I have complete trust in the guys at the Fleet Center with my vehicles. I bring my Ford and Toyota here for service and repairs. The prices are not ridiculous like the old stereotype of a dealership goes. It is a busy shop but is ran efficiently so repairs don't take forever. I would rather wait in line at a busy shop than be first in line at a slow shop.

The guys are great. Straight forward. I never have to go back twice for the same problem. They diagnose, fix it, and we're done. I like getting my truck back in the same condition I took it in. Its clean and done right.I've gone to other neighborhood shops and most of the time the job is 2nd rate at best. Something else gets messed up because of hasty work ethics.Thank you to all the people at Future Ford!! Till the next Fix.

Probably the worst experience ever. The person I was working with didn't seem to even know anything. It took two weeks to do a few simple tasks. I will not be coming here again. Also they have to drive your vehicle daily to bring it into the yard and back out every night. I don't know how these guys were in a business. I will be taking my fleet vehicles elsewhere from here on out

I unfortunately had to replace the Ford V10 engine in a motorhome with just 35000 miles. My first option was a shop who diagnosed it and gave me an estimate of $20,000. My second opinion at Future Ford was the same, I had to repair the engine. I opted for a rebuilt engine replacement. These guys took care of my engine replacement for a cost of $13,000. Quite a savings! These guys know their stuff. They are well-equipped for a repair of this magnitude. The motorhome was done in a timely manner. Upon picking it up, the "check engine" light was on so I brought it back. A vacuum leak was discovered. Even though it was no fault of their own, they covered the faulty part at no charge just to insure I was satisfied. These guys run a great shop and I highly recommend them!

I would trust Future Ford Fleet for service on my vehicle. They always get the work done in a timely manner. If it's gonna take more time, they will let you know in advance. They work on vehicles from a passenger car to a full size RV and everything in between.

I used to live in Fresno , purchased a car from Kia and the 100k maintenance package . I live out of town but they have been so great with my car that I didn't want to take it to anyone else . The service is always great and friendly and will explain everything in detail about your car . Everytime I pick up my car they make it feel brand new ! I love knowing that my car is well taken care of and I know I'm always safe to drive . Thanks guys for taking care of my Kia!

Had to have a f 650 truck sent to fleet sales at future ford in clovis for repair. i am with big valley ford in stockton. Needed a truck repair. future ford went above and beyond to get our truck looked at, repaired and back on the road for delivery . Two thumbs up and all five stars. Future ford went above and beyond to get us back on the road again.

Good for fleet vehicles. Sometimes you'll have to take it back because they didn't actually fix the issue.

I was told to bring my car in the morning... i got here at 9 o'clock, was also told that it would take around 3-4 hours to get the job done.... its now 12:35 and they havent even started on my car.... this is rediculous
