We took our car to the Goodguys in Clovis for the first time for its scheduled maintenance. They completed our service in under 3 hours, performed the requisite repairs and also gave me a prior estimate of the cost. Since our vehicle had been driven a large number of miles, the repairs were needed, and they were due. Goodguys got our vehicle repaired, and it is running very smoothly now. We are extremely happy with their service, and their customer service is also excellent. We were kept updated about where the repairs were, at what stage, which parts were being replaced etc. We are extremely satisfied with the level of detail and their efficiency.

These guys are so helpful. Associate Jordan looked under my car to make sure all was well because I heard a noise that turned out to be nothing. Thank God. Thank you Jordan for your help and your time. Good guy over at good guys

Jordan was absolutely amazing and very kind. They got my Nissan in for an oil change rather quickly. The were very informative on some of the issues I was having with my vehicle and I will going back to them to resolve those issues. I highly recommend going here for all your service needs.

All employees are courteous and very professional. They got me in and out in a timely manner. The store manager is one of the best I've seen. He over saw all aspects of the shop. I value his hardworking ethics and honesty. I will continue doing business with him and this location.

I came in with a troubleshooting problem for a headlight and these gentlemen helped me and spent probably close to 10 minutes of their own time doing so free of charge even though I offered to pay them. I had a headlight out and I replaced the bulb but I did so at night during a rain storm because I didn't want to get a ticket. Long story short my dumb self installed it into the low beam side. Great customer service! Thanks again!!!

Great service. Friendly staff. Accurate time estimates for performing jobs. I took my car in for alignment check after hitting a huge pothole that gave me a flat tire a few weeks ago. The tire was replaced but my dealership auto service never bothered to check alignment when they replaced my tire. Jordan showed me the report prior to getting my permission to go ahead and fix my car's alignment (I also got an email and text with the reports before and after the alignment was done). He said 15 to 20 minutes more to complete the task and he was right on. Only thing is there are no appointments so get there early. I was there just before 0730 opening time. By almost 0800, the waiting area was filling up. The previous day I tried to get in after 0800 but it was too busy to get my car in right away. My husband also had a favorable experience when he had tire pressure sensors changed. With decent prices, reliable, friendly service, I recommend this business.Service: Wheel alignment

Good Guys tires at this location was fantastic! The manager Ryan is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and very helpful! He went above and beyond to help me get my car worked on. I received my oil changes, spark plugs, and other services. I m very grateful to have a honest person working at the shop. Jordan is a great help too! Our car was in a accident, busting the axel and much more. Ryan and his team (Tyler & Barry) were awesome! They kept in touch during the entire process, updating us as they found more damage, while looking for the best priced parts to do the repairs. I really appreciated having an assigned representative (Tyler). He was great! The manager was very ruined. I went there to change a battery on the emergency situation. It charged me $30.00 labor fee. The manager commanded McDonald paid $20.00 an hour and there is no mechanic work for free.
