Again, I Robert Romero. Went back to Lithia. Adam help me again with my service on my truck? And he did more than what he could possibly do for me. Adam does not just act like an employee. He acts like we're friends and Family. He went above and beyond to help me out. And I appreciate that. So Adam, thank you for your positive attitude and for your great service and your friendship. We need more people like you.

My service advisor Fred was so awesome during my horrible battles with my insurance company not responding to get my vehicle repaired. Fred stayed in contact with me and did not get irritated with me constantly asking for updates, he kept me in the loop. This being my first accident, I couldn t have asked for better person to help me through this traumatic experience. Thank you so much Fred, you re truly appreciated!

After having so much trouble with my Sentra Brent was a huge help. He answered every question I had, was very sweet! Great customer service, and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs, and have my car back to 100%.!

Scheduled and appointment days out,took off work for this. Received a text saying that my appointment was not confirmed by the dealership, even though I received a email stating my appointment. Called and apparently they no longer do the online appointment setting cause of some new system. So lost time at work and unable to get my car serviced. Very disappointed and upset.

Got a Sentra in 2006 and a 2009 Versa. Been coming here for all my services and always been treated with respect and had the best service advisers even tho some had moved on. Wanna thank Hannah for a great job on keeping me informed and Fred who has always been a big help for years. You all are the reason why I'll continue going back. Thank you Nissan of Clovis I'll always recommend you to family and friends!

I don't get the point in scheduling an oil change if you have to wait two hours after checking in. Last time I waited this long and they told me two hours wasn't normal, but today I'm told that is within their normal wait times now. They don't respect your time and I don't know why I'd consider getting another car here or purchasing any of their services. Unless they fix their scheduling or services, I would not and could not recommend coming here.Update:I emailed the responder and have yet to hear back.Service: Oil change

I Called for a check engine light on my vehicle. Sandy was polite and connected me to Javier. He immediately accommodated my concern which helped tremendously because I was going out of town for the holidays. They resolved my issue in a timely matter and now I am able to enjoy my holiday with the family.

LaToya is great! Very "customer service" friendly. Wouldn't change anything on that. Fred was kind and wonderful as well. Overall it was a good experience. The wait time was a little long, but I do understand why. No worries on my end.

Service completed was an oil and filter change. I was immediately greeted upon my arrival. The service time was very manageable, considering that they do a multi point inspection and take time to ask if I was interested in getting them done. Advisor was very friendly. I do greatly appreciate the complimentary car wash.

My wife and are were very happy with our experience at Lithia Nissan of Clovis. Aaron was very friendly and polite and also extremely helpful. It didn't take long at all to get approved for financing and he didn't try and push anything that we didn't desire. It was definitely an enjoyable car shopping experience.

I have so much to say about the people who work here! When I first called to see if an extended warranty was going to cover my transmission it took 20 mins to get ahold of someone so obviously I didn't expect to have a good experience but I was wrong! Once I got through to talk to someone my tune had changed! Thanks to Mario he squeezed me in for an appt and we went from there. Mario definitely helped me out when I was about to freak out about my car lol He kept me informed on what was going on and when he wasn't there Michael and Dennis were available to answer any questions I had. My car was supposed to take an extra day to get done because those poor guys were short due to Covid but those guys hustled and my car was still done by original date.� When I went to pick up my car there was a how should I say it a "difficult" customer and those guys kept there cool and stayed friendly. I'm beyond happy with the service from Nissan Service Center!!� You guys have AMAZING� employees and wonderful service!

Latoya & Tim are the reason I go to Nissan of Clovis to get my Toyota worked on! Best service advisors I have ever encountered at a Lithia dealerships. They treat you like family and go above and beyond. They remember me and my partner by name and always ask us about topics we talked about months before.Keep up the amazing work guys and can't wait to see you next time!

It took a week before I could take my car in to bedigangosed.Then they said they would call me to let me 1 what the problem was (they didn't). I called and found out it was going to take a week to get the part in. they couldn't give me a loaner car even though the issue was a transmission problem and a class - action lawsuit over this.Well the following week I end up calling and find out the part didnt come on but would be here the next day and my car would be ready by the end of the day.the next day I call and find out if still isn't ready and would be done the next day. The next day I call and an told it is being worked on but probably won't be ready until the next day. I finally had it and told them I need my car back.I was pretty angry and was told they would call if my carawas finished.Two hours laterI got a text.1. They nevercall when they said they would2. They didn't keep me up to date on delays or anything3. For 3 days I was told the next day and it was never the next day4.My car was under warranty they couldnt help me with a loaner car for work.

Stopped in this dealer to visit the parts department. The parts reps was great but, again, my "star rating" is based upon the 6 or 7 staff members I passed on the way in who either ignored me or just stared at me. Customer service training seems to be the quick solution needed here.

Latoya Thomas was extremely helpful on services required. She has high customer communication skills and experience in the service department. Also everyone I encountered at Clovis Lithia were very friendly.

Exceptional service at the parts/service dept at Clovis Nissan. Fred, Latoya and Tim are always helpful with any issues/questions that I might have. It's a pleasure doing business with them.
