Honda North was amazing! I went from a Jeep to a Honda and it was the best decision ever. Mercedes was so so amazing! She made the impossible possible! Love Honda North and the amazing service they always provide. Me and all my sisters have bought our cars from Honda. If you re thinking about getting a car don t hesitate and just go check out what they have. Make sure to ask for Mercedes Diaz!!!! She s the best, and always makes sure to get you the best deals. Be warned she s really good at what she does!!!!!!!! I went in for an oil change and came out with a whole new car!!! But it was so worth it, love my new forever car. Thank you to Mercedes and her team!

First of all, the sales associate, Mike, was extremely polite, not pushy at all, didn't try to stop us when we were walking out to make up our mind overnight, and was more accommodating than he had to be. Second, Honda's have a great name and I think the company understands that they don't need to pressure people into sales. We are happy with our purchase(CRV EX-L) and will definitely continue to do business with Mike and Honda North!

I would like to start off with a huge shout out to Mercedes Diaz, who greeted us within a minute of us getting there. She worked with us from start to finish, worked with our price point on our purchase and she made it happen! I would give all the stars! 10/10 definitely recommend going to her! had a great experience here while looking for a new car. Leo helped me and he was really helpful and patient. he explained each car s feature very well that i wish i could get all of them!! in the end, it came down to this 2024 civic and i love it. I recommend having Leo help you out if you re looking for a new car!

I recently visited the Honda dealership in Clovis, California, to purchase a vehicle for my stepson. Although Honda is known for its own range of cars, I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-maintained 2018 Toyota Camry on their lot.From the moment I stepped in, the customer service was exceptional. My sales representatives, Dia and Petra, were outstanding in their roles. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly patient, answering all my queries with detailed information and genuine enthusiasm.Dia and Petra walked me through the entire process, making it smooth and hassle-free. Their expertise was evident as they highlighted the Camry s features, performance, and reliability, ensuring it was the right fit for my family's needs. The test drive experience was equally impressive, allowing me to fully experience the car's capabilities.What really stood out was their no-pressure approach. They focused on my needs and preferences, rather than pushing for a sale. Their honesty and transparency were refreshing, making me feel confident in my decision.The dealership itself was clean and welcoming, with a comfortable waiting area. I took my car at Honda North because there was a clicking/scraping noise coming from my rear passenger brake. I explained to the service tech what the noise was and he had told me that they would take a look at it. An hour goes by and I get a phone call from him saying that the technician said there was nothing wrong with it because I had recently changed the brake pads and rotors myself. As the days went by, the scraping noise got worse so I took the wheel off and noticed something that they should ve seen. The rotors were warped which indented my rim thus causing the noise. The rotors were also put on wrong but that was my fault which they should ve caught themselves had they even tried to take the tire off. How can they not notice that? Did they even take the wheel off? Did they even try to attempt to look at it. Honestly just makes me upset that you guys told me something and didn t even take the initiative to even check. I ve added pictures below to show how obvious it was to even notice it. Just goes to show how oblivious some of these techs are.

Honda North is the only place ive gotten my vehicles, Mercedes hasn t let me down and always makes sure to get me right me and my family alone have gotten over 4+ vehicles from her personally. Will definitely be coming back when I m ready for my next!!

It s been two months since I purchased my new car and I could not be happier. Mercedes came highly recommended from my family and friends. She truly makes you feel like family and takes care of you. Everyone there was extremely helpful which I appreciated. Definitely recommend Honda North and Mercedes she is great and so funny. She knew I was in the market for some time and never pressured me. When I was ready she made time and even came in on her day off just to accommodate me. That s that 10 star customer service.My babies love riding in their new car.

Great service and always with a smile. My sales lady Mercedes was amazing. Some times you can go to a dealership and all they want is the sale. Mercedes treated me like I was more than the sale. She listened to me and understood what I was in need of and I felt welcome. Hands down, I got the best deal on my trade in and was able to get a kick a** deal on my mew 2024 Honda Accord! ! On top of that, I got my brother to come in as a first time buy and leave with a 2024 accord with a great monthly payment too! Mercedes is professional, and has integrity. Just want to start off by saying all hope was lost because of another dealership who made me feel like I couldn t drive the car that I had been wanting. As I was getting ready to call it a lost hope my girlfriend referred me to Mercedes Diaz over at Honda North. I just want to say thank you to the Honda North staff and Mercedes, she asked me what car I wanted and made it happen for me. I can t believe I just drove off the lot with the I have been wanting !!! If anyone out there is wanting to buy a car from a dealership do yourself a favor and check out Mercedes. She is amazing and she is 100% for the people !!!
