I had made an appointment to what I thought was a Brake and Light Inspection. Damon had informed me that, unfortunately, that was a service they did not offer.Being stressed due to a time crunch of needing the inspection done today, Damon was very kind and stood in the parking lot with me helping me call places to see if they provide that specific service and then getting prices for me.He was super helpful and had great customer service. He could have easily brushed me off as not his problem but he took the time to truly offer his services.Appears to be a great establishment!(I had my inspection done and now I m ready for my DMV appointment!)

As a career manager of people, I hold fast to the rule of publicly praising and privately criticizing so I only write positive online reviews. Unfortunately, in today's business climate, that doesn't give me a lot of opportunities for online reviews. I have done business with Les Schwab both personally and on a business level for a fleet of trucks at multiple locations, and they are consistently exceeding my expectations all the time. The employees are professional, knowledgeable, and practice excellent customer service, and Les Schwab provides the infrastructure to make it all possible. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Went with a flat tire that was not patchable. After thuggery removed the tire from the rim they said they couldn't put it back on and said I'd have to buy all 4 new tires. Luckily I had a spare because the warranty my son had with them was just pointless. He is still making payments on all 4 tires he bough through them and did not even honor the warranty in replacing the tire like he was told when purchasing. Do not go to this place. They said they couldn't find my information in the system until I asked some lady who sat in the back to look me up and she found it but they didn't do anything but put my spare on n sent me off. Imagine if I didbt have a spare tire. I would of had to tow my car somewhere to but a used tire since they said theyi can on ln y sell me 4 new ones.

Always helpful at this location on Clovis Ave just north of Shaw. Competitive rates and some complimentary services. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely horrible. I made an appointment for new tires to be placed on my vehicle. I figure with an appointment my vehicle would be taken into the bay to be serviced at the time of appointment. Needless to say I have been here 45 minutes beyond my appointment time and my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot untouched. Never again will I be visiting this location, especially since I made an appointment for a reason to have my vehicle taken in on time.

They are still providing a courtesy flat rapair with a welcoming tone and caring manner compared to other banches or shops of same brand /compnay !Great place with courteous staff and timely service for those sudden needs

Save yourself time and go to America s Tire.I went to Les Schwab and they tried to tell me the screw towards the center of the tire was too close to the side wall and they couldn t repair it. They were very happy to quote me new tires ranging from $120 to $220. I said thank you, but I am going to take my car back.I took my car to America s Tire (they had same day appointments available). I showed an employee the screw, told him what Les Schwab said, and he looked at me like really? Based on what he said, I am not the first customer Les Schwab tried to treat like a fool. The employee also said if by the slight chance the tire is not repairable, we may be able to get you a used tire to save you money.America s Tire fixed my tire right up. They also found a blade in the same tire Les Schwab either completely missed it or didn t bother to tell me and fixed it up. I gave the two guys who fixed my tire a nice little tip.I will definitely not return to Les Schwab and continue to give America s Tire my business. You should do the same.

Out of five tire shops that I visited that day Les Schwab gave me the best customer service they explained everything in detail and gave me all of my options right up front thank you Les Schwab

These guys are snakes if you get your tires replaced, meanwhile they well ruin your wheel alignment, so you go back to get that done. Customers start recording them for lawsuit ! They like to waste peoples money and time. And mechanics have no good customers attitude there plain,

I go to have my tires rotated fluids checked and oil changed, etc. They do it all pretty quickly. Good service

My experience at Les Schwabs was great! Nail in tire, they took care of me immediately...the show room was sooo clean, and the employees were the best! attentive, helpful, etc. Les Schwab at Clovis and Shaw. Excellent!!

Great experience as usual. I had a screw in my tire and they patched it up and had me put of there in twenty minutes. I didn't even have time to fire up my laptop to do some work emails. Always a friendly staff and motivated to express superior customer service.

Had changed tires on my 2010 malibu about a year and a half to 2 years ago. The people i sold the car to brought it in for a flat repair. They told thwm they needed 2 new tires because of inner edge wear, i went to look at the tires. Yes there was slight inner edge wear but the tires werent even colse to the wear bars and there was still tred showing on the worn part. The amount of mileage that car drives every year those tires would of lasted 2 more years. Not good , i used to have trust in this store but now i am losing it fast. That was $600 that did not need to be spent. Maybe an alignment but 2 tires. Naaa

Their brand promise is "Doing the Right Thing Since 1952". I feel like most of the time these brand promises are just corporate feel good, mumbo-jumbo, lip service. Recently though I went into Les Schwab with some tires I had purchased from them several years back. Long story short those tires just weren't performing any longer. Even though they were slightly out of the mileage warranty the manager worked with me and agreed the life I got out of the tires wasn't right and they got some credit approved for replacements. I've gotten tires from other big box tire stores and I'm confident they wouldn't have gone the extra mile to insure their customer's satisfaction.I'm happy to see that a company still values customer service and that their brand promise is just that. A promise. Bravo Les Schwab!BTW their waiting area is always immaculate (in my experience), they have free popcorn and coffee, and a small kids play space. Much better then your average tire place.

0 stars if I could... this place is a scam you guys be weary! I went in for a routine oil change and they told me after that my lower control arm needed to be replaced. It's a very serious matter and I need to get it dealt with right away. Of course, it was going to cost me $800. I have extended warranty on my car, so I figured I'd have it checked out by them since I have not had the car very long (this was already a red sign). I told them I appreciated them assessing it. Asked them if they could explain in detail what exactly is wrong so I can explain it when I turn it in for a warranty repair. They were very vague and couldn't exactly explain it, so I already did not feel confident or comfortable with what they were saying. Two weeks later I get my car looked at, they said there is absolutely nothing wrong with the control arms and asked me who had said that. I explained the ordeal to them, and they told me they weren't surprised and were most likely trying to scam me. DON'T GO HERE FOLKS, TAKE IT ELSEWHERE!!TLDR: went for a regular oil change - -told me I needed an expensive repair, I have warranty with dealer so went to get it checked out - - nothing wrong. They just wanted more money out of me.

Came in to get my rear passenger tire fixed, turns out it was a nail. Julian was so nice and explained to me what was wrong with the tire. He was very professional and kind. The young lady that checked me in was also very kind and always smiling. This was my second time here and it never disappoints. So thank you so much for helping me today on my Civic!

Great service and quick too! Very upfront and. I like that they have big windows in the waiting room out to the shop so you can watch the techs work on your vehicle if you choose.

Thank you Ray! For taking the time to exam the damage to my tire. I ran over a curb on a road trip. Left a hug tore on my sidewall. I told them I would be driving out of town the next day. Matthews and Ray made phone calls to find my tire size. They sent a driver to pick up my tire. They had my car ready to go in about 2 hours total time. Thank you for your costumer service was excellent!

If you need tire repairs, this is the PLACE! If you need tires with guaranteed service along the west coast...this is the place!So why not 5 stars? Over the past few years, I've noticed another trend...the add on service. Maybe it's coincidental, but every time I go in, I really need to get "brakes, shocks, struts, or all wheel alignments." I mean, every time. I go to the dealership for service, no recommendations. 200 miles later I go in to Schwabs for a flat repair, need all of the above.So, if you need tires...Schwabs is the place. For all else, find a good mechanic you trust.

They have worked on my husband's truck multiple times and installed four new tires and currently they are installing a new lift kit for one of his tires. We have always been very happy with their service. They are fast to communicate and get the work done.

These guys were really fair with me and there were multiple people ready to help when I came in. I bought a tire here about 2 months ago which was unfortunately damaged beyond repair by a nail. I came in today with my damaged 2 month old tire and they replaced the tire (prorating for the wear on the tire) without hassle. Good service and were really cool about replacing my tire.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and supportive to making sure you understand what it is and why it can wait or needs to change. My vehicle is a 2022 GMC TERRAIN, and I trust it to Les Schwab Tire Center.

I wish I would ve read more reviews first. Worst service I ve ever had. Made an appointment a week ago for 9 a.m. dropped it off for new tires an alignment and break check. By 3 p.m. all they had accomplished was the alignment. Each time I called to check the ladies at the desk would lie about what the hold up was. Due to their complete incompetence I will never take any of my vehicles here again. So instead of giving them $1000 they got $130 as they accomplished almost nothing. Most annoying part is that no one was apologetic or even accountable they just deflected blame. All I got for this garbage service is the empty, generic, fake apology that will follow this message.

I had a 1:00 appointment with Les Schwab today for an alignment and to have a nail pulled out of my tire. They said it would take about an hour. Two hours later I noticed my car had been moved to the parking lot. I asked what was happening with my car and they said they had removed the nail but had forgotten to do the alignment. The alignment took another 30 minutes and my car was finally done. Service has gone downhill at Les Schwab.

Nicole was very helpful at front service desk, especially at 1 hour left of shift. Needed help with my front tire/inspection, she got me in quickly. One of the guy employees did his repair and inspection job. Was so worried, first time having to come by. Thanks again, Les Schwab ShawxClovis

My son's car needed replacement tires that were not standard equipment with the manufacturer. We came to Les Schwab to check for tires, expecting to schedule a future appointment as we were a walk-in on a Saturday morning. We were pleasantly surprised that they had the tires and were able to have the service done the same day. Michelle, our advisor was very professional and made our experience wonderful. They truly make the grade for customer service excellence. Very happy with them overall!

Had an appointment for an alignment at 2:00. Got there at 1:45 and at 3:20 they still had not even touched my truck. No wonder they have a phone charging station, you ll be waiting so long you ll need to charge your phone. Clear your whole day if you need to go here. Ended up leaving and going to Midas down the street and they got me in right away and got to work within minutes.

I took my tire that I bought at Costco into Costco to have it repaired. That was at 4:30 in the afternoon and they didn't think they could get me done until 8:30 that night. I took my truck to Les Schwab which was also very busy. They had me out in less than 30 minutes and they did not charge me! It wasn't even their tire. I'm now a Les Schwab Tire guy! End of story.12/2/22I'm putting on tires today, Les Schawb's newest one. I'll keep you posted.
