesome service did everything perfectly and better than I even expected my hub assembly is fixed and I rechecked my torque specs and they did it exact which is impressive since 90 percent of other shops torque it to high hell (the reason I needed to come here) I will absolutely come back for anything I can't do on my own a fantastic company and I can't say it anymore how much I appreciated you guys for squeezing me into your days schedule in short notice and be honest empathetic and hard working stay awesome

The team at midas was amazing they did a engine swap on my Hyundai sonata always making me feel like family and took care of my car. When it comes to Cars they are your on stop shop Javi and sebastian are the main ones and great customer service I recommend every Time thanks guys!

The service here is second to none. The knowledge and professionalism of the staff here is truly exceptional. I let Mr. Macias know I had an appointment afterwards and he made sure I got my car back on time. Worst customer service experience ever. I will definitely not be taking my vehicles back to Midas in Clovis.I was sent there by the Midas Manchester location on Blackstone because the owner was no longer the same at both locations as he once was and the issue I needed corrected fell to the responsibility of owner previous who now only owns the Clovis location.When I called earlier that day I was told to bring in my vehicle and that they would take care of it. But when I arrived, they did everything to deny wanting to fix the issue. Rather than just replace the item to save the customer relationship, the manager did everything including gaslight me that the issue wasn't their fault and that they would not be fixing it. Even though I was told by the manager at the Manchester location amd when I called the Clovis location, that they would definitely fix the problem at no expense to me.The manager even had the nerve to tell me that he needed to educate me on why it wasn't his fault or responsibility to fix the issue on my vehicle. I don't pay them to educate me on what they are supposed to be experts at. I pay them to fix the problem and to trust that the work they are doing is correct and that they will stand by it. Clearly in this case they felt it was more important to avoid fixing the issue than to save the relationship with the customer.At the end, the manager just refused to service my vehicle and I left. I have been taking all my vehicles to Midas for years, but after this treatment, they will never get any of my business ever again.

1st time trying Midas for my oil change. Reasonable price and knowledgeable staff. Noticed had irregular wear on the tires and they rotated them for me. I was headed to another place to get it done and that saved me a trip. Definitely coming back.

Very friendly, knowledgeable & very accomodating staff and service. Fast service too. Store Manager Joseph is excellent and Service manager Bernard welcomed me the moment I pulled in and assisted me. They are very detail oriented, courteous and explained everything I needed done to my vehicle. Btw, they do full inspection for free which I do really appreciate. I ended up getting my air filter, cabin filter and break fluid flushed. They threw in a free tire rotation as well. Thank you! I'll surely comeback and recommend you guys to my family and friends.

I had been going here for years for their good work and honesty. Had my brakes done on 11/5 and had a bad & expensive experience. The person who checked me in wasn't that friendly. No problem, I got my work order and told her I'd be out doing errands while they worked on the brakes. About an hour later, I get a call from her, stating my rotors on the rear axle needed to be replaced. I didn't think my rotors were in poor shape, but I consented to the work. Asked her the damage: around $700. Well, 30 minutes later, I get another call, saying the axel on the front has warped rotors, I'm away from the shop, so I can't be shown the damage, but I consent. Ask the damage: $1137.I get to the shop, pay the $$, and ask for the damaged rotors so I could have them inspected elsewhere. Her and the mechanic weren't too happy about that. Haven't had them looked at yet...Bottom line: staff change for the worse, and I feel I paid an excessive amount for service possibly not needed.Service: Brakes

Usually a decent place to go. Pretty long wait time to get your services done even with an appointment. But today was a waste of my time. Made an appointment and was told it would be 2-3 hours since they overbooked themselves. It would have been nice of the receptionist informed me of this before driving here. Frankly, I m tired of this store. I ll be going to river park from now on. My experiences there have been far better.

Bernardo and Jesus always make sure to take care of anything I need and always do the best they can to make sure my car is in good shape. They know what they're doing, give the best deals, and best advice. I trust them and come back to Midas because of them. One thing I love about this place is that they do free vehicle inspections. They don t do anything without my consent . Their prices are reasonable. Bernardo took his time on explaining everything to me and my husband. Best part also is that they speak Spanish .

I had some issues with my car and I decided to go with Midas Clovis this time since I live near by. While I was there I was taken care of by the manager, Joseph.He throughly identified what was wrong with my car and completed all of the repairs. I was so impressed with his excellent customer service, I retuned to the shop for some other minor problems I was putting off. He went the extra mile for me once again. I have never been to a shop where I felt like I was dealing with professionals that were NOT trying to rip you off. Joseph and his team really put their heart and soul into their craft and truly care about their customers. Great as always! We happen to be in Clovis today and decided to go to midas hoping to get the same experience I had received at the Manchester location. I expected great service and that s exactly what I received I was really happy to see a familiar face, Bernardo, he was very knowledgeable with my first experience in midas at Manchester as he exceeded my expectations here at the Clovis location too! Times are tough right now but I will definitely refer friends and family over to midas for their vehicle needs.

Used to be a decent place. Not sure what happened but the attitude of management changed. They ll promise you something then change their minds and basically tell you to F off. I don t blame the workers, they are just following the dumb decisions of management.Also, which I find dumb, they will NOT work on your vehicle even if the part is OE certified that you brought. Regardless if they have been doing that for awhile it makes no sense except probably to charge you more for THEIR highly overpriced parts. Good ole greed.

Took a 2020 Mazda CX5 in for oil change because light was on. Only 1700 miles on car, purchased May 2021. Manager (Ray?) told me I didn't need change yet. He'd do it if I want, but not necessary yet. Dealer set service indicator. They could have done it, got my money, and be done. Seems to me, this gentleman has integrity, which you don't see much of anymore. They will be my service providers moving forward. Congratulations on your managerial appoint, sir. You're off to a great start!Service: Oil change

I came in without an appointment and Bernando was friendly, courteous and thorough he went over the repair order in detailand what was definitely needed and what could wait a bit and was not trying to over charge me or force me to pay for something that was not necessary at this time, and mentioned about their financing program this proves and shows great customer etiquette I definitely recommend this location and great service mechanics on site.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Unfortunately, there isn't very many positives about this Midas. They were relatively quick, but sometimes quick service comes with downfalls. I had gone in to get my brakes checked, due to some high pitch noises occurring when I braked. Although this Midas was quick in getting my car back to me, they missed a couple of issues the first time and I had to come in a week later (I would have come sooner because I heard the sounds not even a day later, but my schedule was a little tight during that week). The first time I came in, they said that didn't see any problems, and that they could recondition my brake rotors($80 manual labor for my front and back brakes, each), but the only other issues were the shocks (although I'm grateful for them finding this, they missed the other issues with the brakes) and I needed a oil change($70). But a week later they said that my brake pads had "spider-web" like cracks, and my calipers had lost their hydraulic pressure. Issues that don't occur over a day. At this time I couldn't afford to replace my calipers but I had warranty on pads so all I had to pay was the manual labor costs. Expecting $80 (like the previous time for the recondition) I found out that they then decided to charge me $140 for the front and $140 for the back. This service definitely wasn't worth $280, especially since they missed the real issues the first time. I realize that I could have done the pad replacement myself for less than $100, but I needed timely repairs. I wish they were more consistent with their prices for manual labor, and I think it's essential that they thoroughly check all aspects of the given problem before trying to rush it out the door.

Had an oil change, tire rotation and filters change today. Randall help me out, was extremely nice, even met me outside as I pulled up. Service was fast and Randall was just so friendly.He answered any questions I had and even put my tags on my license plate for me. Definitely give this place 5 stars.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and always keeps prices reasonable! Every time I have an issue with my truck that requires a professional, I go see Chris. He's always taken care of me and had my truck back on the road quickly. He's even offered me a ride to my office since my truck was being worked on. Excellent service!
