It's a pleasure to go to Les Schwab on1635 Herndon Avenue in Clovis due to Raffi. He is very professional, with great courteous customer service, and he knows what is needed to done to my car.I recommend him to all who has car troubles, especially alignment and brake issue to go to him. He deserves a perfect 5 out of 5 star rating. Ask for Raffi.

I had an 8 a.m. appointment. It was raining and the advisor early and invited me inside where she started processing my work order for new tires. I like this company and appreciate their fast customer service and attention to details and cleanliness.

Dropped everything to quickly help with a flat. Got me in and out in an emergency. Won t go anywhere else for tires. Maico u rock man.

Highly recommended. Went in for a flat tire. Jose helped me, patched my tire and I was good to go in under an hour. Charged me 0 dollar! I didn t know about the complimentary flat tire they have going on

Zero star if I could for customer service. My expensive wheels were damaged during a tire install and they refused to fix the repair.The manager is very rude and claim that my wheels came in damaged . The store manager and this company are very unprofessional ,from the store location to cooperate they will refuse all claims.I have a lawyer and will proceed with legal matters. See you in court.

I stopped in to buy some tire chains today and a very professional, polite salesman (Samson) helped me out. I asked if anyone in the store could give me a quick lesson on how to properly install the chains just so I get a feel for ease of chain installation. One of their stellar mechanics, Maico, graciously showed me the proper installation technique. Maico took his time, answered my questions, removed the chain after the installation demonstration, and folded it back into its carry bag. His customer service support was spectacular! Highly recommend this store! When I need tires, I'll be back!

Are you kidding me!!! Fixed my flat for free because I was a previous patron of the establishment! Wow! I am definitely going to continue to be a patron of Les Schwab Tire Center! All staff were courteous and professional. Clean establishment with new bar high tables and chairs with free drinks and popcorn! Wow!

I had such a long and terrible day with my car and Candace and the crew at this Les Schwab provided me a superior service I was not expecting! Not only did these people deal with me being upset over my day, they remained positive, upbeat and kind! A man came out and explained to me in full detail what happened to my tire and then explained to me in full detail how they repaired it. The store was closing, its the day before new years eve and they did not rush me at all! I was seriously impressed with every single crew member at this location! The store was immaculate on the inside as well with plenty of seating! I will be a returned customer! They turned my bad day around and provided excellent customer service!!!

I used their website to browse and select a set or rims for a newly purchased vehicle. It was quick and easy, but let me set up an appointment that was not realistic because it was not a stocked item.The staff was very courteous and called me to notify me of the issue and to reschedule my appointment.When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was very kind and helpful. I was told they weren t sure if the rims would fit me vehicle, but they would work quickly to find out. I was then told that the price I discussed on the phone with one of their office staff did not factor in balancing. I was also quoted the incorrect price for new lug bolts (yes, lug bolts, not nuts). This increased my expected price over $100, and was a complete shock. When I presented the manager with my concerns and specifics about who I spoke with and amounts discussed, they accommodated and made it right.While the experience could have not been ideal, they were kind, patient and did what they had originally quoted me, despite it possibly being incorrect.Big thanks to John for keeping a positive attitude, maintaining great customer service and keeping a smile through the entire transaction.

If u get your tires here, they have a warranty/rebate thing where it'll be replaced for free if something goes wrong b4 tread goes out. If the tread is worn, they prorate it. . .way better than worrying if you're wasting money replacing tires too soon. Great inside too so waiting isnt miserable.THE BEST thing about this place is the employees Awesome customer service, very helpful, and don't seem like they're trying to make things more expensive

The service and atmosphere alone would have been worth paying more for, but The price was also very reasonable! They were able to quickly help me, without an appointment. I tried to make one, but they told me to just drop by for an inspection of the issue and estimate for free. Only thing I didn't like is my car was unlocked when I went to get it (most people probably don't have to run out to the vet half way through a service appointment though and it was right in front of the service bay). They were very understanding about me having to pop out and called me when it was done.

Came in for a tire repair, I had picked up a large thick metal screw some where. They removed it and repaired the tire and inspected the other tires. Incredibly they told me all the tires were in great shape and didn't try to tell me I needed new one's. Also they didn't charge me for the service, they refused to let me pay!! Will definitely buy my next set of tires here!

I love this place. Customer service is professional and excellent. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the website. I scheduled for oil change, alignment, and free check ups. I got there and they said they only have me set for alignment in the system.

I had my tire looked at because another tire store said that it was not able to be patched and I wanted a second opinion. Upon arrival, the manager Luis immediately brought my car in and inspected the tire. Not only did he let me know that the tire could be fixed (saving me $480), he fixed it for no charge. I will definitely be using this location for future tire purchases and appreciate the honesty. Doing right by the customer ensured future business.

This was my first time to a Les Schwab and it was a great experience. One of my tires had a slow leak so I decided to give Les Schwab a try since they were close to my house and I had heard good things about them. I was greeted at my car and quickly given an estimate. Then went inside to answer some quick questions and give my contact information. The wiring area was clean and comfortable. The service was quick and I was on my way a short time later. They definitely made an impression and I will be back to buy my next set of tires from them.

I wouldn't recommend. My coworker brought her car in to fix a flat. They waited until closing to call her to get her car. She is a surgery tech, monitoring a patient, so she stated that she would need at least 30 minutes to finish up then get her vehicle. They said they just put the keys in the car since they weren't going to wait. When I showed up to get her car for her, they were bringing in another customer for servicing. Why would you tell a customer that they would need to come now or risk their car being stolen when you had other employees and customers still in the lobby? And why wait until after you close to call her. If the timeframe was a concern they should've done their due diligence by calling her ahead of time with a pick up time frame. Poor customer service and just cements why I refuse to use their services for my vehicles.

The best service at any Les Schwab I've been to. The staff let's you know what's going on anytime they have new information. They are very thorough and answer any questions you may have.

I went here for air in my tire the guy was nice and informative. So when I needed a new one I came back. The guy helping me this time was very shady. He was trying to replace things on my car that did not need to be replaced. I had to get a les schwab tire because they don't carry other brands. And it cost as much as a name brand. Everything he was trying to charge me for was very expensive. He was upset with me when I declined to get the extra things done which would have given him a hefty service charge and pressured me to come back to him only in a few days. When I asked questions other technicians could give me answers to He wouldn't answer them. He just wanted me to come back immediately. Then when I left I discovered they "forgot" to put something back on my car potentially damaging it and costing me a lot of money. My trust was lost. I won't be coming back here and I will warn all my friends and family of my experience.

Man i came on a Sunday and they were closed. I had to have it towed and wasn t sure what to do. But Andy the employee just happened to be here on his day off taking care of something and when he seen me he let me know they were closed but that I could leave my car here and that it would be safe. When I got here first thing in the morning he had a big smile and he got down to business on my vehicle. I asked about any specials because I am on a budget and he found the perfect set of 4 tires for me in my budget. I was very happy. The tires were at another location and he secured them for me and got them here in an incredible amount of time. I m super grateful to Andy and the whole crew at Les Schwab on Herndon in Clovis for taking such good care of me and making sure I m back on the road safely.

Every Les Schwab I've been to has been really good. These guys are so great here. Every time I have an issue they seem to be right on top of it. That's why I keep going back. Keep up the good work

I went to a local gas station to check my tire pressure. Haven't done it in years and I ended up making my tires worse lol. So bad that the tire system light went on.. Luckily Les Schwab tires was right across the street. They were so helpful. Took me in right away, no charge for correcting my tire pressure, and answered all my questions. Will definitely go back.. Great Customer service..

I just found my new place for tires. Unbelievable service. Walked in, was waited on immediately and with a smile by both Andy and by a young lady whom I unfortunately didn t get her name. Dropped the Van off at 2 and received a ready to go call at around 4:30.The girl that checked me out was really thorough with ppwk and warranty instructions.What I really liked most was that no one called me and bugged me to buy more services than I wanted.You all have my business from here on out.ThxMike
